This is a beautiful two bedroom two bathroom , free with Wi-Fi and satellite TV , with in the house restaurant and bar with rooms room service , weekly cleaning Include , this is the small 8 condo complex with Beautiful courtyard and the heated pool in the town of Bucerias with Long Beach’s , great other restaurants and bars and shopping we have a taxi stand at the end of the street plus it’s a completely walkable town
With a bank and Major grocery store just around the corner.

Excellent location, close to grocery store and restaurants. Lovely pool, beach chairs for use to go to the beach. Our condo was stocked very well, we had an issue with one bed and Tom and Felipe quickly resolved the problem, they were fantastic to communicate with.

Amazing staff and accommodations

Welcoming staff. Great rooms. Clean and tidy everywhere. Nice pool and bar/restaurant area. We felt very welcome. Anna was absolutely amazing.

Great stay!

Quiet, clean, oasis, friendly, the most kind and helpful staff and Felipe in particular. Kitchen very well supplied with utensils. Having a bar and restaurant, both very good by the way, was a bonus. Beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were provided with the beach an 8 minute walk away. We loved our stay and have begun the process for booking for next year

All staff at this small condominium unit were friendly and helpful. Its very close to a large chedraui grocery store and if you don't have a vehicle this is a great bonus. It is a close walk to the beach on a dead end street that is very quiet and private. The owner was very responsive to messages and accommodated a 2 hr early check-in for us which was very helpful travelling with an infant. The facilities are not modern but they have what you might need. We revised our booking because we found that the photos in the listing photos did not match the unit we were given. The host was accommodating and it was resolved kindly by adjusting our stay from 7 to 2 nights.My concern is that VRBO will not refund taxes or service fees on modified bookings, only on a full cancellation of the booking. I received an adjusted receipt with an inflated nightly rate to match the original total/taxes/fees. If I had not followed up the difference in taxes would have come from my pocket with taxes and fees equal to the original total!

This guest was unreasonable who expectations were not realistic. We are a small condo complex and we went out multiple condos so the pictures are of multiple units and we tell people that. It was the best money to have her check out early and find someplace she would be more comfortable with And her expectations were simply just of a 5 star hotel with all the amenities, we tried to make her comfortable gave her for short stay It was clearly obvious nothing what I could do would that make her happy so we’re happy to give her a refund and even that was a drama She failed to read descriptions and agreements, and then doesn’t want to live up to them as I said we were very glad to have her check out and give her a refund best money I ever spent

This was the first time we vacationed without doing the all inclusive, and really enjoyed it, our accommodations were excellent and the are we were in was perfect to get around. The restaurants around Bucerius are very good.

Perfect respite from cold

We just spent a month here to get away from a very cold winter. Property matches the value. Comfortable and spacious. Location is close to everything one requires. The restaurant on site was a pleasant surprise. Great shrimp tacos as well as other menu items. Staff is friendly and helpful under Felipe’s direction.

Nice property

Nice and easy to get to on a no exit street. Nice accommodation, my only suggestion is to have two staple items which are missing: an iron and a hair dryer. With the weight restrictions for luggage these days travellers do not pack these items!! I found everyone at the property very kind and helpful. Complimentary nachos, guacamole and margaritas was such a nice touch! Just what you need coming from a long travel! Thank you, a lovely stay

We do have irons and steamers there should be hairdryers in each unit Someone must’ve taken it. Sorry I didn’t let us know.

Comfortable, quiet, great location!

First, Felipe and Ana were wonderful! They made every day happy and comfortable and took care of us so well. They were very gracious and helpful. This is a small apartment complex with a lovely little pool, and it was very comfortable to stay there and work for 11 days. It's in the perfect location, a little away from any noise but very close to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Everything was spotlessly clean, the wifi is excellent, TV had great selection of channels, especially for watching the Premier League, and the unit had a brand-new water cooler/heater (water is provided) and oven/stove. We would definitely go back!

Great location, great staff, great trip!

This condo is in a great location! close to grocery, beach, shopping and all walkable. Felt safe everywhere but we did not venture out at night. This quaint condo complex had it all. Cute pool, friendly guests, very attentive staff, well stocked kitchen, tv with all streaming networks and good internet. And short walk to the beach. Centro is even very walkable. The doors to the condo complex were kept locked from 5 pm to 9 am making us feel very safe. We are so glad we chose Villa del Sol. And a big Thank you to Anna and Felipe for everything. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Listing is clearly done by AI. Property is in dire need of updating. Positive points: kitchen and towels were well stocked; location is good, close to grocery store and other amenities, not in center of town, but walking is fine for us; Felipe (property manager) was on site most of the time and was very helpful; security was good; Not-so-positive points: Listing said cleaning weekly, but on arrival we were told you only get housekeeping on 2 week stays (we were 10 days); Gardens could use some upkeep. Unit interior was not kept up, cabinets were not in good shape; minuscule bugs on the kitchen counters, had to make sure we didn't leave any kind of food crumbs, but they were there regardless; our unit was nothing like what was pictured on the site; there was a broken toilet and bricks, etc. piled outside the front gate, not a welcoming site.All in all not a good stay and was definitely the worst part of our trip, we made the best of it after all we were on holidays--sunshine and palm trees!!

Our spot is not done by AI at all I don’t know what her understanding are what she’s talking about she clearly didn’t tell us anything while she was there saw us every day and only after Connor angles like she was trying to get some money or a discount As I told her if you can’t tell me what to fix when you’re there or what the problem is, I can’t address the issue I can help me after she was gone with a backhand. I don’t know what to do clearly fishing for money. I don’t know what else to tell. You read our other reviews and judge for yourself.

Desperately needs new lighting

The lightbulbs in our unit were obviously first-generation LEDs that were unbelievably harsh and glaring. For an investment of only a few dollars the overall ambience of this place could be vastly improved. The current lighting makes the unit seem cold, sterile and completely uninviting.

A relaxing holiday

My room was clean and well stocked with all you needed for your stay . They could use a few upgrades to appliances but everything worked. The staff were friendly and helpful, the on-site mgt was extremely helpful. Having a small restaurant and bar on site was nice, only breakfast a d lunch and bar closed at 5, so you tended to have a nice relaxing and quiet evening with only 8 units you got to know other residents. O ly block and half to the beach, nice spot Enjoyed my stay

Our chunk of paradise

If you want to have an authentic Mexican vacation at a sweet, quaint and friendly place, Villa del Sol is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the units are well equipped, the property is well maintained and the location is convenient to the beach (2 short short blocks), great eats, and shopping. We loved having happy hour at the small outdoor bar and restaurant on site regularly and connected with fun people that dropped in from other resorts. The price was very reasonable so before we left in April 2022, we booked 2 weeks at Villa del Sol for 2023!
