Fabulous Oceanside. Steps to private beach!

Spacious Oceanside retreat located just steps to the beach in a gated North Bethany community. This uniquely contemporary seaside home features a desirable reverse floor plan offering an impressive great room with soaring ceilings, large kitchen and dining room, plus a second family room. These rooms effortlessly come together to create the perfect vacation space.

Take in beautiful vistas of the ocean from the sun-filled deck, loft or great room. Situated on a quiet street in the wonderful gated community of Bethany Dunes with a private beach and private tennis/pickleball court.

We have five large bedrooms. Three are master suites, each with an attached bathroom, the 4th and 5th bedrooms, a queen and a bunk room (which sleeps 6) share the 4th bath. Each bedroom has a beautiful built in wood drawer unit along with a separate closet. The Laundry Room is on level 2 with 4 of the bedrooms (two of the master suites, the queen bedroom and the bunk room). The third master suite is located off of the foyer on level one.

A Convenient Powder Room and Wet Bar are on the Main Living Level 3. Two large outdoor showers provide convenient after-beach showering.

Our Summer rentals are offered weekly from Saturday-Saturday.

Bethany Beach Week

Our week was fabulous. The house was perfect, very well maintained. Perfect for eight adults. Easy walk to a quiet beech and an easy drive to everywhere else. A nice bonus, a very short walk to the Fresh Pond Preserve.

Fabulous July 4th week

The House was beautiful and only a short distance from the beach

This is our new favorite place to vacation! The house is beautiful with views of the ocean. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The kids enjoyed it as well, being in walking distance of the boardwalk and park. It’s in a perfect location and we can’t wait to go back!

Beach House

What a beautiful beach home to vacation with our family. The location was perfect for us, with a short walk to a private beach, and the boardwalk a few miles away, we were easily able to enjoy both. All the little extras were appreciated; a welcome bag, the ice machine, and beach chairs available for our entire group. The host was responded quickly to any questions. The house itself is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay.

Lots of space & well equipped

Wonderful home close to the beach. Lots of space to enjoy the family or to spend some quiet time with a book. The kitchen is well equipped and includes, in addition to the formal dining room, casual dinning space. Both decks include additional space for dining al fresco. The Owner is friendly, responsive and provides clear, concise instructions & information. A great experience.

The home is lovely and spacious with five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths so our family had plenty of room. There are several rooms and porches for folks to play games, watch TV, or read. The home is in a gated community with minimal traffic and a private entrance to a beach. It is a two minute walk to the beach but there is only a rare car on the street. We often had the beach to ourselves or The pickle ball/tennis court is well maintained and we played every morning. The kitchen is well stocked and the host is very accessible and helpful. Bed linens and towels are not supplied which is typical of rental in this area. The bedspreads, blankets, and pillows are provided. The furnishings are very nice and the house is nicely decorated. We would stay here again.

Great location- great space!

This home is a great location to the beach, which was beautiful and quiet. A lovely gated neighborhood. Very clean and well decorated. Stocked with more pans and utensils than you can choose, you have everything you need to make meals. Seating in dining room so nice! Beds very comfortable. Owner was super responsive!! It offered everything needed for a group to gather or spread out during the week. Good internet, great water pressure in showers, large TV for those who needed some down time. We deducted star only because there was a faint nicotine odor throughout the house. Some of us were sensitive to it, it was apparent that in some years in the past there were smokers who lived there. Otherwise the place was very nice. We certainly enjoyed our week!

Light-filled spacious luxury

This house is located in a luxury gated enclave— a few houses off the main highway and a few minutes walk towards a pristine beach. The living quarters are all downstairs; having two master bedrooms (great beds and bedding) with own baths allowed for more elbow room and freedom as some people could be upstairs, whether in the morning or evening without disturbing those below. The modern upstairs living area is nothing short of grand, with comfortable sitting: two dining spaces, more than two living spaces and wonderful windows that will allow a breeze on a cooler day. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and cozy TV spaces. I was also grateful for very good light table lamps and other task lighting around the house.

A Great Vacation

The weather was beautiful all week. Our kids and grandkids loved the house and the close proximity to the beach: four-minute walk. The commercial ice-making machine was great. Thanks for that. We found lots to do in Bethany Beach, including parasailing, building sand castles, shopping at the outlets, going out for ice cream on the boardwalk, and just relaxing at Susan's beautiful home. Thanks Susan.

Great property for family

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. There is plenty of room and the layout is perfect for family gatherings. The development was quiet and perfect for younger kids to ride bikes/scooters..perfect location for convenient beach access.

Fabulous Beach Week

Such a beautiful home in a private community and beach. We celebrated our daughter’s Sweet 16 with family and friends. Rented some bikes so the kids could go downtown (short ride). Beach was beautiful and the weather was great! The homeowner was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

A great stay for a large family

We had an excellent time at this property - there were many of us and we didn't feel overcrowded inside the house at all. The private beach was fabulous - we got to see beach animals (crabs and dolphins), build sandcastles and enjoy the sunshine. We would love to come back again!

Fantastic home

This home is very well laid out with all 4 bedrooms on middle floor and open plan living areas and kitchen upstairs. You can see the ocean from an upstairs loft and the porch and hear the waves with open windows in the kitchen. Wonderfully decorated. Owner very kind and responsive.

Fabulous house, huge beach

Rented this house for a big birthday. What a treat to wake up on my birthday to such a fabulous location. The house was well laid out (bedrooms on one floor, living areas, decks, and kitchen on another). The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with a cozy spot for everyone. The beach is huge in Bethany Dunes, with lots of room to spread out. It’s a very relaxing way to spend a beach vacation.

Wonderful Beach House!

We had a great time at this house. Our family along with my sister’s family (total of eight) thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It’s such a bright and beautifully decorated house. We loved the style. Lot’s of room for parents and kids. Bedrooms were all on the same level with the washer and dryer so it made doing laundry and unpacking and packing easy. Kitchen had everything you would need. We loved that it had a front and back deck so you could be in either shade or sun any time of the day. We also liked that there were two main gathering rooms next to each other with windows in between so we could see our teen kids playing video games as we talked and watched TV. It made us all feel more together. There was also a very cool spiral staircase that went to a loft with chairs where you could look out and see the ocean. It was nice and big so everyone had plenty of space. The owner was very good about responding to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to a family or multiple families. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful- wonderful

Beautiful house- tons of space- two of everything- MBR suites, living/family rooms, outdoor decks, outdoor showers, separate 2-chair seating, DR/K tables. Very friendly and quick responsive owner with detailed easy to use house info. Kitchen very well equipped- a few ants, no ice maker, had to prop open door to powder rm for AC to work well on top floor, but no problem. Loads of extra blankets in BRs- 5 extra foldout chair-to-beds in addition to actual beds- kids loved the bunk beds! Unfortunately didn't get to sit outside because so humid- a little bit of street/cars noise I guess because speed limit is higher outside of town. Beautiful street with entrance gate, great culdesac for kids to ride bikes, lovely neighbors, quick walk to gorgeous, very wide, private area of beach. Highly recommend!

Welcome to our Happy Place. I know that you will enjoy it as much as we do! We have been vacationing in Bethany with our 3 children for the past 40 years. And now they bring their children (all 10 of them!). We have always considered Bethany our second home...and now it really is! We wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Bethany is the best place in the world!

This amazing home is uniquely contemporary, bright and spacious. There is ample space for all of us to enjoy fun together, yet there are also many areas for us to spread out and enjoy quiet time separately. We think that it is just perfect here!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our home is in an amazing location for family members of all ages. Children can safely ride bikes or skateboard while adults watch from our wonderful front deck. Or enjoy time on our peaceful and secluded back deck. The family room gives the kids a place of their own to hang out away from the adults. The kids love sleeping together in our bunk room for 6! And ... we are within walking or biking distance from the town of Bethany.
