Welcome to Little Cedar Lodge, our little slice of heaven, near the town of Elizabeth, Indiana. Enjoy the peace and solitude overlooking the quiet private lake, only 5 minutes from Caesars Casino, and ten minutes from the Sporting Club at The Farm or Chariot Run Golf Club. Best Vineyards is 2 miles down the road. Downtown Corydon is 17 minutes away where many caves and hiking trails are available. We are just 20 miles from downtown Louisville with all its activities and nightlife. Great getaway for two, or for your entire family.

Enjoy the view and peace and quiet of this cabin in the woods overlooking a private 125-acre lake. Watch for the many varieties of wildlife including the bald eagle, ducks, geese, herons, eagles, osprey, deer, turkey, beaver, and others. No highway noise, and very seldom ever even hear an airplane. No boats or jet skis whizzing up and down the lake either, the lake is wake speed only. Even with all that you are only 20 miles from downtown Louisville. Only 5 minutes from Caesars Southern Indiana Casino. Even if you don't gamble they have several dining choices from casual to fine dining.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened-in deck overlooking the lake. There are two private bedrooms with queen beds, a large loft with 3 full beds, and one twin bed. The family room and kitchen area are open to the roofline, and the loft railing overlooks the downstairs. When you're not outside you can enjoy the Smart TV in the family room, internet and WIFI, along with Netflix and Hulu. We provided a slew of games and cards and poker chips. Family gatherings are okay, but no parties or large groups with booze please (ie bachelor parties, etc).

We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious and relaxing stay. Internet, WiFi, TV, hairdryers, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, towels, and common toiletries are provided as standard and a washing machine and dryer are available. You may not swim, fish, boat, or get on the dock as association rules require an owner to be on-site for lake use. There will be a $250 fine/fee if a guest or anyone in the guest's party is caught swimming, fishing, or boating in the lake and you agree if anyone in your party breaks this rule you may be asked to leave. Be advised there is a camera overlooking the lake.

Basic rates include up to two persons. There is an extra $15 charge per person over two per night.

No extra charge for children 3 years or younger (NOTE: Do not enter children under 3 in the children box or the platform will charge you the extra $15 per person. Just tell us the ages of your children in a text message)

Pets are allowed, $15 per night extra charge, must be on a leash at all times when outdoors, must be crated if left unattended, not allowed on furniture, must be potty trained. Clean up after your pet and place it in the lined trash can under the deck (plastic bags can be found in the closet under the stairs). Trash pick-up days are Wednesdays.
No unsafe activities please as we have neighbors on both sides (no discharge of firearms, shooting bows and arrows, fireworks, etc).
