DELUXE 2 BDRM/2 BATH BONNET CREEK INSIDE DISNEY WORLD SLEEPS 8

This is a beautiful Wyndham timeshare resort inside the 30,000 acres that makes up Disney World. The resort is located on the same street as Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort and Downtown Disney. The resort has beautiful landscaping, 5 pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, ping pong, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, 18 hole mini golf, gas grills, swings, a game room, and exercise room. All of this is free to guests. Parking is also included in the rental amount.

The 2 bedroom condo has a king in the master bedroom, 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom, a sofa sleeper in the living room, and 2 full bathrooms. There is also a full kitchen and living/dining area. The condo has a washer and dryer and hair dryers in each bathroom. There is a full complement of dishes, pots, pans flatware, cookware, baking utensils, knives, dish towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and plastic garbage bags. The kitchen has full size appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, microwave, and hot pads. The unit is approximately 1150 sq feet and has a maximum occupancy of 8.

All linens and towels are included. The beds are made up when you arrive. The condo is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave. There is no daily maid service. You can, however, request clean towels and linens at no charge. They will just deliver them to your room but not change the beds.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

NOTE: the resort no longer has shuttles to the parks.

The rental amount includes the $99 guest fee, the rent, parking, use of all amenities, and the 12.5% hotel tax.

VIEWS: The resort staff assign the units. Bonnet Creek no longer takes room requests in advance. If you have a preference, for example a lake view, ask when you check in.

CHILD AMENITIES: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs that are free to guests. Ask them when you check in, and they will have housekeeping bring one to your room. They do not reserve those in advance.



CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.
