Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This home features elegant hardwoods, beautiful furnishings, and charming touches throughout. The gourmet kitchen offers creamy white cabinets, granite countertops, two sinks, and everything you need for an amazing meal. Dining just off of the kitchen has seating for 6 on a beautiful dark wood table surrounded by windows. The living room has a comfortable feel for relaxing while watching the fireplace or the television. Cozy reading nooks will help you melt into that favorite book you have been waiting to enjoy. The primary suite offers a king bed and flat-screen television with DVD player and also boasts an adjoining bath with shower and double vanity. Just down the hall is another king room with television and connecting bath that is shared with the hall. The bath features a single vanity, tub, and a shower. The third bedroom has a king bed and features a flat-screen television and an adjoining bath with single vanity and a shower.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Please note: Per HOA Policy, all Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one Low-Speed Vehicle per home. Homes with owner provided Low-Speed Vehicles are not permitted to rent an additional Low-Speed Vehicle.
