This spacious property features three bedrooms with private bathrooms and A/C, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, and comfortable indoor and outdoor living areas. A self-contained studio with separate entrance is furnished with its own bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen. The villa’s modern construction is solar-powered and cleaned with non-toxic products. Just a 2 minute drive or 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores, this property is ideally situated for yoga, surfing, exploring Santa Teresa or relaxing and rebooting in this private and tranquil space surrounded by nature.

Perfect place, amazing property manager

The only thing better than this house is Rotem, the house manager. He was unbelievably helpful in anything that we asked for, including restaurants, activity reservations, general knowledge. The house is an awesome place to relax and the staff was world-class

Awesome place, great views, quiet and secluded.

Great property to rent. Pool was amazing and the layout was great. We had 4 couples and each had their own space. Close to beach access and amazing sunsets enjoyed in the pool. The property host helped with organizing and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. Beach, pool, food, fishing, hiking, ATVs....an amazing spot to spend a week.

Amazing location with such great staff.

Property was in a beautiful private setting, views of the surf were outstanding. Ease of access to all the convinces were so great. The support staff made everyone's day , such great people. Absolutely loved it.

Great view

House is as described. Beautiful pool and view. The staff is excellent and so very helpful. Steep long hill to get there but the hills are required to get that million $view.

Amazing Experience!

How to begin this review...our stay at Casa Juliet was somewhat unplanned. We arrived into Santa Teresa a couple nights before to a different VRBO that had no running water. After waiting patiently for 36 hours we were told that a fix was not imminent, so we needed to find a new VRBO immediately. Casa Juliet responded to my request to rent message immediately, and expedited our move in to accommodate our needs to get cleaned up, etc. The house is stunning! The views are amazing. The pool area is perfect. Lots of areas to sit and enjoy the surroundings, either in or out of the sun. An unexpected pleasure was the house manager Rotem, and the house staff Carla, Marie, and Jose. Each, in their own way, made our stay unforgettable. Thank you to all of you for turning what started as a challenging vacation into an amazing experience. You can't go wrong renting here...Casa Juliet does it right!

The house is picture perfect overlooking the beautiful beach of Playa Carmen. New house! Great team!

We loved every minute of staying in Casa Juliet. The house is on the hill overlooking the ocean. Walking distance of the beach, but better to have a car for getting around. 4x4 is a must since the road is quite steep. On my Birthday there was a wonderful surprise in our room. Definitly a must to celebrate this special day. The whole staff is very caring and welcoming. We are definitly coming back!

Amazing, breathtaking villa!

What a wonderful trip. Spent a few days with some friends at Casa Juliet before Christmas. Home is maintained pristinely, rotem the house manager is super friendly and accommodating. Great home for hosting a nice dinner, with the spectacular views. Can’t wait till next year!

Rented villa Juliet for a week with 3 friends . The view is amazing ! Location is perfect . short distance from the beach , restaurants and markets . Place was clean and well kept . Our host Natallia was always accessible and showed us all the best places to eat and surf She really went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay . Would definitely recommend !

Delicious Ocean View Property

We had a fantastic stay. The villa is in lovely condition, comfortable spacious bedrooms, the kitchen is a dream- and of course - the main perk of this villa is the stunning ocean view- which you can enjoy almost from any angle. The house is surrounded by lush vegetation - and in the middle you have the infinity swimming pool which is of course the best spot to take in the stunning view. The VRBO staff is an absolute pleasure to cooperate with- all of our needs were met and communication was clear and smooth. We will definitely be booking through VRBO again.
