Overall very satisfied with the house. Enjoyed the easy walk to the lake. The backyard was great for the kids. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. A couple items of note, the bunkbed was squeaky with every movement, and the living room couch was most uncomfortable to sit on. The BBQ worked but very uneven on heat distribution.

House was comfortable. Plenty of room for us and our young adult kids. Everyone had a good time with all that was offered. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub did not have the smell or feel of harsh chemicals. There was a little issue with the sink and a very friendly and efficient maintenance person was there to fix it right away. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because there was a lot of dust and dirt under the couch when I retrieved the dogs ball and the furniture cushions on the upper deck looked as if they were left outside all winter in the pacific NW.
