Welcome to Carolina Sunrise! With the new mattresses and box springs, new flooring throughout, renovated bathrooms, & the brand-new sleeper sofa, you'll feel like you're sleeping in a luxury resort! This property is located on the second floor and there is also elevator access.

There's nothing like sitting out on your deck in an ocean front condo! We have easy access to our beautiful white sandy beach, just steps away. You can watch the dolphins play and the pelicans soar! If you are an early riser, you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises over the ocean.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances & granite countertops. With an open floor plan, you can be in the kitchen and still enjoy the ocean view! The dining area has a table and four chairs, plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living room has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV with cable, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.

The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and ceiling fan. The on suite bathroom has a gorgeous tiled shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, hardwood floors, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, and shares the hall bathroom.

We also have a new (2022) full size washer and dryer, elevator, large outdoor pool, gazebo, and picnic area with grill. Our beach access walkway is next to the pool and has an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand. For fish tacos and tiki drinks, the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar is right next door and for a hearty breakfast don't forget to check out Granny's Country Kitchen just across the street!

What a perfect place to relax and enjoy the summer! You can stroll along the beach to the boardwalk area and get yourselves a delicious donut at Britt's Donut Shop or a slice of pizza at Fentoni's Pizza. So much to do during the summer: live bands and fireworks on Thursday nights, a weekly farmers market, and plenty of local restaurants to choose from. If you get a bit too sunburned and need a day out of the sun, don't forget the NC Aquarium right down the road at Kure Beach. It's air-conditioned and if you go on Wednesdays you can watch them feed the alligators!

My two teen girls and I stayed for a few days and couldnā€™t have been more pleased! Amazing beach, awesome location near restaurants, and a very comfortable and cute condo. Iā€™d highly recommend! Well stocked with everything we needed, nice appliances, beautiful balconyā€¦I could go on and on. Donā€™t second guess staying here! Just book it!

Location,location,location!

Excellent location so close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had a front row seat to the ocean it was a big balcony, always had some shade. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and our wine in the evening. Seafood on the island was good every where we ate. The Tiki Hut right down the beach had wonderful fish tacos and itā€™s right on the beach you can walk.

The oceanfront view if really the stand out of this location, but there were many other great features like abundant parking and nice furnishings. Only critiques would be the seating could have been a bit more comfortable and I think the AC vents need a good cleaning as I had some allergy issues.

Coastal Beauty

Had a wonderful stay. Property was as advertised; clean, spacious, close to wonderful restaurants, piers. Situated at the southern end of Carolina Beach, almost to Kure Beach. Close to the NC Aquarium and wildlife areas. Check-in and check-out as easy as could be. Nice touch that there is an individual storage room on the ground floor for beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Will definitely use this property again.

Lovely condo and complex. Well stocked, except for our need for more wine glasses. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in showers (pet peeve). Oceanfront view was great! We certainly recommend Carolina Sunrise.

Great location, communication and clean

We had a wonderful week at Carolina Sunrise. It was clean and exactly as described. Having the storage shed to use and with some beach gear and toys were a perk! The location is amazing for beach access, close to restaurants and the balcony is amazing for views, sunsets and sunrises. The pool is a added perk, especially with a little kid. Communication was amazing- helping me find a rental company for a crib and overall communication. We will be back!,

Beautiful spot

Our rental here was great from start to finish. Our original dates were changed due to a hurricane and the management team was amazing and understanding. The unit itself was easy to check into, very cute and great location. The cleaning lady didnt get there until after we did at 4 PM, but hey, traffic and things happen. She was still really nice, finished quick and gave us ideas for our stay. I would stay here again no problem.
