Casa Milya is a 4 bedroom luxury villa right on the beach, the perfect Costa Rica vacation destination! Centrally located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica, it is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Step out of the villa and walk right onto the beach. Casa Milya has 4 Master Bedrooms, each one with a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom opens up to the pool. The large kitchen and living area opens up to the beach. There is place to sit and eat in the kitchen or outside, on the patio. The yoga deck and BBQ are outside on the lawn.

Casa Milya has 4 suites, each with an en-suite bathroom. Each room opens up to the pool. Bali Room opens right up to the beach as well. The two Twin Rooms are identical connecting rooms, and each room has a day bed as well, perfect for a child. The 4th room is the Gold Room.

Casa Milya's Kitchen and Living Area is amazing. The kitchen is fully furnished with top of the line appliances, including coffee maker, microwave, stove and oven. The island will comfortably sit 4, and the dining table on the patio will easily fit your entire group. The spacious living area is perfect for gatherings and relaxing.

The pool has a deep area, as well as a tanning shelf, perfect for just chilling. The pool is surrounded by the house on 3 sides, and overlooks the beach and lawn on the 4th side. There are lounge chairs and hammock on the lawn by the pool. The dedicated BBQ area is right by the deck, and the deck has furniture to sit on right on the beach, and the furniture can be removed for massage or yoga sessions.

Beach front with quick walk to Playa Carmen to the left and Playa Santa Teresa to the right. The views from the yard were spectacular with thundering surf all day and night.This is one of the few beachfront houses available in Santa Teresa. Plenty of room for all the family to spread out and do their own thing. Yet nice central dining table with surf view for family meals. Pool was well situated and used constantly to cool off. Staff was attentive and available. Concierge was so helpful with arranging transport, board rentals, meal service, grocery shopping, etc. Response time and follow up was immediate.

Wonderful Property and Amazing Location!

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Milya for a week while visiting Santa Teresa. While a few minor things have changed since the pictures were taken the property was lovely and well cared for! Eight of us had plenty of space to spread out and the location on the beach was perfect! Eli the caretaker and little Kiwi were wonderful hosts as well as the concierge Catalina, who was extremely helpful!! Several great restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store at the end of the street made this a perfect central location. Thanks so much for making our vacation truly memorable!

Great house, a couple issues

House is beautiful and the location is wonderful. Security issues with a few items stolen despite overnight security guard. One serious safety issue when a young child’s arm was sucked into an intake pipe in the pool that was missing the safety cap. No follow up from the property owner thus far.

Gorgeous property

We loved the house. Its unique design includes a pool that runs down the center of the home. Bedrooms and living area are on either side. Its casual design is great for outdoor living. Each night we gathered on the lawn to watch the sunset. The property feels very private, yet you are just a few blocks from the grocery store and restaurants. There is a wonderful Israeli restaurant next door and on the beach. I highly recommend it. No review would be complete without mentioning how helpful the housekeeper was. She started her day by slicing a platter of fresh fruit for us. The house concierge was gracious and helped us figure out a variety of aspects of our trip, including helping us find a local chef who was amazing. We particularly enjoyed his tacos and local food menu as well as his sushi menu. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Beach house

Everything was perfect for group of adults looking to have fun and chill right on the beach, first, the house layout, location and style = perfect vibe. Second, the property manager Yarmin made all arrangements for arrival, departure, ATVs and a chef East and on time. Bianca - much more than a housekeeper, even had breakfast ready each morning - kept it allas nice as when we arrived. Truly Pura Vida.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful beach front home. Very well appointed. Could use a few Sonos speakers in the living room and patio. Also some more hooks to hang clothing in the rooms. Concierge Yarin was excellent.

Amazing place next door to Banana Beach Restaurant

Perfect location directly on the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Comfy rooms and great shared living space. The pool in the center is a bit of a hazard as the walkways are slick when wet. We built a fire on the beach and put up a volleyball net right in front, which was fantastic. The waves are rowdy in the area, but the kids loved playing in the sand and shallow area of the pool is perfect. We called a chef to cook for us one night which was a highlight. Great place, would go back!

Wonderful home and hosts

The home was immaculate and the house staff made our stay effortless and so enjoyable. With fresh fruit and juices made for us daily, we never wanted to leave! The property is located between two of the best beachfront restaurants in the area and has incredible sunsets right outside your back door. This place is paradise!

Awesome location

We had the best time staying at Casa Milya! The location can’t be beat…steps to the ocean and a short walk to town. The house is well appointed and comfortable. But what made our vacation a truly relaxing experience was the house staff. I had great communication with the house manager before and during the trip. The true stars of the house were the people on property. The housekeepers, overnight security, and lawn maintenance person were there every day making sure everything was taken care of and ready for us. It was almost like staying at a hotel instead of a rental property. Beds we’re made, towels were replaced, and dishes were done everyday. I was really sad to say goodbye on our last day. The only issue we had was the tiling that is around the pool. When it got wet (which it did quite often because of the pool and the rain) it was extremely slippery! We had kids with us and every single one slipped and fell at one point. Other than that, it was the perfect stay. We will definitely be back.

Location, Location

This is arguably the best spot of beach in ST, just perfection!! That’s what you are paying for here, 10 steps and you are on the beach. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and really can’t complain about much. The house itself is great, it’s not one of the best out there, but you really are paying for location. The housekeeper, security guard, and pool guy, were all amazing and very professional. The house was kept very clean and they were very respectful of our space. The pool temperature was perfect. We brought our five-month-old baby and it was perfect for him. The bedrooms have blackout curtains and an air conditioner in each room. On either side of the house are very good restaurants and bars on the beach, one night one of the bars was very loud until the morning but I was told by the security guard that this was not normal and they were celebrating a new owner, the noise is usually off at 10 PM. The place felt very safe and we were never worried about anything. The only real complaint is that the concierge/managers were not great, they took a long time to respond or would not respond at all after seeing a message on WhatsApp. They would have vague answers to things, and were not very helpful at times. We asked for a bottle opener at one point because the kitchen did not have one and it didn’t come so the security guard ended up getting one. Would expect more promptness with what we were paying to stay there. The kitchen was very well stocked aside from only having one tiny cutting board and missing the bottle opener. We would definitely stay again, it was magic!

Great Home

Amazing house and met and exceeded our expectations. Right on the beach and close to downtown. Bianca, the housekeeper was a love and took very good care of us. Robert, security at night lit a bon fire for us one night and we always felt safe at Casa Milya. Hopefully other families have a great experience like we did. Gabriel, the house manager took first class care of us! Thank you again!

Very nice house located just on the beach, Bali style. Property manager was very helpful and cool. Spacious living room and smartly equipped kitchen. Night time security and day time cleaning. Recommended.

Just couldn't leave !!!

We actually decided to extend another 3 nights we just couldn’t leave the house... we even missed out on another destination we were planning on. Santa Teresa really is incredible and staying at Casa Milya was just a treat. Until next time Emilya thank you for everything!

The place is truly amazing!

We are so happy we chose to stay in Casa Milya! It was recently completed, and we were one of the first guests. So everything was brand new! The place is truly amazing! the rooms are large, the beds were comfortable, and we were right on the beach! Everything was top of the line! We came with 2 young children, and the maid was so helpful. She helped us watch the children, and we were able to take naps during the day. It was such a help. We especially enjoyed siting in the living room in the evenings and chilling together. We never want to leave.

Dreamy house on the beach 100% perfection

Wow!! What a spectacular property! Words cannot describe!! From the moment you open that door you get insane views and that pool.... incredible. The house is designed so beautifully, every detail every corner is immaculate. We had really wished we stayed longer, We almost never left. the house is way too relaxing and enjoyable to miss any moment there. Lovely staff Blanca the maid is a gem. Thank you Emilya it was beyond our expectations and we hope to be back soon.
