Great for families, Sleeps up to 11 people- 8 adults maximum.

Lovely walk to town through Nantucket’s historic district but avoid town traffic to get to beaches! Under a mile drive to Stop and Shop and other mid island conveniences. Across from bike path adjacent to Eleanor Ham Pony Park (small area of conservation land for playing, walking your dog, etc)

4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths, additional office/ library with day bed. Enjoy and entertain in the open living room/ kitchen. Cook inside on the gas range, bbq outside in the beautiful yard with dining furniture and grill & outdoor shower.

The house is stocked with beach chairs, towels, high speed internet, board games, books and everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and fun.

We look forward to making your stay on Nantucket relaxing and fun!

Perfection

Everything we thought it would be and more. Perfect location, plenty of room and a charming clean home. The concierge service was a plus and very attentive to all our needs. Couldn’t have asked for anything better to ring in the stroll.

Local gem

The house was everything we needed and more. It comfortably fit all our needs and was within easy walking distance of the downtown area. The house was well stocked with anything you would need and more. Would absolutely stay again

Great home, beautiful setting and close to town

We had a great time at the home. It is a beautiful old home that gets a lot of sunlight overlooking conservation land out the back. We enjoyed the location and how close the home is to town. Downtown Main Street is about a 12-15 min walk. Thanks for having us and we look forward to next year! Mike and Karen

April Getaway

Beautiful little house that is much bigger than you’d expect! The good- awesome host, great communication. Beautiful home- bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. House had every amenity and is Decorated beautifully. The not-great- the house is in a central location but on a busy road. The house has an issue with tiny ants. At first we thought it was just a nuisance, but throughout our stay, the bathrooms and kitchen (counter, sink, cabinets) had lots and lots of them. When I mentioned to the host- she was great an offered additional ant traps- to be dropped off, but we declined. We probably shouldn’t have- I really think the house needs to be treated. It was a great getaway and we’d stay again!!

Warm and inviting home, great location

We decided to beat the COVID blues by spending a couple of days in ACK. The Woodman home is just a pictured and is much bigger than we thought. It was cozy and perfect for a couple of lazy days of reading and playing games. Christine was super helpful and a gracious host. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great Property

We loved the property. House looks just like it does in the pictures. Fantastic location - easy walk to town, but also easy to get out to other parts of the island. The only odd thing is the layout of the bathrooms - both full bathrooms are off of the master bedroom. But we managed it fine. Overall, fantastic stay.

A Perfect Nantucket Hideaway

Beautiful, clean, cute property. Close to town, restaurants, airport, and beaches (a car certainly helps with the beaches, though). Great spot to cook and hang out and a good jumping-off point for most of Nantucket's top attractions. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Everything you need to enjoy Nantucket!

Adorable home close to town!

Christine was a fantastic host. Very responsive and met all of our needs. The house is adorable and very clean. Great location between downtown and mid island.

Great family weekend

This house was extremely clean and comfortable. We had a group of 11 (including 5 kids) and everyone was happy! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Easy walk to town. I would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful house and great location!

Wonderful house that was even nicer than the pictures show! It was well furnished and decorated and only a short walk to town. The owner is also very responsive and could not have been been more accommodating. We had an absolutely lovely stay and hope to return soon!

Wonderful home and fantastic location!

The house is even better than advertised! Perfect kitchen and sitting area for getting a group together, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy Nantucket. Located just a couple minutes from town and across the street from a bike path, the house is fantastic for various activities. The large deck and outdoor space is a great bonus. We could not have been happier with the entire stay - space, location, bedrooms, decor, and extremely attentive and responsive owner. Will rent again for any Nantucket stay! Highly recommend this home.
