Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: This thoroughly charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath cottage in WaterColor's Camp District is the perfect blend of comfort, style and convenience. Tucked away on a wooded lot just 2 blocks from Camp WaterColor and the Tennis Center, 350 Red Cedar Way features stunning design with a screen-in porch, wood ceilings, a chef's kitchen and a second living space on the second floor.

Entering through the front door, cherry hardwood floors and overstuffed sofas accent the living space which features a vast flat-screen television - the perfect place for vacation movie night. The kitchen features granite countertops, designer cabinets and select stainless appliances. The dining area offers table seating for 8 before a fireplace, complete with a stone hearth and chimney. The counter has additional seating for 3, while a private breakfast nook offers seating for 4.

Located on the first floor the primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen television and a private bath with shower only. Ascending the staircase, a second living space features a sectional sofa, flat-screen television and a twin-over-twin bunkbed - the perfect space for the young and the young at heart alike. Adjacent are two guest bedrooms -- both with king beds, flat-screen televisions, and a shared bath with shower only.

It's the outdoors spaces that truly set this home apart. The screened-in porches and private backyard allow guests to enjoy the natural setting of WaterColor itself. A daybed on the porch is a great place for a nap. The thoughtful design that incorporates the character of Old Florida with modern amenities makes 350 Red Cedar Way the perfect coastal retreat for up to 8 guests.

We had the absolute best stay!! The house was great and we had plenty of room for our family. The host thought of every detail. The location to the pool and beach were perfect. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great house. Perfect for our family of four. Only thing to be aware of is there is no bathtub. And if second couple is with you, they’d have to share the only bathroom upstairs. No problem for us, but worth noting. Master porch was a lovely place to sit and front porch was perfect for relaxing and having the morning coffee. Location was perfect. Easy access to camp WC and short, fun bike ride to Beach Club. Kitchen was nice and fairly updated as were bathrooms. The owners obviously care about the little things: lots of needed items around the kitchen, spices, coffee, oil, etc. Board games on shelf, etc. I would definitely stay here again with our family. Beautiful, functional, cozy home for a family. Great location! Easy check in and out.

Great location and great house.

We were very happy with the house. It was great for our family of 4. The only thing I wish the property had was a Keurig. While there was a regular coffee pot we only had Keurig pods with us.

First time in watercolor

The property itself was lovely. My family and I enjoyed the space and cleanliness of the home. My only issue would be the check-in/check out process. We had people on the property the day we were leaving, prior to check out time. I received an email requesting that our checkout time be bumped up an hour to 9am-I received this email less than 24 hours before leaving. We also had a woman come into the unit (opened up the house) while we were still in it-prior to check out time. I recognize this is not the vrbo portion but it was mildly frustrating.

Watercolor Easter

Beautiful house. Big rooms with ample sleeping. Perfect location. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Complimentary bikes were a good addition.

August 2019 Stay

We stayed at 350 Red Cedar Way for our first trip to Watercolor, this was by far our best family vacation yet. Watercolor is absolutely beautiful, the community is gorgeous and the house was just perfect for our family. Our family loved hanging out at the pools. We really enjoyed our morning bike rides. We regret not renting a golf cart so we will definitely do that next time. We will be back next year! Thank you for helping make this a very memorable trip!

My husband, toddler (2.5 year old)and I vacationed for a week down in Watercolor to kickoff our summer. We had the best time and loved staying at 350 Red Cedar Way! It was clean, loved the layout and the location was perfect. We made the quick two minute bike ride to the camp Watercolor pool every single day. Loved all of it!

Great House. Extremely well stocked kitchen which made cooking a breeze. Nice layout, close to everything. Watercolor was a bit crowded this week and they ran out of a lot of stuff but the House was flawless.

June 2018 Stay

We had a wonderful vacation in Watercolor! The house on 350 Red Cedar Way was the perfect size for our group of 6. We all enjoyed riding the bikes throughout the community and to the beach. It was also fun kayaking on the Western Lake. This was our first time in Watercolor, and we were so impressed. Every house was beautiful and well-maintained. Perfect place for families.
