Unit 35E Lot 64. For the golfer the Heartsong is conveniently located on the northern end of The Sea Ranch near The Sea Ranch Links Golf Course. This custom designed home is a 2.5 bath, 2 bedrooms plus loft home providing classic Sea Ranch comfort. Meaning the window seat in the loft invites you into a cozy corner to enjoy the ocean view or your favorite novel. The ambiance of the gas fireplace in the living room has you sitting with a glass of wine reminiscing about your days adventure. The house provides a light airy kitchen, and a reader's library of books and games. There is also a hot tub in the fully enclosed backyard to end a perfect day. One dog is welcome. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided, bring your own or rent them from Beach Rentals.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Dogs must be leashed and cannot be left unattended.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 3 (three), with a 1 car garage available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 6 for this home.

Wonderful sea ranch home!

Heartsong is one of our favorite Sea Ranch houses! The location is wonderful, decor is lovely, tons of great games, books, and puzzles, the kitchen is well appointed, and you can't beat the window seats in the loft. Being able to bring our dog with us and having a fenced yard really made it such a nice stay.

Great view, especially from the upstairs deck, and the fenced-in area was perfect for our dog. The location is super close to Gualala so those quick trips to the Surf are easy.

Bluffs: No Golf!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided on this rental due to location to the golf course unaware that they have shut it down! Bluff trail access is great and views from the upstairs are good. The amenities inside the house are not great given the money spent. We’ve stayed at many homes in the sea ranch and this is the worst. Small things like hand soap at the sinks, hand towels, simple cooking items like pots that don’t have scratched up teflon, salt and pepper, maybe some coffee/tea, supplying linens....otherwise it’s fine. Don’t stay here if you like to cook or if you don’t want to bring literally everything with you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Calm and cool start of summer weekend on the Sonoma coast. If you pine for dark and quiet nights and days full of activity, kayaking, biking, or hiking the coastal and mountain trails this is the place for you. Be sure to check out the tide pools while breathing in the fresh sea breezes too. Be prepared for a slow drive up CA1, thankfully there is lots to look at as those unfamiliar navigate our hilly and curvy costal highway.

So beautifully finished inside, great size (hoping to get a little extended family gathering scheduled there), lovely fenced garden in back (great for dog and all of us to chill), great views and steps from the ocean bluff! We even love the pantry/laundry room. It’s very hard to leave.

Our Home Away from Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Heartsong for at least 15 years, it’s our home away from home. The house is perfect for us, clean, bright and always well maintained. And close to the trail head for long walks along the coast with our dogs Lucy & Milo. This trip we saw harbor seals, sea lions and migrating humpback whales! Make sure to check out the farmers market in Gualala on Saturday mornings for delicious local offerings. And if you’re up for a short drive the Bird Cafe in Point Arena is not to be missed! And as always, no matter when you arrive Beach Rentals makes sure that checking in and out is a breeze.

Love Heartsong

I love the layout of the house and the proximity to the Bluff Trail as well as to shopping in Gualala. It’s wonderful to have an enclosed back yard for a toddler and our lab. The hot tub was not warm on our first night but a call to Beach Rentals (always so helpful and friendly) brought a service person fix it within a few hours- terrific. The house is clean and the kitchen stocked adequately with everything we needed. We will stay again next year hopefully when my grandson has a baby brother.

Reviewer Comments: Even though we picked the worst week possible to stay at Sea Ranch (rain and wind almost every day 🥴), we loved our stay at the Heartsong rental. The house was in a great location for walks and bike rides (between rain drops). The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need to make you feel right at home. The house was dog friendly and had a great little fully fenced-in yard. I think everyone’s favorite spot in the house was the loft area with the window seats - great place to watch the storms coming in! Will definitely stay at Heartsong again.

There were so many things to love about it (location, layout) but, as reviews often do, they focus on the negative. The house was dusty and the toilets unclean. This was reported to the Management company when I left. IT is truly a great management company and I doubt that will be a problem in the future. The kitchen was stoceked really heap, dated cookware! The frying pans were old, scratched teflon, the pots were flimsy and there weren't many of them. It was challenging to cook. The furniture was also on the cheap - uncomfortable pillows, icky comforters, pillows. And 4 towel bars in one bathroom and only 1 towel bar in the master bath! In spite of these complaints, I would go back, probably with my own bedding and pots and pans. I haven't stayed at the north end of the property before and it had it's strengths - it's close to the golf course and gualala!

Beautiful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is located on a quiet road at the northern end of Sea Ranch, off of Leeward. We loved the enclosed yard and the hot tub was perfectly located for star having and watching the waves. The house had many thoughtful touches and had a very well-organized kitchen and storage area/pantry set up.As other reviews have mentioned, wifi is not strong throughout the entire house, best signal was in the living room area. The TV in the main living room area is awkwardly placed, up high on the wall and at an angle and there is no option for streaming, just a standard cable package. There is a dvd player upstairs but we could not find the remote for it and had to manually control the discs on the player itself. Had the weather been better and more conducive to being outside, this would have been less of an issue, however our stay was full of rainy days and more indoor time than usual. We had a few minor repair issues at the beginning of our visit and the property manager, Sea Ranch Rentals, was very responsive and fixed the issues immediately. Always a pleasure working with them!

Lovely Home with Great Living Spaces

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home. It has three ample separate spaces (2 bedrooms with their own baths and a loft with a half bath). The loft has a beautiful reading nook with views of the ocean. The house across the street blocks the sunset, but it's a quick walk to the trail on the bluff. There was also a beautiful enclosed garden, which was perfect for our dog. The house was updated; it was clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. It would've been nice to have some generic shampoo and conditioner and for the windows to be cleaner so we could appreciate the views even more. But, overall, we loved the house and plan to be back!

It's a beautiful, well-designed house, so there's a place for everything. The master suite is spacious and the loft is a wonderful place to read a book or gaze at the view. It's close to Gualala Regional Park, and and a great place to walk. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the enclosed yard is a nice bonus when traveling with dogs. Beach Rentals is always great to work with: professional, responsive and friendly.

It's located on an especially picturesque area of Sea Ranch very close to town. It took me less than 5 minutes to access the Bluff Trail, and it is an easy walk into the Gualala Regional Park. The furnishings are comfortable and the decorating is lovely....very nice art. There is a great ocean view from the loft. There is an amazing library of books. The kitchen is super well equipped. There is a nice enclosed yard. We were there 6 weeks and totally enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely rent it again.

Nice enclosed area for dog. Contrary to what some prior visitors said here - the house was very clean (although a carpet cleaning wouldn’t hurt) and the wi fi worked perfectly even with two of us logged in to work.
