We had a really good stay. The accommodations were excellent. The staff was helpful and very friendly. There were many good restaurants in the area as well as a grocery store close by. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at Villa Del Sol. Tom responded quickly to all inquiries and Philippe (along with his family and staff) was warm, welcoming and ensured that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and with only 8 units guests actually spent time getting to know one another and it felt like a lovely community. The property is a short 4 min walk to the beach (added bonus beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are available for guest use); itā€™s within a 10-15 minute walk of countless restaurants as well as a large store that provides everything you need from groceries, clothing, liquor and bank machines or the taxi stand is right outside the door. If youā€™re looking for a place that feels more like staying at the family cottage than a high end hotel ā€“ Villa Del Sol has got you covered. Itā€™s quaint and clean, the kitchens are well stocked to do your own cooking, the beds are comfortable, each room has its own air conditioner, the grounds are pretty, and the pool is a perfect spot to cool off. We also enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the onsite restaurant and happy hour drinks pool side. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Quiet pleasant stay

We enjoyed the serenity of the property. There is music from the bar but itā€™s quiet and pleasant. Location is good. It could use a bit of TLC!

Small quiet condos short walk to beach

Very low key relaxing 8 unit condo complex and always felt 'safe'. breakfast and lunch are available good prices and daily happy hour. small pool that served our needs however it was only cleaned once that I seen during our 12 day stay, but not a deal breaker as We would just grab the leave skimmer and try to clean it ourselves and that gave us something to do while sitting by the pool. I would highly recommended

Quaint property with everything we needed.

The poolside area was very nice and well maintained and we liked the extra security of being behind a locked entrance door during the night. The on-site staff were very nice. Our suite was large (2 bed, 2 bath, nice size common area / kitchen). The unit could use a little TLC but issues were dealt with in a reasonable timeframe...for Mexico:-). We really enjoyed our stay and will likely go back again.

Lovely but condo tired looking

Gardens and pool area are beautiful. Bar area is very nice. Our condo was tired looking many things need replacing . In ensuite Shower doors and floor. Bathroom sink and faucet. No water pressure. No water in other shower

Just what we wanted!

Private, clean and friendly service! Good location with everything you need within walking distance. The wifi was excellent and there was tv as well. Only thing I would change is a bigger pool however it was still very nice for relaxing

Staff was friendly and area had lots of small restaurants and close to beach and groceries etc. The facilities were great and pool was a welcome relief. Other guests were friendly and willing to share any local knowledge to help you find best places to go.

Great location

Small 8 unit condo complex complete with bar and restaurant. Handy to restaurants and grocery store, and very short walk to beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. We were well looked after by Felippe and staff and we enjoyed the friendly environment. Only complaint and a very minor one - the pool was cold. We hope to go to the Villa del Sol again soon.

Friendly service

Felipe and Israel were very accommodating. Tom responded quickly. Our villa had everything we needed, including having chairs/umbrellas and towels for the beach that is right around the corner. VERY easy walk. Grocery store is really close and many things nearby. Looking forward to going back with the rest of the family! Thank you all for a wonderful week.

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa del Sol. The staff were terrific. Our new friends were superb. The rooms were great and it was located in a great location to most of the amenities we explored. The Villa does need a new BBQ . The sofa and chairs in the room were somewhat hard, however the overall atmosphere was tremendous. Filipe, Osmar, Norma and Kayla ensured our comfort.

Great little place

We enjoyed our time at Villas del Sol and would recommend this place for those who want a low key quiet place to return home to at the end of the day . The units were clean and well equipped and Felipe , the manager was always available when needed. The Tequila Garden restaurant at the entrance was convenient and run by very friendly staff. We would definitely come back here in the future.

Villa del Sol

Lovely property, quiet, a distance from the town square but 2-3 blocks from the beach. The staff is very helpful with recommendations, accommodations, professional, but awesomely friendly and delightful. Felipe, our host made us feel welcome first as guests, now as friends. The Tequila Garden Restaurant and Bar is conveniently located within Villa del Sol with by far the best cocktails in town and a charming bartender who is always willing to concoct your every whim. Overall a great respite. Although Villa del Sol could use a few updates my friend and I would highly recommend this property to everyone thinking about visiting Bucerias Mexico.

Great place to stay, quiet, very close to the beach, 3 blocks from a major market, and no late night music. Staff is wonderful and helpful, restaurant has great food and drink. Room amenities are quite plentiful and generous.

Nice unit, had everything you needed. The bar/restaurant which is operated by a different person was perfect to get a snack and drinks at reasonable prices. Check in and out was smooth and staff friendly and helpful, had a lot of little perks to make your stay enjoyable

Loved it!!

We loved our stay at Vilas del Sol. Filipe and all the rest of the staff could not have been nicer. Location was fantastic-easy,easy walking distance to beach, bank, groceries and restaurant was right on site. Lots of other restaurants close by, Hope to return someday.
