HIGH STANDARDS. Heated swimming pool all year round. Hyper-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, ceramic ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), crockery for 8, bath towels, and household linen provided, satellite TV, WIFI Internet, barbecue, deckchairs, washing machine laundry. Final cleaning included in the price.

Really great stay. Immaculate and had everything we needed, kitchen was well equipped, also had coffee, tea, salt, pepper, sugar and spices. Check in and check out was straight forward as key was left in key safe. Will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic Villa

We had the most wonderful holiday at the Conil Villa, it was so well equipped and super clean and spacious. We couldn't fault it. You are guaranteed to have a really wonderful holiday staying in this Villa.

Perfect holiday

The villa is in a lovely quiet location but not too far to travel by car into Tias or Puerto Del Carmen. Villa has everything you could need and plenty of space. Outside area is fabulous with a lovely large pool, seating and sun loungers. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend.

We’ve just returned from staying in this lovely villa for 2 weeks. The villa was clean, furnished nicely and well equipped but the bedding and towels looked fairly worn and could do with renewing. Large villa in a nice location

Location good but would recommend a car to get around. The villa is very large, with lovely outdoor area and heated pool. Kitchen was great with everything you need. The only fault we had was having no hot water, this was on and off (mostly off) which left us with cool showers and Luke warm baths. But overall good villa holiday

Great pool home near Puerto del Carmen

The house is luxurious and laid oit for entertainment. There is one ensuite bedroom downstairs off the split level lounge (mind your step as there is a 0.5 metre drop). Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The house has every convenience for a family or for sharing by two or three couples. A car is essential, as Tias is a few km away and the beaches, pubs and shopping in Puerto del Carmen is a further 5 or 6 km.

Relaxing, Spacious - not a disappointment

This is a beautiful villa in a quiet residential street. Lovely bedrooms with serious black-out blinds. Unfortunately, strong winds during our visit meant the bedrooms upstairs and down were impossibly noisy overnight. Relaxing living space and charming outdoor areas. A negative aspect is the dirty upholstery on the comfortable sofas. These need a good dry clean and replacement over-covers. Although the bedlinen was clean, the pillow protection covers underneath were stained & smelly and needed a boil-wash before use. Hence, I was pleased to have a washing machine for our first day!! Overall a great stay and would consider returning in future.

Absolutely AMAZING Villa

This was quite honestly one of the best holidays we have ever had!! The villa was AMAZING and had absolutely everything we could need. The ONLY thing that would have been very much appreciated was if there had been a couple of bottles of water left in the fridge for our arrival (we didn't arrive at the villa until midnight so had to wait until the next morning to pick up supplies). The pool was fantastic and a lovely temperature. Our son enjoyed playing in it every day, as did we!! The beds were also very comfortable and we all slept well during our stay. The views from the villa are stunning and the area was SO quiet!! Neighbours were friendly although we didn't see much of them! A car is definitely a must but getting around was super easy and there were so many shops and restaurants within a 10 min drive. Lanzarote is stunning and this villa made a fantastic base to explore the island. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to others. Jean-Luc is a wonderful host and communication was very prompt, professional and helpful. Overall a 5star stay for sure ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beautiful Villa

My husband and I stayed with our son, his wife and their 2 children - 8years and 6months. The accommodation is really well laid out, light and airy and was immaculately clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped and pleasant to cook in - with a bbq and grill provided too; we made use of these most days. The outside pool area is spacious and also well equipped and we appreciated having outdoor towels for the pool too. The location was perfect for us - quiet location and a lovely neighbourhood. The Villa benefited from a nice breeze and sun on the pool all day. We were about a 10-15 minute drive from Puerto Del Carmen. We had a car but also used local taxis when we went out - they were easy to get hold of and very prompt too. It was about 15 euros into the centre of Puerto Del Carmen. Communication from Jean-Luc and Juan was prompt and super helpful which was definitely appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending this bill and we are already looking at planning our next trip.

Lovely villa

Property was ok but all the furniture needed either a good clean or completely replacing. Upstairs terrace was unusable after day 2 because of the amount of bird poo. The plastic bird deterrents on the rafters had perished so it quickly became an area that we couldn’t use. Listing stated that there was a hot tub- there wasn’t one - after being told by the owner that it was an error by Vrbo the owner finally admitted he’d made an error when completing the listing. Didn’t feel that I could contact the owner with other issues. We stayed for 17 nights in July - it was extremely windy while we were there. We could only sit out for 2 evenings at the villa. We had to drive down to the coast to enjoy the evenings. I should have researched better- perhaps it’s not as windy during other months. Looking at the previous reviews we had similar issues to others - water turned off for a day / power to ac tripping in the evenings / rattling windows due to wind - all of which should have been resolved by the owner when first raised. Property needs some attention to get back to it’s once luxury status

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa. We hired a car so the property was ideally located to be able to see all the island. The rooms were so comfortable with very comfy beds. There were some quirks to get used to such as the hot water taking a long time to comw through but once it did the showers were beautiful. The pool was perfect and great to use to cool off. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the bbq was a great addition. All in all it was a fantastic holiday . Thank you Jean-Luc

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. Die Lage nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und zentral auf der Insel ist ideal. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr umfangreich. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht und ist mit vielen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Schreibtisch wartet mit einem großen Monitor, einem Drucker und natürliche LAN/WLAN. Der Fernseher ist mit IP-TV ausgestattet und hat sogar Pay-TV-Kanäle inklusive. Wir konnten DAZN problemlos nutzen. In der Garage steht neben der Waschmaschine auch einiges an Pool-Spielzeug bereit (Gummitiere, Poolnudeln, Sonnenschirm, etc.). Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Bäder sind schön groß. Ein Defekt an der Dusche wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und den Schlafzimmern. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind aktuell.Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer sowie zum Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich und mit kurzer Antwortzeit.Dennoch ein paar Kritikpunkte: Die beiden Terrassentüren im Wohnzimmer konnten nur einseitig geöffnet werden, da die Riegel defekt waren. In der Spülmaschine fehlen fast alle Rollen für die Geschirrkörbe und bei starkem Wind macht das Haus viele Geräusche. Die Metallkonstruktion der Dachterrasse müsste dazu mal nachgezogen werden. Den Grill haben wir so gut es geht repariert, er hat aber schon bessere Tage gesehen. Auch die ansonsten sehr schöne Außenbeleuchtung sollte mit einem neuen Anschluss versehen werden. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus weiterempfehlen!

L'hébergement est conforme a l'annonce. La villa est très bien équipée. L'emplacement est au calme et pas loin des plages , des restos, de l'aéroport. Nous avons passe un excellent sejour en famille. La piscine a ete également appréciée de tous. Nous recommandons cette villa . Le propriétaire est disponible par message et les instructions données etaient claires .Le seul bemol cest la pression de l'eau dans les douches . Mais ce nest qu un détail.

Fantastisk hus i smukke omgivelser. Vi havde den skønneste ferie og kommer gerne igen.Eneste lille kritikpunkt er, at kloaken på badeværelset på 1. sal til tider lugter.Sengene er en smule hårde, men det er jo en smagssag.Kan virkelig anbefales!

Gut gelegene Villa mit beheizten Pool

Haus und Grundstück sind in die Jahre gekommen und es muss jetzt investiert werden! Ansonsten wäre es schade für Haus und Hof, grade in dieser tollen Lage.- die kleine Tür zum Grundstück ist so verrostet, dass sie nicht mehr schließt. Wir mussten einen großen Lavastein davor legen, da durch den Wind die Tür immer gegen den Rahmen knallte und man dadurch nachts nicht schlafen konnte.- auch an anderen Stellen viel Rost (z. B. das große Tor)- am Haus sind auf der Gartenseite Leisten abgeplatzt, die da so rumliegen- das Grünzeug im Garten benötigt dringend einen Gärtner, es hängt mehr braunes als grünes an den Sträuchern.- die Gartenlounge ist unbequem und klein, nicht für 6 Personen geeignet- die Gartenliegen sind alt, unbequem und haben keine Auflage- das Wohnzimmersofa hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich: unbequem und aufgebraucht.- die Stuhl Hussen am Esstisch sind einfach nur dreckig und gehören in die Waschmaschine- das Doppelbett im EG quietscht bei jeder Drehung: wir haben nicht gut geschlafen- bis das Duschwasser warm wird, dauert es ewig. Es wird viel Wasser verschwendet.- die kleine Toilette unter der Treppe muss dringend repariert werden. Sie wackelt beim hinsetzen.- leider gibt es im Garten keinen geeigneten Windschutz, wie wir ihn bei den anderen Nachbarn gesehen haben.Aber es gibt auch positives:Tolle Küche, gut eingerichtetWarmer Pool - 27 Grad CelsiusGute LageAber es reicht nicht um wiederzukommen!

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Pool, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Wir waren zu viert für 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage mit dem beheizten Pool ist ein Traum. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber war sehr freundlich. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.
