Gorgeous Gulf View Home w/ Private (heated) Pool! Perfect for a wedding too.

This beautiful new home at 1007 Ariola Drive sleeps up to 28 people and has an inviting, private pool! Would you like the pool heated before you arrive? Contact a Vacation Specialist to add this to your reservation when booking! Only $100 a day!

Walk into an amazingly spacious living room and kitchen, with seating for all of your family and friends. The kitchen features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, double ovens, range, microwave and under the counter ice makers. This house is the ultimate vacation rental! "Following Seas" is the perfect place for your wedding, vacation or family reunion.

On the main floor, you will walk into a large open kitchen, living and dining space. Head towards the stairway and find a king bedroom with attached bath, facing the Gulf, as well as a bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath that faces the pool. There is also a half bath located on this level.

The second floor boasts an additional living space with large flat screen TV, wet bar, and additional six bedrooms. Four of the six bedrooms are located on the upper four corners of the home. There is a king bedroom facing the Gulf, as well as three additional corner rooms with two queen beds each. Each corner bedroom has an attached bath. Facing the pool you will find the additional two bunk rooms, each with their own bathroom.

The ground floor area under the house has a bar area available for events. This area is only available for weddings and other events. Event fees apply to all reservations using the ground level bar area. The underneath space of the home is complete with beautiful details, electricity, and hooks for your wedding or event decor! Beautiful and Spacious

This property was not only beautiful but so spacious and just perfect for a large family Thanksgiving. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the living spaces are very large with plenty of seating. Lots of parking as well. Property manager is top notch as well!

Great property

Everything was as advertised. Love the open living/dining/kitchen for everyone to be able to spend time together. The upstairs Ling room was great when kids wanted Disney and adults wanted football downstairs

Family Trip

My husband and I planned a trip with our families in April. This house is perfect for a big family trip, it is made for people of all ages and just a walk over to the beach. There is currently a house being built across the street and, at first, I was really nervous about the noise and distraction. However, that did not end up being a problem at all. We had so much fun! The pool was so nice and there was plenty of room for everyone! Highly recommend for any big families wanting to visit the beach in Pensacola!
