Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the bed comfortable and appreciated the safe neighborhood and pet-free environment. I do want to clarify a few items for future guests. There was no guest laundry left unfinished in the unit at check-in, and guests are never expected to complete laundry from prior stays. The listing only advertises a standard coffee pot, not a Keurig machine or Keurig pods. The mini split heating/cooling system is guest-controlled during the stay, and the remote provided in the unit is what guests use to adjust the temperature to their comfort. With outside temperatures around 75 degrees during your visit, we were not made aware of any heating concerns at the time. Had you reached out, we would have gladly assisted immediately. Regarding the conditioner, additional supplies are always available upon request and we are happy to bring more when needed. As for the coffee pot, it had unfortunately been placed under the counter by a prior guest after checkout, so our cleaner believed it had already been cleaned. We appreciate this being brought to our attention and have addressed it with housekeeping to help prevent this in the future
