Included in the rental of The Pipers Reach home is access to the various recreational areas. Your house pass allows you to enjoy the swimming pool, tennis courts and sauna. Or bring your bikes(we provide 3 bikes) the bike trail is immediately behind the house and 10 mile bluff trail is steps away. Nearby activities include tide pooling, wine tasting, hiking nearby parks, fishing and exploring Gualala or the Sea Ranch lodge. Two grocery stores in Gualala 10 min from our home.

Nice open floor plan downstairs with a new 50 in screen TV, Netflix and a wood burning stove. We offer free internet and Direct TV. Master bedroom is a king with full bath and TV, guest room upstairs is a queen with full bath and downstairs is a half bath and den to accommodate two more guests. You can bring up to two dogs for an additional fee. We provide dog and beach towels in the garage.

The Master bedroom has a deck off the South side of house and gives you a nice ocean view. Off the deck is a nice inviting hot tub also views to the ocean. On a warm day lounge on the chairs in your private fenced in yard while listening to the surf.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and matching service for 8. Don't worry about bringing salt and pepper we provide spices and paper goods. Our house is perfect for a few couples or family to enjoy time to relax and unwind while enjoying the coast. If you need to do a little work we have a work desk in Master Bedroom with great internet access.
