Beautiful recently remodeled furnished and brightly lit house with 4 bedrooms and one den and 3 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with 4 king beds and one individual bed as a TV room... The villa includes its own private backyard with a BBQ area and a large heated pool. The dining area seats up to 10 people. Brand new washer and dryer. Basic amenities like towels, kitchen utensils, cooking tools, white linens, hair dryer, and toiletries are included. The area is very calm, 2.4 miles away from the beach and lively areas with restaurants. Book now and enjoy an ideal location for a family vacation, kids are welcome!

Host was helpful. Facilities were clean and spacious. Upkeep could be a bit better. Towel rods in bathrooms were not securely fastened to the wall. Same for the shower head. One of the door knobs came off. We told them not to bother repairing it, since we were there only for the weekend.They keep the pool area clean and neat. Host was responsive to all of our questions and needs.

If I could give this review, a zero, I would. I have rented multiple VRBO properties before and have never had any major issues before this. I had several issues with this rental. I was unable to check in on time due to cleaning crew leaving the home late, the home was not thoroughly cleaned, and household items were not readily available. Apparently, this was an issue for prior renters, as indicated in the reviews. Also, the home does need repairs, which will be a hazard if not addressed. As for the host, no need to address this review, since you were not willing to reply with a resolution or respond back to VRBO. Thanks to VRBO, they were able to address my concerns appropriately

Iam sorry to hear that, but according to our team the house was ready at 4.20 pm and was perfect.. cleaned and with all the laundry ready, one of the boys pf the group entered to the bathroom and left it dirty.. I always respond inmediatly to all the guest questions... My interest is to give high queality of service to all the short term guest in all or our houses JANNETTE

The house has potential but there is quite a bit of maintenance that needs to be done. Broken blinds, filthy windows, unattached dishwasher, flickering lights, burned out lights, kitchen chairs, etc. It was also not ready for us at check in time and we waited close to an hour after our check in time for it to be fully ready. Also for a house that sleeps 8 it should have more than 2 working lounge chairs and 1 broken one. We used a short bench and chairs to sit around the pool. Not exactly comfort. The pool temp was wonderful so we appreciated that. Host was attentive when we told her about a lightbulb needing to be changed but not the other issues. The house was very worn looking. We would not return.
