Walk or bike everywhere, car not necessary (although off-street parking is included). If you want to slow it down and relax for part of your stay, throw some food on the patio grill, soak up the sun on a beach chair in the private yard, or enjoy the spectacular sunset views with a drink in your hand. Upstairs bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and ample dresser and closet space. Futon easily accommodates a small child or an additional guest. Wireless high-speed internet and cable television included at no additional charge. Full kitchen gives you the option of cooking some meals at home. On-island caretakers and landscapers will ensure that your visit is pleasant and worry free.

Fantastic location and the first floor is very modern/updated. The second floor is a bit date, which wasn't a major issue, but the beds were uncomfortable and the AC unit in one of the bedrooms had bits of black mold all over the vent area.

House is great. Just thought there was one bedroom on first floor. Also thought it was closer to center of town. Otherwise it was a great vacation

Wonderful stay

My husband and I and our 18 month old had a wonderful stay at Jaredā€™s house. Great proximity to town but far enough away to be removed from the noise. We hope to return next summer!

Great location - walk to town

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. 4 adults stayed comfortably and we had everything we needed. Very quiet location. Close to bike paths. We had a wonderful week.

Perfect location for exploring Nantucket

Jaredā€™s cottage is centrally located so that you can easily walk into town or jump on the bike path to Madaket or Cisco beaches. The house has everything you need including beach chairs and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner and grilling in the backyard.

Charming and conveniently located

This was a beautiful and charming property. Just the perfect size for 2 couples for a weekend getaway. The location could not have been more perfect - an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants and other activities. What a wonderful home base while we visited Nantucket for a wedding. Second summer experience

This was our second summer staying here.This property is a great rental if you are looking for a close walk to town. The location is fantastic not to close but not to far from town. The property has everything you need for a great trip! The owner is very fast to respond to any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend staying here!

Nantucket fun!!

Stayed in this quintessential Nantucket house with my husband and three teenagers. Plenty of room and the absolute perfect location, just a short walk into town! Jared was very accessible and came through when we had a slight problem. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend this cute cottage!!! Canā€™t wait to come backšŸ˜€

Perfect Nantucket Cottage

We had a wonderful week at this cottage. Perfect size for our family of four! The upstairs sitting room was great for small kids to play and watch tv out of the main living space. Nice location for walking into town and riding bikes out to explore the island. House was very clean and neat, well stocked with necessities and linens. We would love to return to this house!!

Excellent location!

Excellent location close to town. Throw rugs could be replaced and extra linens provided for the futons. Owners have provided everything you need though. Just need to provide better directions on how to operate TVs. Very cute cottage.

Super cute vacation rental!

A really cute house with everything you need for a wonderful trip! The house was well organized and clean when we arrived. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had prior to the trip. A great location, with about a 10-15 minute walk to town center and an easy drive to all beaches. Although the walk to town is easy, note the street and sidewalks are cobblestone and can be difficult walking with a suitcase or a non heavy duty stroller. I recommend catching a cab if you have a lot of belongings. Overall great home and we plan to book again in the future!

Main Street Getaway!

This apartment has it all! It's location is fantastic and a short walk to town. It has everything you would need which makes it easy to get there. It was very clean and had some extras I was not expecting including outdoor shower, beach chairs and bikes. The owners are very accommodating and welcoming. It even had a parking spot. I was looking at staying at a B&B and so glad I did not as this had so much charm and privacy. It also has a full kitchen to make breakfasts and lunches. Decor is very nice and has a cottage rustic feel to it. It was exactly what I was looking for and I am certain to be a returning guest. Thank you Jared!

Wonderful home with ease to everything

This hole was perfect. Incredible location (quiet but 10 minute walk along cobblestone Main Street into town. Also, within 30-90 seconds from the main bike paths to Cisco brewery/beach and Madaket! House is very sizable given the photos. Very charming and in great shape. Loved the little side yard for the kids as well as the front deck with chairs for some afternoon ā€œwiningā€. I wouldnā€™t hesitate a single second about staying here again, and may very well do just that! Pricing is reasonable for Nantucket (this is our Thursday VRBO rental on ACK). Perfect for two couples and a couple of kids or a group of three friends (where one is ok on a full futon). Jared was super easy to reach about some very minimal things (ie; switching the input on the tv). Do not hesitate to check this place out! We Loved this place!
