Welcome to our beautiful, expansive, split-level beach house: your home in famous Hollywood, Florida. Situated just steps from the historic Hollywood Beach boardwalk, this is the perfect ocean-side base for you, your family and friends.
Set over three spacious levels, with a total of four terraces, there’s plenty of space, inside and out. Three full bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and additional convertible beds make this a very flexible space for families and large groups.
The house is a short stroll to plenty of great restaurants and drinking establishments, and vacation activities such as bike rental, parasailing, and boat charters are easy to find from local vendors. Jimmy Buffet’s Margaritaville is five minutes walk, and there are plenty of cafés and bars along the ’broadwalk’, which is a few paces from the front door.
The layout of this unique home couldn’t be better as a holiday rental. You enter the imposing townhouse — the largest in this neighborhood — above street level into a spacious living area with a big-screen TV, comfortable lounge seating, a stylish dining area and doors to a large south-facing terrace, with enough seating for the whole family.
The adjoining and spacious eat-in kitchen has another terrace so you can drink your morning coffee and cook breakfast as the tropical breeze blows in from the Atlantic.
The master (king) suite and second (queen) bedroom occupy the top floor, boasting great views and a sun deck accessed through the master bedroom.
Downstairs is the third bedroom, which features a queen-size bed and a terrace that faces the quiet pedestrian-friendly street. There’s also a large den with wet bar and fridge, big-screen TV, board games and couches, plus an outside patio with a gas-fired grill. This is the perfect location for the kids, friends or relatives who prefer an early bedtime, or who like to stay up late. Finally, a fully-equipped laundry room (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, etc) makes mid-vacation laundry a hassle-free prospect.
BREAKDOWN OF SLEEPING OPTIONS
The house has three complete bedrooms: one master with a King-sized, and two with Queen-sized beds. They provide privacy and comfort for all the family or a group of friends. Two additional sofa beds and a chaise-lounge provide extra flexibility.
Bedroom 1 (Master, King bed)
Spacious quarters on the top level of the house, features its own bathroom and a large terrace with ocean views, complete with hammock and lounge furniture for the ultimate sunbathing location (please wear sunscreen, even in the winter — the Florida sun is deceptively hot). The King-size Tempurpedic mattress will ensure your nights are comfortable.
Bedroom 2 (Top floor, Queen bed)
Shares the top floor with the master bedroom, but is on the opposite side of the house, separated by a hallway, to ensure privacy and comfort. The queen-size memory foam mattress keeps your nights restful.
Bedroom 3 (Ground level, Queen bed)
Comfortable room with Queen bed and walk-in closet, with separate terrace that opens to the front of the property.
Additional beds
There are sofa beds on the ground floor and main floor, providing additional full-sized sleeping space for up to two couples. A chaise-lounge, also downstairs is large enough for one adult to sleep on. Please confirm the number of guests prior to booking.
Linens for the additional beds are in the closet of the downstairs bedroom.
Bathrooms
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy. The master bathroom also has a tub for soaking after a hard day on the beach!
Kitchen
The kitchen has an open, wrap-around layout with plenty of work-space for food prep, and a small table and chairs for informal breakfasts. A large fridge/freezer holds plenty of supplies for your stay.

Grocery delivery
Both Whole Foods (Aventura) and Publix (Hollywood) deliver to the house — usually within two hours. You can find information online.
HOUSE RULES
Beach Towels
Please use the striped towels for beach purposes. These can be found in the kitchen closet.
Beach/Sand etiquette
Help us to keep the house sand-free by cleaning sand off your feet/shoes/legs before entering. A hosepipe is provided on the first-floor terrace.
Air Conditioning
The house is equipped with an extremely effective air-conditioning system which will keep the house cool on the hottest of summer days. Despite this, please make sure you keep the doors and windows closed when the AC is on.
Noise Curfew
There is a city-enforced noise curfew after 11PM. After this time, please avoid loud noises, and close windows and terrace doors if staying up late.
Security / cameras
We have surveillance cameras at the entrances to the house — this is for our safety and yours. During your stay, the cameras will be disconnected for your privacy.
Kitchen trash compactor
There is a foot-operated trash compactor in the kitchen. DO NOT PULL THE DOOR. The trash compactor requires special bags, which are in the kitchen closet near the terrace door.
ADDITONAL INFORMATION
Stairs disclaimer
This is a three-floor townhouse with stairs, and the entrance door is higher than street level. Please be aware of this when you are booking, in case you have any in your group who find climbing stairs challenging.
Parking
There are two (free) reserved parking spaces in front of the house, and additional (paid) parking in a lot across the street. You will be ticketed if you park on the sidewalk, so make sure you pull up to the wall, especially if you have long vehicles.
Dishwasher
If you can, please run the dishwasher before you check out. There is detergent under the sink.
