The PTO Cottage is a gorgeous Rosemary Beach home sure to fulfill your highest expectations of the perfect beach vacation home!
Professionally decorated from floor to ceiling, this property boasts elegance and class. You’ll find a mix of colors and modern beach accents like driftwood, cork, and seashells throughout.

Once through the sitting room, you will find yourself in an open-concept kitchen and dining room with all Viking appliances and a gorgeous wood dining table with a high-back chair on one side, bench seating on the other, and two end chairs to complete the table. The living room is just past the stairs and is flooded with natural light from the many windows and another set of french doors leading to the side of the house and the boardwalk to the beach.

On the second level, you’ll find two master suites wonderfully decorated, each with a king bed and double vanity bathrooms. The laundry closet is just off the 2nd-floor landing. There is also a balcony that connects each master suite and the second-floor landing that provides some wonderful fresh air when the weather is cool.

Moving up to the third level, this loft-style room holds has a large couch, a flat-screen TV & full bathroom. Off each side of the loft TV room is a small ladder with twin parallel twin beds on one side and two twin beds in a hallway shaped like a "J". The kids will love these rooms, as they’ll be like their own little fort for their time at the beach.

The courtyard is fully furnished and provides access to the gas grill. Reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this home, as well as four complimentary YOLO bikes.

Need a little more space? Check out the PTO Carriage House, located above the garage in the courtyard. Rents separately.

Amazing stay at PTO Cottage

The property was very nice. Clean and comfortable. The best was closeness to the health center and indoor/outdoor pool and a few blocks pleasant walk to the beach and town center! Perfect!

Please understand that the majority of cottages and carriage Homes rent separately in Rosemary Beach, and to ease congestion in the small community, typically, the cottage and carriage house have one designated spot in the garage. A parking pass was also provided in the property as well for street parking if garage parking did not suffice your preference. Thank you again for your comments!

Girls getaway

Home was beautiful - clean and well appointed. Check in/out was very easy- great communication. Close to everything,very walkable. Only thing to beware of is the bedrooms - the rooms w twin beds are really for children. One set was basically on the floor, other more comfortable. Both rooms require climbing up tiny stairs and thru a tiny tiny opening. Overall would give this home a 9/10.

Wonderful Rosemary Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at PTO Cottage! Family of 5, and the layout and location worked well for us. You could easily fit more kids upstairs on the lofted third floor. Easy strolls to the beach, pools, and ice cream/coffee shops on the north end of the town square. Directly across the street from the fitness center and very close to the racquet club as well. We had one issue with the property that the management team very quickly fixed. They're great, and quick to respond and help when needed.

The house was great.

House was very nice, large table in the kitchen area, we did not cook, but there were adequate plates, utensils, cups, typical to Rosemary the house is very vertical, two very nice master suites on second floor with separate showers and tubs, third floor was great for kids with large sectional couch and two separate rooms accessible by ladder only, one with 2 built in beds and one had two regular beds and night stand, also had a bath with shower. The sectional couch could really be used for sleeping. Anyway, a fun room for children.the only downside was no bedroom on main floor as we had two 8 month old infants, so lots of exercise stair climbing. LOL! Overall a very nice unit.

Awesome Stay

Reviewer Comments: We've been coming to Rosemary Beach for the past 4 years and this is the first time we've stayed at the PTO Cottage, but won't be our last. The location is awesome. Obviously, the beach is the main attraction but our rental was right across from the gym and one of the pools. Plus, very short distance from the tennis courts. Also, I'll admit these pics don't do this property justice. We had to do a double-take when we walked in because we didn't necessarily think it was the same property (pics were great but the reality was better). The property mgmt team was very responsive to any questions we asked. I'd recommend to this anyone and everyone.

PTO Cottage Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time in Rosemary. It is our 8th summer to go to Rosemary. We stay at different houses each time. The PTO Cottage was a good location but not our favorite house. It seems to be run down with old worn out furniture. For example, the bench’s fabric in the kitchen has a hole in it and the back support pillow has seen better days. The kitchen appliances are also very worn. The oven numbers are all worn off and the toaster doesn’t really work. It was not a kitchen we wanted to cook in for sure. Then the water heater would not last long so only 1-2 of us would get hot water at a time. We had maintenance come by but it didn’t change anything. The 3rd floor cubby bedroom was very warm even with fans on. There’s also no outdoor area to hang out outside or a balcony to hang out on as a group. Just 2 chairs on second floor. Other houses in the area have that. The outside water fountain was broken our entire stay too. So all in all, this for sure was the worst house in Rosemary we’ve ever stayed in. It just needs to be renovated and new furniture and water heater. The rental company has many other better properties in the area and had zero issues with them.

Wonderful House

We had a great time. PTO Cottage was charming and comfortable and the location was great for tennis and swimming and yoga in the morning!
