You'll love this private park-side location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and a city park with ball fields and pavilion. Enjoy world famous skiing at nearby Cottonwood Resorts (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude). Convenient access to freeway to downtown Salt Lake.



Amenities include city park next door with picnic tables and pavilion, great room with 30 foot ceiling, additional living with gas fireplace and second TV, beautiful full kitchen with bar and large dining table (place setting for 11), and a private deck with private hot tub and mature pine and aspen trees.



In addition to this home, there is an adjoining 3 bedroom home next door (no interior connecting door) that can also be rented together or separate. When renting both homes together, you can accommodate 22 people. If you need space for even more people, you have the option of renting 9 total homes in this private community. Contact us for availability and to make arrangements. Renting all the homes together makes for a perfect home base for a family reunion or family gathering for any special occasion, family vacation, 50th wedding anniversary celebration, or a group ski vacation.



This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
