Welcome to Redfish Village #M2-430, a luxurious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo located in the charming 30A beach town of Blue Mountain Beach, Florida. Just one block from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, this upscale retreat offers easy access to the beach with a complimentary shuttle service. Beautifully appointed and designed with comfort in mind, this Snowbird friendly condo sleeps six guests and features a private balcony overlooking the peaceful nature sanctuary with views of both Redfish Lake and the Gulf of Mexico.

Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen that’s perfect for preparing meals, along with an open living and dining area that leads out to the balcony.

The primary bedroom offers private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom connects to a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom that also opens to the hallway, while the third bedroom has its own ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. All three bedrooms include a smart TV, and the condo also provides the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Redfish Village blends coastal living with resort-style amenities, offering guests access to two community pools, a hot tub, playground, and fitness center. The private beach pavilion includes bathhouses and beach service available for a fee, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing day by the water. 5 stars with a few inconveniences

Pictures don't do this place justice. Corner condo was bigger than we realized. There were a few inconveniences, which were mentioned prior to our stay, so we weren't caught off guard. Unlike every other house I've rented, this house didn't come with beach towels, every day essentials (dish soap, toilet paper, TRASH BAGS, etc) to get past one day. These small purchases for the owner should outweigh the imconvenience for a traveler to load up on these items. Luckily, our friends staying down the hall had plenty to share. Their condo even had beach chairs. The management company was extremely quick to respond, but never really delivered. For example, upon arrival, the floor felt like it had sand on it, so i wanted to sweep/mop. I found a swiffer, but with no pads. I asked them to bring me pads. They responded asking me to buy some and they reimburse me. Of couse I didnt want to go to the store on vacation, so i did without. We had purchased an extendes check out, yet the maod (who didnt speak english) was knocking to clean at the normal check out time. I tried explaining that we wouldnt be leaving until noon, but she stood outside outmr door waiting for us to leave. I contacted the management company and they said they let her know. She continued to wait and randomly knock. Sfter multiple outreaches to the management company (all while trying ro relax on our last morning) she finally stopped trying after 1.5 hours. So, would we probably rent this place again, Probably,

Great location and clean property

Our family of 5 had a great time and the property was well maintained. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question or had an issue.

Great location …. But had a few bugs

I have stayed at redfish village earlier this year. A great condo so I knew the location was wonderful!! I was excited when we found this condo available. I read some not great reviews about it but went ahead and booked. Layout of condo was great. 3 beds rooms. 3 full baths. Spacious. I was so excited. First night kids saw a roach in living room. Next night some other friends staying killed one in their room. And the last night there my kids killed one in their bathroom. I just happen to be deathly afraid of roaches so if seeing a few aren’t a big deal for you, this condo will be great. Other than the bugs, accommodations were great. But really hope management gets a hold of the bugs so they don’t get over run. Thanks for the stay! Everything else was absolutely great.

Nice, clean condo

Just a few minor things that would’ve been helpful- check in- there’s an outside door before you get to the door of the actual unit. We spent 10 min texting & calling to figure out why we couldn’t get in. My daughter finally tried all the codes & got into the outer door. they really should include a few more household items- more than 2 dishwasher packs, salt & pepper, & sugar so you don’t have to buy those things at the store. Master bedroom hears all the traffic on the road- I know you can’t do much about that but it’s something to consider when picking a unit. The tv connection was not good the last day- not sure if it was a satellite issue or not.

Loved the location

Beautiful property! I have stayed at Redfish Village for over ten years. Would definitely stay here again, but the unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant when we arrived at 5:00 pm. We then had to leave so that it could be cleaned. We were refunded the cleaning fee which was a nice gesture since the shower stalls were still so dirty that we had to scrub them ourselves. Also, most of the plates that were put back in the cupboard still has old food stuck on them- so we had to wash dishes before we could even use them. We enjoyed our stay- just wished it was cleaner and that we didn’t have to do the cleaning.

Great location but filthy

The location, setup, amenities of this condo are A+ However, the condo itself is as filthy! I understand these are rentals bit we’ve been coming to 30A for 6 years and have not stayed in anything this dirty. I’m not talking like the group before us partied too hard and it wasn’t cleaned- I’m talking This place has not been cleaned in months. If I were the owner I would be super disappointed in the cleaning staff. I will say we had trouble accessing the property and the property manager had to let us in and walked in before us and apologized and said this was not up to par and that housekeeping was being sent back over & they credit us like $100. Housekeeping came again and basically wiped down the counters it looked like. I honestly would have left but there was literally nothing available on all of 30A- thrust me I checked. There was visible layers of black dust all over the place. A door with slats that was painted white but you couldn’t even see through the slats bc of the amount of viable dust. Even my 5 year old commented within few minutes of being in there in how dirty it was. There were dirty sheets wodded up in a ball in the closet that were not removed. There was hair all over the bathrooms & one of the shower walls. One of the toilet seats had Urine on it. The walls were visibly dirty throughout and need to be wiped down or repainted. I sent pictures of all of this to management hoping maybe it would be cleaned better when they came back but again it looked like walls were just wiped down. There’s no broom or working vacuum in the place. I’m fairly certain it hasn’t been mopped in months bc our feet would be black on the bottoms after walking around on the floors. This place has so much potential - you can be the location or view and the amenities were great but it’s pretty bad when even a 5 year old comments on the filth.

Great RedFish Rental

This is a very nice 4th floor corner unit. Love the private breezeway. we had a great time staying in this unit. condo was super clean when we arrived. had to call mgmt one time and there were very accommodating. if you are traveling to Blue Mountain Beach and are looking to stay at a great property please check out red fish village. the local pool on the property is nice and the beach is just a short walk away. My only complaint, would have been nice if the beach chairs were included with this unit as other units we have rented in the past at Redfish have all included. other than that no other complaints and we had a great stay!

Location location location

Best location of condo in Redfish Village. Good views. So close to incredible beaches. Walkable for the kids! Pools GREAT! Playground is GREAT! Creamery across the street…GREAT! Unit could be cleaner. Needs an update and refresh. The management company provides you with just one roll of paper towels, one roll of TP for each bathroom and 2 dishwasher pods for 7 days. So be sure to shop on the way in! Overall - great trip and experience! Will go back!

2021 Spring Break

Our family of 5 had a great time on our spring break trip. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach and restaurants were easy and short. We would definitely stay here again.

Was disappointed that at least one towel had blood stains as well as some of the furniture. The shower in the master looked filthy and the floor around the shower looked rough. The location was great and layout of the unit was nice.

I would not ever stay with southern VacationRentals Again

Refrigerator was dirty only one towel and wash cloth per person. Due to Covid I personally stripped all beds down to mattress. We The queen bedroom mattress had a stain about a foot in diameter. It was gross. We checked in on Saturday and it was Monday before they had someone to come steam clean it After cleaning I had to reclean with a Lysol Spray cleaner as that just brought more to the surface

Perfect setting for our 30A summer vacay!

We just returned to Texas after 6 nights in Blue Mountain Beach. From the minute we walked into our condo we instantly knew we would be super comfortable while being convenient to the beach and the Blue Mountain Creamery! The condo is well decorated and well-supplied with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. We cooked a number of meals and used both the kitchen appliances as well as the grills in the common area by the pool. The location is so close to the beach and the free shuttles make it easy to get back and forth. When not at the beach, we enjoyed using the pool. We would definitely enjoy staying there again in the future as there is no place as wonderful as 30A!

Girls Beach Escape

We have stayed in this property before, as well as several others at Redfish Village, but this is our favorite. The unit is clean, well appointed and this time, the staff even left milk and cookies for us, as well as bottled water, which was much appreciated. The property staff were outstanding in helping me retrieve a cell phone which was left on the beach shuttle. We will come back as many times as we are able.

Fantastic place!!!

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The rooms are laid out very nicely so that everyone had privacy. Great pool and hot tub. We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely place.

The only down side was we arrived at night and after a little trouble getting into the parking garage the space with our room # on it had a golf cart chained and parked there. Was never told there were a few un-numbered spaces.Had to call rental agency

Great condo!

This was my first week in redfish village and it won’t be my last. My friends and I split this beautiful condo for the week and had a fabulous time. A very accommodating place for 2 couples with little toddlers.

Unit needs major cleaning!

We loved the location of the unit and the fact that it had it's own little hallway outside to store beach supplies. However, the unit was very dirty and overall run down. The first day my kids ran around barefoot and their feet were black. The couch and pillows had stains all over to the point that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it without a towel underneath. Same with the cushions on the outside furniture. Nothing was dusted or had been for a long time. We dusted the bed frames and some other items. The unit needs some major cleaning!!!! This was suppose to be our home away from home but I didn’t feel that way at all.

Last minute booking and they were so accommodating.

The unit was so spacious and we loved the open concept in the main living areas. The rooms all had their own bathroom. The place was super clean and close to the beach, we walked. The pool area was clean as well and everyone in town was so nice. We are looking forward to staying here again soon. Thanks again for your hospitality!

The condo was beautiful and was a perfect location to the beach. The major problem is the unit is not very cool. The setting of 72 degrees on the air conditioner set by the owner is not cool enough for a comfortable stay. There are not efficient window coverings to keep the unit cool. I would suggest upgrading your air conditioner unit to make the stay more comfortable.
