Relax in modern luxury in this 4-BDRM, 2-BATH condo! Located on the 1st floor, you will have easy access to all of the resort's amenities. Plus, you won't have to climb any stairs or wait for an elevator after a long day of Florida fun!

The master suite and 2nd bedroom both include a king size bed. Bedroom 3 offers a queen size bed and bedroom 4 includes 2 double size beds.

A fully-furnished gourmet kitchen, complete with modern, stainless steel appliances and all utensils, creates the perfect environment for elegant meals in the formal dining room, or a quick breakfast or casual lunch at the granite-topped breakfast bar.

The living area is comfortable and features a fireplace and lush furniture for relaxing conversation. Just outside the living area is a large furnished patio, providing an inviting environment for a sunset cocktail and enjoying the lovely Florida weather.

The condo is just moments away from grocery store, movie theater and more. It’s also right next door to the Orange County Convention Center, and less than 10 minutes away from all major theme parks, including SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Walt Disney World.

Great property

We had a great time at this property. The space was clean and organized upon arrival, instructions were clear, and they even had some nice music and the fireplace running when we arrived! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient for Universal and Convention Center

We were in town for business but brought the teenagers with us to play during springbreak. Place was clean and comfortable, and lots of room for the 5 of us. Minutes from both convention center and Universal, so it was perfect.

Great location!

This property was perfect. The location could not have been better with easy access to everything in Orlando. The space was large, clean, and on the first floor which made our frequent trips around town very easy. Also close enough to easily walk to the pool. We loved it!

The only complaint is one of the bathrooms other then that we were very comfortable. November was the perfect time to visit Orlando.

Incredible property...just had a domestic disturbance one night where shots were fired. I think it was a freak thing. We will definitely book again if available

Perfect Space

The grounds are easy to navigate. The condo itself is very spacious and has everything you could hope for our need. My family really enjoyed our time here. Really enjoyed the front den area where the kids could hang out, while the adults made use of the living-room space.

Excellent Place

We had a wonderful time! The internet worked well and the place was clean and had a lot of space for everyone. The only downside was the dryer had to be ran 3 times to dry. The location was perfect!

Enjoyed every moment of our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Close to everything but far from enough for serenity

This gated community location is excellent for the occasional trip to Orlando for a convention or show. So close to the convention center, restaurants and fun….but just far away enough for some peace and quiet. Great accommodations, pool and grounds. The units are spacious and well maintained. This is our second time using the same unit, and will definitely return.

Great Condo for our trip to Universal,easy check in has all the amenities needed for our family trip. It was a 10 minute drive to Universal Studios without having to drive on I-4.

Second time even better then first

We stayed in this same unit 6+ years ago and loved the location. Back this year for the same event. Still love the location and the unit. Nice added touches. Will be our go to for business events at the convention center.
