Host was very responsive and easy to work with! Heated pool was great! Clean and comfortable beds. Living room furniture needs replaced (appeared to have been repaired already and some seating we did not feel comfortable using-thought it was wobbly or would break). Still was a good stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

A well loved home with lots to do. Our group all thought the beds were super comfy and loved the bunkhouse. We had an issue with wasps— which our host addressed immediately, water temperature in the main house, and the neighbor across the street. We had an absolutely wonderful time and we loved the pool and activities. Plenty to do for the entire group.

Very cool setup

Great place for a get away with friends or family. A lot of extra perks that come along with the house. Along with cleanliness and easy check in process. Tyler is great to deal with and answer anytime we had a question about the property. Would definitely stay if we are back in the area.

Wonderful stay with our family! We loved the pool, hot tub, toys we were able to use and the games. It was great for ALL ages! Highly recommend! Ps. We were worried about the one poor review but that is NOT true. Tyler was incredibly responsive!

Absolutely amazing property

We had an amazing time at this property. We were in town for a basketball tournament and had all our family ranging from 65 to 7 years old. Everyone had a great time. Just a short drive to Louisville. Made all our meals at the house and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool house was amazing. Lots of extra room to play games and sleep.

The house and amenities were amazing and we all had a blast. We were not impressed with the house being in a tight residential area. The host got back to me immediately with any concerns. The house was very clean. We had a family of 11 and had plenty of room for fun and games. The only thing we were missing was an outside patio table for fun and games outside.

I will have to give this stay a mediocre review. We arrived on Wednesday night, I have to contact the manager for the code to enter. The house looks like the photos with heavy usage. Some examples: the sofa is broken, the gate to the pool is falling off it's hinges, the bedroom downstairs the outlet do not work, the bbq half the burners do not light, curtains falling off the walls..... ect.On Friday morning we have NO hot water !! A handyman came late afternoon and took 3 hours to fix the water heater, but there is a hole in the pipe and we can not use the kitchen sick for the rest of our stay!!! For the cleanness the floors were NOT cleaned and the kids stepped in dogs droppings in the backyard.

Shut this listing down!

We didn’t stay and are in the process of getting a refund. The property is a filthy party house with the stench of rotting flesh in the basement, a gas leak, and the owner is a complete scammer. RUN!!!! We knew as soon as we pulled into overflowing garbage in the driveway that we were in for a nightmare and each minute of the 10 we stayed on the property grew worse. My son got sick and threw up from the very short time we were there.

Great place for a group of adults to stay

My extended family stayed together at this house to attend a family funeral in new Albany. The location pros are the kitchen and living area are great for group hang outs, the pool area is a great place to relax during good weather, and the location is close to things to do in new Albany. The cons are that the bunk beds are not suitable for children and may even be dangerous for some adults (which is hard to tell from the photos). They are separate to the main house and the door exits right to the pool so it’s not suitable for young children. The top bunks also have bars that a child could easily fall through. But they would be perfect for a group of adults hanging out. Another dangerous aspect for children is that the house is built right next to a huge drop off and a child could easily walk right off the edge of a mini cliff. I suggest barriers are out up in future for guests with young children. Also note that the pool is not heated like advertised, it was freezing! Hot tub made up for it. Beds and pillows are comfy, game rooms are super fun, everything else about the house is great. The best part of our stay was how responsive the host was. We couldn’t have asked for more. Tyler did everything he could to help answer our questions and concerns. What more could you ask for?!

Let me start with the positive: Tyler, the host, was very responsive whenever we texted with questions or concerns, and we appreciated that.Unfortunately, the property itself was disappointing. We had eight guests, but the living room had only one couch, one broken chair (which we reported), and the rest of the seating was uncomfortable bar stools that my grandchildren could not fit in, making it difficult to gather together.The beds were comfortable, but one bed had clearly not been cleaned, as there was makeup on the bedding.The pool was so cloudy when we arrived that we contacted the host and were instructed to test the water and add chemicals ourselves. Thankfully, someone in our group knew how to maintain a pool. There was also trash around the pool area, completely broken and unusable pool chairs, and a hot tub that looked too dirty to even consider using.The back deck flexes when you walk on it and has no handrails. The artificial turf in the yard is uneven with plywood underneath, and one person in our group nearly tripped.If you're only planning to sleep here and spend most of your time elsewhere, this property may work. But if you're hoping to relax, enjoy the amenities, and comfortably spend time with your group at the house, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
