The home is located to allow for privacy while having access to historical Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. The house a newly constructed with 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms. The location is ideal for water activities being directly on Core Sound and a minutes from the boat ramp



The Space:

The home is located a small fishing village known for great fishing in the spring, summer and fall. The duck hunting is renowned in the winter month. We have beautiful weather in the summer for boating, swimming, kayaking and just lazy summer days. Carteret County has many festivals year around that visitors love to participate in. The home has a large shed tenants can use to store items they bring. The home is secluded yet close to everything. Guest Access:

Guest will have the entire home and the outdoor shed. They will have access to the entire shoreline and the yard



The Neighborhood:

Stacy is a quite fishing village with close proximity to Historical Beaufort, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. Guest can visit the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Decoy Museum in Harker's Island, the Maritime Museum.



Getting Around:

The home is near the NC Ferry Service to take a day trip to Ocracoke and Hatteras Islands. It is 5 miles from the ferry service to Core Banks and in Beaufort one can take a ferry to Cape Lookout.



Other Things to Note:

Guests should bring water shoes, life jackets if needed and don't forget sunscreen.
