Wyndham Bonnet Creek is a fabulous timeshare resort inside the boundaries of the 30,000 acres that make up Walt Disney World. You can't get any closer, even in Disney's own resorts. This listing is for the Presidential Suite at Bonnet Creek - NOT THE DELUXE UNITS you see in other listings. The photos below are actual photos of the 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite.

The Presidential Suite is located in Tower 6, the one everyone wants to be in. The new pool with the lazy river, the pirate ship water slide, and the best of the outdoor restaurants are located at Tower 6. There are also cabanas at tower 6 pool that can be reserved for a fee. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REQUEST SPECIFIC LOCATIONS IN TOWER 6. FIREWORKS VIEWS IN TOWER 6 ARE BLOCKED BY TOWER 5.

You have access to all the resort amenities and services. You are just 'special' in the presidential suite. This is the ultimate luxury.

*ACTIVITIES: There are 5 swimming pools, 2 water slides, 2 lazy rivers, 8 hot tubs, 8 large gas grills, mini golf, beach volleyball, children's play park, shuffleboard, ping pong, billiards, x-box games, and a video arcade.

* ONSITE STORE: The resort has a small store, a concierge to help with tickets and tours, and a lobby and front desk which is open 24 hours.


RESTAURANTS: There are 3 outdoor restaurants/bars, 2 full service indoor restaurants, and a snack bar.

LOCATION: Across the street from the Waldorf Astoria, a few blocks from Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, less than a mile to Epcot.


CHILD NECESSITIES: The resort has pak n plays and high chairs that are free of charge to guests. They do not reserve them in advance. Just ask for them when you check in. They will have housekeeping bring them to your condo.

* VIEW FROM THE BALCONY: ALL OF THESE SUITES ARE IN TOWER 6. Some balconies view the lake, others view the woods. Only 3 of the 2 bedroom presidential suites have views of the fireworks as the others are blocked by Tower 5. NO ONE CAN GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC VIEW.




****** BONNET CREEK requires a $250 hold on a major credit card at check in as a damage deposit. If you do not charge anything to your room, check out on time, and do not smoke in the room, they release the hold when you check out.

$300 FINE FOR SMOKING IN THE UNIT.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for an additional fee. The fees vary, based upon the number of nights. Cancellation insurance may be purchased up to 16 days before check in. This will allow the guest a 100% refund up to and including the day of check in. Otherwise the cancellation policy is as stated: 100% refund up to 60 days before check in; 50% refund 30 to 60 days before check in. No refund less than 30 days to check in. Ask for a rate quote for cancellation insurance.

NOTE ABOUT RESERVATIONS: This is a Wyndham timeshare resort. It is often sold out for dates requested. I do, however, make extra reservations and hold them until rented. That may mean that even though the calendar says it is available, it may not be available for the exact dates or exact number of nights you requested. For example, you may request 5 nights on July 22. But I may only have a 7 night reservation on July 22 that I am holding. Regardless of how many nights I rent, I still have to pay for the full 7 nights. I can't change that to the 5 nights without losing the reservation altogether. So even though the calendar says it is open, it may require a reservation for a different number of nights. Also, I cannot rent 5 nights to you, and then the other 2 nights to someone else. Reservations don't work like that. I will let you know if your reservation for the exact dates is available. If not, I will give you alternatives if there are alternatives available.

The room was amazing but the oven didnā€™t heat up and the AC didnā€™t work however, since itā€™s December, it was manageable. Other than that the condo was great and Bonnet Creek is always amazing.

Always great at Bonnet Creek

We've stayed at Bonnet Creek multiple times and this is the first time we rented with Catherine. The condo was amazing. Newly remodeled, plenty of space, great lake view. Bonnet Creek is a great alternative to WDW resort hotels. Much cheaper, more room, and an overall excellent resort property.

Excellent stay

Myself and 2 friends had a lovely stay at this property. Check in was easy, people were friendly, the host answered Qs asked ahead of time. The place was clean with all the necessities we needed. Due to the nature of the resort, we weren't sure of the exact room. Pleasantly surprised to have been in Tower 6. We were hoping for 3 beds, however had only 2, this worked as we only had 3 people. Would stay again!

Huge, clean, well equipped

Our stay was lovely! The unit is enormous, plenty of room to spread out. The beds were super comfy. We did have a few small maintenance issues, but they were addressed immediately and easily. The unit is on the top floor, so itā€™s very quiet. If you are traveling with young kids, this is the unit to stay in. Check in was super easy, wrist bands were a nice touch. Weā€™ll definitely be back!

Nice resort close to Disney Parks

The unit was clean, comfortable and even nicer than pictured. It was a convenient location to access all the Disney attractions. If youā€™re going to be out the door early, then the construction taking place shouldnā€™t bother you. However, we traveled with teens that were up late and the construction noise after 8am was very disruptive as it sounded like they were working right above us.

Tower 6 Presidential Suite

Our first time staying at Bonnet Creek. This property was in an amazing location for our Disney World vacation. The swimming pools and amenities were great for our family's relaxation. There was also ping pong, billiards, and mini golf. The suite felt like home to us. The kitchen was well equipped and the floorplan afforded privacy for the ensuite master bedroom. We had Kroger grocery delivery which was super convenient! They delivered in a refrigerated truck right to Tower 6 lobby. A few Club Wyndham first timer resort tips that would have been nice before arrival to set our expectations: Tower 6 has a VIP vibe. Guests can complete check-in at Tower 6 registration desk and avoid the main visitors center (where the gate attendants send you). The resort will try a few times to convince you to take a tour of their timeshare facility for a gift. Just be clear if you are not interested and they will respect your choice. Some reviews of this listing indicated that the presidential suite was on the top floor. This is not guaranteed. Suite assignments are actually made by the resort staff according to availability at the time of arrival. We had 4 floors above us. We did experience others' noises from above. We were, however, delighted to be high enough to enjoy Disney fireworks from our private balcony every evening around 9pm. There is both uncovered and garage parking included in your rental. The Tower 6 renovations (which Club Wyndham mention on your confirmed reservation) were not a noise issue . It seemed that they were working on an unoccupied wing of the tower. The only hindrance was that they had the Presidential Suite Lounge balcony (floor 17) sealed off during our stay. It would have been an amazing place to see the nightly Epcot and Magic Kingdom fireworks simultaneously. Just to be clear, nothing mentioned here is a complaint. All in all, this was a great experience. We would stay there again!

A Stay to Remember

Our stay was wonderful. The unit was spacious and tastefully furnished. The bedrooms were located at opposite ends making it more private. The resort has many amenities and its staff, very attentive. It is so close to Disney's parks. Would we stay again? Oh Yeah!

Another Winning Vacation

The only bad thing I can sayvabout this place is they 1. Dont let you stay after checkout and 2. Dont compensate you for staying there. On a serious note though the Presidential suites are mind blowing. We had a two bedroom unit overlooking the pools and lake in tower 6. Perfectly situated to see the 9:15 fireworks at Hollywood Studios. Cant wait to visit again.

We had a two bedroom that overlooked the lake and it was perfect for our needs of two grandparents, 2 parents and 2 children. Unit was well equipped and the beds were comfy. Easy access to the Disney Parks. Only negative was that the front desk people were less then friendly.

Beautiful Property and Great Owner

We stayed at the Wyndham Bonnet Creek the first part of November. The property is amazing and endless. Very close to Disney and the activities we were attending. Our room was AMAZING!! Just what was portrayed on VRBO. Clean and everything you needed. Plus there were very helpful personnel just downstairs. We even rented a cabana which was awesome to have on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Thank you C.J. for helping us make this happen!

Delightful Owner and Top Notch Place to Stay!!

This review comes quite late, 6 months so, but that is not to reflect anything negative on this amazing experience. When you deal with this owner, you will be pleased at the attention and assistance she provides! The time share room was the nicest place we have ever stayed. The HVAC ran loudly, but otherwise no complaints!! The Lazy River was a big attraction for our family and we enjoyed it tremendously! The unit is so close to Epcot, you won't believe it! It is our intention to return to Disney and avoid the stomach bug this time. We would return to this owner in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!!!!

Great Family Holiday

Our family had a great family holiday staying at Wyndham Bonnet Creek. The suite had everything needed to stay at the resort. It was fully furnished with everything in great condition. Very clean. Just a great place to stay. The resort was also immaculate. Nice staff and well-maintained. We had a rental car and access to the Disney Resorts and Universal Studios was very easy. A memorable family vacation and we would certainly recommend this spot to anyone!

We had an Absolutely Amazing Time

We loved the presidential suite from the minute we opened the door. WOW, it was just as pictured, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the all of the pools, We spent one evening "Pool Hopping" it was a wonderful peaceful break from the Disney Parks. We also enjoyed walking around the lake exploring all the fun amenities. We took the Disney Shuttles to the park, it was just so easy. The only downside - We did get a couple of phone calls asking if we would like to attend the presentation. We had to be pretty clear about saying no. This starts when you pick up your parking pass, Just tell them no from the get go, and that you don't want any calls. It wasn't that big of a nuisance, but helps to be forewarned. Would we stay there again - Oh Yes, and cannot wait to return - the condo was perfect, and the resort is wonderful.

We love Bonnet Creek!

This was our second stay at Bonnet Creek and again it was fantastic! This time we opted to upgrade to a 2 bedroom Presidential unit and we're so happy we did. Our unit was GORGEOUS and sparkling clean when we arrived. It was just as pictured in the listing. You have everything you could possibly need. The way the bedrooms and baths are set up there is plenty of privacy and plenty of space for everyone to be comfy. The view of the pools and lake from our balcony was lovely, especially at night. From the 17th floor we could see a little bit of Epcot, the Contemporary, the Tower of Terror and much more! What a view. We rented a cabana at the pirate ship pool and spent a wonderful day there. Our five year old daughter loved it. We had protection from the sun, a fridge, a TV, a ceiling fan and phone to order food for delivery. Nice!! The location of Bonnet Creek can't be beat. Inside the main Disney gate you can drive to all of the parks, Downtown Disney, Treasure Island, etc, all within just a few minutes. Or you can take the free shuttle to and from the parks. We didn't try any of the restaurants at the resort on this trip, but there are some new ones that look very good. It's nice to have the option of dining on the property if you'd like. It really is a beautiful property. It is clean and well-maintained. It's important for me to note that both times we've visited it was during a slow time. It was not crowded, everything was clean, the service was great. I cannot speak for busier times of the year. Also, please keep in mind that this is a timeshare and you will be approached about sales seminars, etc. If you have no interest, simply be very clear that you have no interest. We did not find this aspect to be a bother whatsoever. Just be aware that this isn't a hotel, it's a timeshare. On that note, please also be aware that there is no daily housekeeping service. It is up to you to keep your space clean and to use the in-room washer and dryer to wash towels, etc. Again, not a bother at all. Just know what to expect. Dealing with Cathy Jennings to make our reservations has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. She is responsive and extremely helpful and professional. We could not have been happier with our entire experience, both times, and we shall return!!

Great!

The other reviewers have said it all. We were very happy we booked a Presidential Suite. It was exactly as photographed. We had a view of the lake and pools and we were also able to see much of the Epcot fireworks from the balcony! We were only there for 3 nights so really did not have time to enjoy the amenities. Next time we will make sure we have a couple of days to enjoy all that Bonnet Creek has to offer. The bus to the parks was convenient and ran on time. Catherine was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Wish I could give it 10 Stars!!!

Well as the reviewers before me have stated, this condo/resort is simply fabulous! I am a tough customer and I can tell you for me to have absolutely no complaints, only compliment after compliment, is the highest praise I can give! The location is perfect for all Disney theme parks and Downtown Disney. We did rent a car, but there is shuttle service available through the resort. The photos are exactly the way the property looks. What the photos don't show is the unit's location to the elevator! You walk out of the elevator and the Presidential Reserve Suites are the first units you come to! We stayed at Disney's Boardwalk last year, paid more and literally walked half a mile to get to our room each and every time! The convenience of parking right outside your building, riding up the elevator and your room is right there.....priceless. Cathy and Emily were prompt and courteous in all of my dealings with them and everything was simply seamless. The resort is impeccable in cleanliness. There is not daily maid service as there is in a hotel, but with the limited time you spend in the unit, nothing really gets dirty except for towels. I did wash a load of towels mid-week. I have already recommended this resort/type of unit to several friends. The timeshare desk was a bit annoying in calling us every morning even though we told them emphatically that we were not interested and please don't call us. But even that can be overlooked. Funny thing is, if they would've left us alone, we may have asked them questions about becoming owners! Thanks Cathy and Emily for leading us in the right direction with this rental. We'll see you next year!

Wow..a luxury home away from home

We loved this place and would go back again. The property had lots of pools two lazy rivers, and slides. The condo was very clean and appealing. Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay. We loved it. The pictures did not do it justice.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed in the Presidential Suite in January 2012. The condo was over the top nice. Emmaculate. We loved the location as well. Easy access to all the parks. Would stay here again in a second.

I have been college professor and high school teacer. I am now retired and was hoping to travel. Health and family have kind of put a damper on that, but I am working on it!

I had a couple of strokes in 2009, and now one of my daughters helps with reservations. She is fantastic and will work diligently to make your vacation experience wonderful. I can answer all your questions. Jordan will handle the paperwork. All of us are committed to doing everything we can to help you.

We have a large number of points and cannot use all our vacation time at present. I also act as an agent for 24 other owners. We had planned to do a lot of traveling . . . to all 120 Wyndham resorts. But life never turns out like you expect. We are not yet able to go as much as we would like. Until then, you can enjoy the vacation time we are not using at any of their resorts. Our rates are based upon the maintenance fees Wyndham charges us. We have kept our rates as reasonable as possible, but we will not rent for less than what it costs us.

Epcot is less than 1 mile away. The Magic Kingdom is less than 2 miles. There are shuttles to all the Disney parks. Parking is free. Amenities include 5 huge pools, 2 lazy rivers, 2 water slides, mini golf, and much more.
