Dunes of Seagrove - Quiet by the Beach (Newly Renovated)

Leave the stress behind, and come to Seagrove Beach, FL. Enjoy beautiful white sandy beaches, or lounge by the two-tier, 7500-square-foot pool (heated seasonally). The spacious 1495-square-foot condominium, completed in 2002, can sleep ten persons comfortably.

Newly Renovated. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a twin day bed with trundle in its reading nook which opens onto the spacious balcony. The master bath features a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The guest room includes a queen sized bed and also opens onto its own private balcony. The front area has been converted into its own bedroom with a double bed and a door for privacy. Other sleeping arrangements include a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The Dunes of Seagrove complex offers a variety of amenities including a two-tiered, seasonally heated pool with a hot tub, tennis courts, grilling area, workout room with sauna and steam room, and electric vehicle charging.

Dunes of Seagrove, located off Scenic Highway 30-A, is just minutes away from Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary, and Alys Beach, which feature seasonal concerts, arts festivals, and numerous upscale restaurants. Golfing is just ten minutes away at Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club.

Everything is as very nice and the place is great. Really good space and laid out in a way that everyone has privacy. Inside was quiet and pool was really nice and big. It’s easiest to get to beach at the street. To the left is public, the right is private. If you want chairs you need to get in line before 8 and reserve. You can’t put up a tent in front of them they’ll love you back. On the public side there is a line that rents can’t be past also.

The condo smelled freshly clean when we arrived. As a mom with small kids cleanliness is super important to me. Very easy check in process and easy parking too. This is our third time to stay at Dunes of seagrove. This is by far our favorite unit! We will be back. Thank you for a great stay!

July 4th Stay

Overall an enjoyable stay and would likely stay again. Pros: Location; amenities (elevator/luggage carts were very handy); great AC; beach gear available; nice furnishings/well decorated; kitchen amply supplied; extra bedding and blankets provided; quick communication from owner. Cons: Cleanliness- the unit has been remodeled and is very cute but the cleaning crew seems lacking, particularly with laundering bedding/pillows/blankets and sweeping/mopping.

Seagrove trip

Perfect place for our group ! Quick walk to beach and pool. Well equipped kitchen and nice size bathrooms and comfortable beds. The view from living area is also wonderful!

A great vacation spot!

Right on the water! The condo was great and just as advertised. We wound highly recommend and will be back for sure! The beach is so close and then there are two pools, hot tub, fitness center with sauna and steam room, tennis and pickleball courts and so muc. More!

Pleasant stay on the beach

The unit is well maintained and has a beautiful partial ocean view. Beach area for building is not crowded. It takes a few minutes to get to the beach. The beds were comfortable. It was clean overall. Megan responded quickly if we needed something. Great space for 6 and not too crowded when we had 8 for a couple of days. There is a seafood market that had steaming (buddy's), restaurant (old Florida fishhouse) and coffee shop/bar with small lawn for sitting snd lawn games that we really liked...just a few minute drive or 15 minute walk.Some things to note that would've put the place over the top. There wasn't any beach towels. Just one random one in the closet. There are beach chairs, but they're old and rusted. The provided umbrella was broken so it wouldn't stay up if it got too windy on the beach. (You can rent onsite for 50-60 a day with chairs and umbrella.) There wasn't soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. A small cooler bag would've been nice to take to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked except for saran wrap and foil. Storage containers would've been nice too.

Great fall break spot

Check-in was simple (and we were even able to get in early!), condo was very nice with all the amenities we needed, and location/proximity to beach was great. There were five of us so plenty of room, but it would be snug (esp with only two bathrooms) if you had the max capacity of 10 advertised.

Our new annual spot

This property is absolutely amazing and 100% as described. Unfortunately, we chose to leave just a few days into our trip because of Hurricane Helene, however, the owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. We were so surprised how quiet this unit was at night, so peaceful and just perfect!! We will be making this our annual family spot. Absolute perfection!

Beauty and the beach!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful beach week! Excellent location on the quiet side of 30 A. Beautiful, clean and comfortable condo . Easy access to beach! Excellent communications with owner. Hope to return in the future.

Our stay

The views were amazing. The condo was okay. As far ad the cleaning goes, i would give it a zero rating. The white sheets were soiled and had black stains. If you’re staying at this property you need your own toilet paper , there was only half a roll for both bathrooms. There was big amounts of sand and over the carpet rug in the living room and some sand on the beds. There is build up dust every where There were left over dishes from previous guests. An okay stay but will not be coming back.

Great location!

We loved the location of this condo. Situated on the second floor, this condo was an easy 1-2 minute walk to private beach. Beach isn’t crowded like Destin. Balcony view of the beach was an added plus. Shower tubs could’ve been cleaner. Soap scum were visible. Kitchen and bathrooms beautifully updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Best visit so far

Great vacation and great accommodations. Loved this condo. Very comfortable. If there were any negatives at all it was the cell service (assuming owner can’t do anything about that) and trouble with TV (run into this a lot now with so many using stream). Wanted to watch March Madness and couldn’t get anything live. Condo was really nice. Loved the balcony and spent a lot of time sitting out there. Pools were great especially the heated one and beach access was perfect! Hope to visit again soon!

30A Song Writer's Festival Stay

The condo was very clean upon arrival. Megan, the host, responded instantly every time I messaged her. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The patio was really big with comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. The neighborhood was super quiet and nice for our morning walks. The location was close to grocery, restaurants, and walking path. My husband said the workout facility on the property had plenty of nice equipment for a good workout. I highly recommend this property. We hope to stay there again.

Overall A Nice Place To Stay

This is a very tastefully decorated condo and generally comfortable. As my husband is in a wheelchair, it was particularly useful to be in Building A since the road to the public beach access runs right beside the building. We rented a beach accessible electric scooter for him and he could get down on the beach to join the rest of us very easily as there are no steps at the public access point. Negative point is the location to dispose of your trash. There should be a trash chute. Instead you have to take the trash to a dumpster outside of the parking garage. The sheets were nice and soft but we all agreed the mattresses were on the firm side. September was the perfect time to visit the beach. Milder weather and no waits at our favorite restaurants.

We have always loved vacationing at the gulf with its beautiful white sand beaches and bright blue water. When I found the 30A area, I felt like I had finally found the beach that I was always reading about in books. It is such a pleasant and laid back area where nature truly takes center stage.

We absolutely love to hop on our bikes and take a family ride to Seaside.
