Enjoy gorgeous bay views from one of the many decks on this spacious 2500 sq. ft. end unit town home located in the exclusive Villas at Beach Cove community in North Bethany. Will comfortably accommodate 1 or 2 families. This end unit townhouse overlooks the private community pool, is near the 100 ft. fishing & crabbing pier and is just a short walk to the beach.
This home offers 5 bedrooms w/ balconies, 3 1/2 baths, great room, living room, and outside shower. The great room and full modern kitchen are located on the top level where you can enjoy the spectacular water views.
The large living room with SMART TV offers a separate entertainment area for guests and kids.
Ideal for week-long family vacations and weekend/golf getaways.
Amenities include full-size washer and dryer, charcoal grill, TV's, and wireless internet. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available.
Summer rentals are weekly - Saturday - Saturday.
Please note that renters must provide their own linens and towels.

This was our first time staying at this house. The views were beautiful! The beds were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! We liked that it was close to the drive on beach.

Great location with great bay views!

What a great spot. Close to the beach overlooking the bay. The pool is right next door. Steve was quick to respond and helpful. Great family vacation!

Well equipped user friendly home near the beach

Good location overall. The 55mph highway we had to cross to get to the beach path was a little stressful- but because we didn’t have any young kids it was less of a big deal. Beds were comfortable and house was well equipped with comforts. There was NOT a hot tub (at least that we could find) as it suggested in the listing- but again- no big deal because there was a pool and a beach and perfect weather. Would stay again!

Smaling vacation

The property was well maintained and was the perfect size for our family. Easy walk to the beach and lots of things to do in the area. We would consider renting this property again!

Great house for a family vacation

The house has 4 floors and provided lots of room for our extended family of 10 on the upper 3 floors. It is just across the street from the ocean. It was very comfortable and our grandchildren loved the swimming pool. Adults often enjoyed having breakfast on the 4th floor balcony overlooking the bay, and also sat out there after dinner enjoying the sunset.

Wonderful family vacation spot

We had a really great time. The house is very close to the pool, beach and dock. We kayaked, and did both beach and pool. Dinners on the balcony at sunset. Parking was easy, house was clean and very well appointed, comfy beds, and plenty of space for everyone. Super easy walk to the beach. Nice to have beach chairs in the garage. The top floor is spacious and was a nice place for everyone to gather and eat. My only tip is pay attention to the tide each day to plan your bay activities because it is a shallow area so at low tide it dries up to the end of the dock and you have to wait a little to use the dock.

Great house

My friends and I spent a long weekend here, and had a wonderful time. The beach and pool were great. We loved all of the decks on the house and got to see a beautiful sunset over the bay. The amenities in the home were great. We loved staying here and would book again.

Beautiful Rental Property and great Memorial weekend stay!

This was a wonderful rental property, and despite awful weather, made for a very enjoyable stay! The condo was exactly as advertised (even more beautiful in person), clean, and in excellent condition. It was stocked with all the amenities, and the owner was kind and easy to get in touch with. The views of the bay were gorgeous, and although we only had four people staying there, there was plenty of room for many more people. The only down side was that it wasn’t on the beach side, although being right on the bay more than made up for it. We wouldn’t happily rent this property again!

Just what we needed!

We had 4 couples on our trip. The house was gorgeous. The views were indescribable!! Beautiful!! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. House was cozy and well appointed!!

So much space!

We stayed here for a week vacation and it was everything we had hoped for! So much space and plenty of bed/bedrooms, we all had room to stretch out and relax. Loved the sunsets in the afternoon and great access to the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with and even checked in with us when we arrived. Hope to be back soon!

Great spot for a week away!

Our family (11 in all) enjoyed a wonderful week at Steve's and Lisa's townhouse! Very spacious and well appointed, with ample room for everyone to gather or to enjoy their own space. Beautiful view of the bay and very short walk to the beach. Everything about securing the week was straight forward and communication with Steve couldn't have been easier. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful house with gorgeous views!

Our family stayed in this house to attend a wedding at the Indian River Inlet. The location was perfect! The house has great beach access, it’s a nice bike ride into Bethany, and we put paddle boards off the pier and cruised around the sound. The inside of the house is spacious and clean. We loved the big open kitchen and living room, along with multiple levels of decks, making it so that everyone can gather together or relax by themselves. Thank you Joyce family, we loved it!!!

Beautiful view of lagoon

Nice condo with lots of room and space for families. One thing to note is that the kitchen is on the 3rd floor, so if you have to carry all groceries up and if you have family members with that struggle with that many stairs, you may want to take that into consideration. Overall good location to visit other beaches. The beach across the highway is great and quiet, however you have to cross the highway with all your beach gear if you walk over.
