You are just a few miles from Snow Summit. There is great skiing and boarding in the winter, with hiking and biking when the snow melts.

The extra sleeping accommodation is a twin sized cot, located in the upstairs king bedroom.
November 1st-April 1st, you are required to carry chains on the mountain. A storm could arrive quickly and you need to be prepared for that. Chains may be necessary to access this property. Snow plowing is provided but it is scheduled after four inches and is on a route, so it is not on demand. Shovels are on the property if needed, renter is responsible for snow removal not removed by our regularly scheduled snow removal service.

Wildlife & Nature Policy:
Our property is located in a natural setting, which means guests may encounter insects, spiders, and webs, mice, snakes, fox, deer, bear, or other animals—either outdoors or, on a rare occasion, indoors. This is a normal part of the environment and beyond the owner’s control. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of such encounters and agree that the property owner is not liable for the presence of any wildlife or insects anywhere on the property, including mosquitoes during their stay. We do our best to keep the property clean and free of unwanted guests, and we appreciate your help by keeping doors closed and food stored.
