Plenty of pots and pans, dishes etc. Beds are comfortable. Again, very nice and clean place to stay.

Beach Perfect!

A&P was great! Very clean and perfect for our family! Good location, short walk or bike to the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants. We really had a great time!!

Fantastic house

The house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the living space incredibly spacious, the crow’s nest a nice retreat. We really like that part of Rosemary - it’s nice and quiet but still a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Property amenable to our needs, and, so conveniently located. Having the den and kitchen in close proximity on the 2nd floor along with the outdoor porch made it perfect to ring in the new year. 3rd floor deck, unparalleled for relaxation and letting the wind blow through your hair. Simply said: Just perfect.

Winter Get a Way

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just completed a weeklong vacation to our favorite beach vacation destination,Rosemary Beach. This time we chose the A&AP Cottage, which was a home run selection. With a great location just a few minutes away from the beach using one of bicycles provided for us, the A&P Cottage was everything we needed to complete our family vacation. And as an added plus, 30A Luxury Vacations was very responsive and communicated with us regularly via text during our stay. We will only use 30A Luxury Vacations for future 30A visits, and would consider ourselves lucky to secure the A&P Cottage once again.

One thing that needs addressed is lighting. In kitchen and master the lighting is awful. We loved all the porches. It is close to square- right behind Bombora. They checked in with me to make sure everything was going well, and when one of our keys to the pool wasn’t working they immediately responded. Excellent service. The house was very. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. When I looked at the map before booking I thought it was further away from the downtown and beach...not the case. It’s a good spot and I’d stay there again.

Great House in Rosemary

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental property of A&P Cottage was great. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the home and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The location within Rosemary was perfect for our family with quick access to the multiple pools, fitness center, amphitheater area, & restaurants/shops. The beach was an easy short walk away & even shorter bike ride. The beach access and distance wouldn’t be shorter unless you were beachside. The house was clean, organized, and well maintained. The property management was very quick to respond on any items or questions we inquired about. The property was as advertised and didn’t disappoint. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again for our next Rosemary trip.

Dated home with several issues...NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Prior to check-in we were notified that the guest bathroom sink had a small drip and would be addressed. Maintenance stoped by 2x but the sink was still dripping when we checked out a week later. The home itself is dated and in need of a refresh! We had two major issues that required several visits by maintenance to try to resolve: (1) cloth dryer was not drying, took 3 visits / 3 days to resolve. (2) DEAL BREAKER: strange knocking noise coming from the hall closet next to the master bedroom. My wife is a light sleeper and this issue kept her up several nights during our stay, got so bad one night she recorded the noise on her iPhone (which was forwarded to management). Management tried to fix the issue but could not be resolved during our stay. Unfortunately our requests to move us to another unit, so my wife could get some sleep during our vacation, could not be accommodated. Would NOT RECOMMEND this property...continue looking at other home in the area!!!!

Nice property and convenient location

This is our 10th year going to Rosemary. We selected this house based on the listing and location. The house is older and is not updated, but the layout was comfortable. I wish the three bedrooms would not have been right next to each other; this would have allowed more privacy between the adults and teens. I also wish it had had some sort of front porch to sit in. It has these small sitting areas outside two of the bedrooms, but they are very narrow and the seating is uncomfortable. The outdoor areas above are nice but the furniture and seating are also not great. There is also no real back door to the cars, unless you literally walk through the shower and then the outdoor shower. Our main issue with the house is that there is no door between the bathroom and the master bedroom, only a curtain. So the toilet, shower, and bathtub are essentially in the room and this does not allow privacy and also makes the room very humid. I could not tell this from the photos. Overall, a great location but it was missing key things that we enjoy.

Beautiful Vacation Home

The home had everything they listed and much more. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were games and puzzles, so many tvs. The bathrooms were great! We were so close to town, not even a block. Beautiful windows and views. It was perfect.

Rosemary beach rental

Reviewer Comments: Great location plenty of room I think my only negative would the living space & kitchen/ dining area is on 2nd floor did like taking groceries/coolers up the stairs. Overall nice house but should be cleaner for the price you pay in my opinion.
