Experience the ultimate luxury of this beautiful private home just minutes from the white private sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. No annoying steps to climb. 5-9 minute walk to the Holmes Beach Playground, Tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts, Playground, Skate Park, Basketball Courts, Shopping, Bars and More.

This private family home is renovated renovated to the highest specifications you would desire for a luxury renal. The furnishings are comfortable but luxurious. Inside the home we feature quartz counter tops, new cabinetry, fully equipped modern kitchen, stainless appliances and porcelain tile throughout. We feature 3 coastal bedrooms (2 queen and 2 twin beds) with ample closet space, 2 newly renovated bathrooms (1 en-suite). The lanai off of the living room opens to an "Old Florida style" covered deck with generous bench seating, rocking chairs and BBQ perfect for your happy hour.

Our property comes with a private pool equipped with a party pool light for your late night swimming fun. Completed in January 2022 a pool sun room with 10 feet of glass doors open to the pool deck. This sun room has beautiful comfortable furnishings and TV providing and an additional lounge area when you are enjoying the pool. Also recently completed in 2022 a spacious 3 car driveway, outdoor shower, windows and exterior. A beautiful tropical landscape completes the outdoor living experience. We have all the beach toys including chairs, umbrella and a wagon for your personal use. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

The neighborhood is peaceful with very little traffic. This home is only minutes walk to exciting restaurants, ice cream shop, bars and shopping in Holmes Beach. Free Island Trolley-Bus stop is just down the street.
The property has a Nest camera view of the driveway for weather monitoring purposes. Occupancy limit 6

Holmes Beach noise ordinance in effect from 10 PM to 7 AM, during which louder activities like shouting, loud music (radios, speakers), and vehicle noise are restricted to prevent disturbance, with specific decibel limits (65 dBA daytime, 50 dBA nighttime) applying, and code enforcement handles violations.

Beautiful property!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Extremely clean. Short walk to the beach. The pool was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor seating options too. We had a great time! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful place to holiday

Beautiful, spacious single storey house. Immaculate decor, spacious living accommodation and well equipped kitchen. Great outdoor space with covered table for outdoor eating and separate yard with pool and sun loungers . Highly recommended. and sun loungers.

Fourth stay and it keeps getting better!

This was our fourth stay in this incredible house, and it truly feels like a home away from home for our family. We keep coming back because it’s simply perfect — from the thoughtful little touches throughout the home to the unbeatable location just steps from the beach. The pool is a favorite for all of us, and the house always feels fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. Every time we visit, there’s something new — updates or features that make it even better than before. It has everything we need and more. We’re so grateful to have found this gem and can’t wait to return again!

Another great vacation at the Turtle’s Nest!

Just like the title said - great vacation spot, great house, close to the not very crowded beach. Raye is great answering any questions or handling any issues - very quickly. Look forward to the next visit already!

Relaxing Stay

The home is in a great location, walkable to many restaurant's and stores. It was clean and bright inside. It has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels both for bath and beach. The host is responsive and kind. It was the perfect place to relax for a week!

Turtles Nest Is The Best!

Great property, great location, multiple living spaces for guests to relax and do their own thing. Easy walk to the beach for the gorgeous AMI sunsets. Easy walk to Vinny’s, Hurricane Hanks, The Ugly Grouper and The Doctor’s Office, ice cream and shopping.

Wonderful

Great location. The Ugly Grouper Restaurant was a short walk and had something for everyone, including live music. We also enjoyed our time cooking and reading by the small pool. The lovely landscaping around this home gives plenty of privacy. Found it very easy to go for my morning run or stroll to the beach for sunset. This house was perfect!

Fantastic house and location!

Perfect size for our family of 6, plenty of space to spread out a bit. Beach is just a short walk away and coming back to our very own private pool was the icing on the cake. The kids had an absolute blast. Amazing location as well, centrally located and just a quick golf cart ride to pretty much anywhere on the island. We had no issues whatsoever during our stay and Raye was a great host. The place is expertly decorated, very clean, and has a plethora of modern features. We will definitely be staying again!

Third time back and still want more!

This is our third time stating in this lovey home. The location is absolutely perfect…we can walk to the beach, dinner, shops, ice cream and much more. The walk to the pool is simply stepping out of the sliding doors. The property manager is extremely responsive and helpful. Cannot wait to return….again!

A turtles nest

A turtles nest is a beautiful home! Well taken care of and updated. Very clean. It had everything we needed. The property owners were responsive- got back to us in minutes! Good location- short walk to the beach or stores. Highly recommend it!

Amazing Return Trip

We stayed at this house 2 years ago and were so happy it was available again for our return trip to AMI. The proximity to the beach is amazing and the house comes with a great beach cart to easily carry all your gear. We stayed in the house with our kids ages 5, 3 and 8 months. There was plenty of space in the house and the pool was a great spot for the afternoons after the kids had enough at the beach. The house is walking distance to The Ugly Grouper restaurant, an ice cream shop and a few stores. Everything else is a short drive away. The house is incredibly clean!! The host responded quickly if we had any questions. We loved our stay and hope to keep going back!

Birthday Holiday

Wow! We spent a week at A Turtle’s Nest, our second visit to the island but our first time staying here. It’s a beautiful property, modern and stylish but also comfortable and relaxing, and we felt at home surprisingly quickly. It’s very much a luxury holiday home - my favourite kind! Everything is of high quality - the appliances, the fixtures and fittings, the crockery and cutlery, even the tea towels are plush! The bed is super comfy, like sleeping on a cloud. There’s an abundance of fluffy bath towels and pool towels, and a delightfully old-fashioned whistling stove-top kettle for tea drinkers like us. We enjoyed spotting the little turtle touches all over the house, and appreciated the labels on switches and other devices that made life easier. The location is perfect, on a quiet street just a short stroll to the beach. We love Anna Maria Island - the beaches, the sunsets and the wildlife, and hope to return again in the future. Our favourite food recommendations would be a burger at The Waterfront, fish at The Porch and steak at SALT Bar & Table. It’s been an absolute pleasure staying here. We don’t usually stay at the same property twice, but I’d make an exception in this case. I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate my 50th birthday. Thank you Raye!

Perfect beach home away from home!

Very cozy, great style, clean and had everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway. My only suggestion is to put black out curtains in the bedrooms, because the neighbor’s exterior light sensor is very bright and goes off and on throughout the night. I brought an eye cover which helped. Other than that we absolutely loved our stay there!

We loved this home. It was so clean, well decorated and had everything we could need.

The house was so nicely decorated. There were plenty of beach/pool towels, a wagon to pull stuff to the beach . The house even had beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas for the beach. Our favorite part was the pool. It was such a fun place to cool off and private from the road. The beach was a quick walk from the house. The house was also close to restaurants and ice cream shops. We even biked to Anna Maria piers and shops. The property manager was very responsive. We will definitely book this house again.

Wonderful times at Anna Maria Island

This was a very nice place to stay at. The home has just been renovated! The location is great - only 5 minutes to the beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The soundproofing is excellent too - there was some construction on the street during our stay and we didn’t hear the equipment run with closed doors. The communication with the owner was great - when we had any questions, those were answered reasonably fast! The Turtle Nest is definitely on the short list of places to stay for us in the future, for sure.

Wonderful Stay on AMI

We had a wonderful time at 'A Turtles Nest' and Raye is a great host! The house was perfect for our family of 5. The property is beautiful and has all the amenities of home. We enjoyed cooking breakfast in the kitchen (equipped with everything you need). Plenty of space for the kids to spread out and the sun room was perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We enjoyed walking to the beach every evening for sunset (less than 5 mins). Also loved having the beach wagon and chairs, umbrella, etc that are provided. We will stay here again the next time we visit the island.

Amazing!

Our stay at the Turtle's Nest was top notch. Questions I had before our stay were quickly answered. We have stayed at several other houses on AMI, and this one was the most accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked and had some condiments and spices. The walk to the beach is short, and having the chairs and wagon available was great. The outdoor shower, pool, and outdoor dining area were key, especially with a 4 and 7 year old. Loved that you can see the pool from the kitchen so I felt comfortable letting the kids play outside while I cooked dinner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

A Turtle's Nest was the perfect spot for my family! The house was beautiful and very clean. I stayed in the house with my husband and daughters (3 years and 1 year). There was plenty of room for my kids to move around and the outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing after the kids were asleep. The beach cart was great and fit everything we needed. The walk to the beach is no more than 5 minutes. I couldn't tell from the pictures before booking but the outdoor area with the grill is separated from the pool by a gate if you want a separate area for kids to play away from the pool. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We loved staying at 'A Turtle's Nest'. The villa was even better than the photos with so many nice details...it really felt like a home from home. Lovely house in perfect location

We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come back. Inside and outside - everything worked perfectly. Only regret is a very noisy installation just outside the master bedroom which ruined the night’s sleep

Excellent house on Anna Maria Island

Recently updated and looks amazing! Three living areas - one is a step down living room. Pool on one side of house and grill with fabulous sitting area on the other - do connect with path along the rear of house. Pool is small but absolutely beautiful. Lots of towels provided for pool. Water is 85 degrees. Careful of the step out of house onto pool terrace - it's a bit high. Three bedrooms - 1) Queen bed is comfy and ensuite bath is smallish (shower only) but very very nice. 2) Twin beds with hall bath (Tub with shower) right outside of door. 3) Queen bed with door off of the step-down living area so have to walk around which worked out fine. Kitchen is totally open and well stocked - even condiments in the fridge. Walk to beach only takes 3-5 minutes. Neighborhood is quiet and new circular driveway is perfect! Loved our stay in the excellent Turtle's Nest.

We supply all beach equipment making your time here more convenient.
Location, location location!!! It is close to the beach, just a 3 minute walk. You can walk to our favorite breakfast spot, ice cream shop, restaurants, shopping. Truly the best location on Anna Maria Island.
