Very quiet 55 and older, newer property

This small 1 bedroom home with its outdoor amenities is the perfect combination for simple relaxation, quietness, and rejuvenation. Located in a wonderful 55 and older community (at least one guest must be 55 years or older), there is virtually no noise from traffic or neighbors, although you may be greeted by various small wildlife creatures. Enjoy the beautiful national parks by day, and relax in your own natural surroundings at night.
The casita offers a large kitchen area, wine cooler, washer/dryer, bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, small sitting area with a gas fireplace and views outside, and a small bedroom with a large walk-in closet.
The back yard area includes a built-in gas barbecue, 2 burner stove-top, table, gorgeous fireplace, and nice round fire-pit right on the edge of the river's vegetation. The river water itself is not visible, but the vegetation and wildlife it sustains are just a few feet from the firepit.

This place is amazing and the owners are super helpful. It’s right on the bike path, which is wonderful to walk every day or hop on your bike. I was here to go to the hospital every day, which is only a short 3.2 mile walk or bike ride I would definitely stay here again. It’s got everything I needed. The back patio is amazing Barbecue, view, heat, fireplace, super relaxing, and all around wonderful.

Stunning

Spending a month in St. George was incredible. The best part of the month was the great casita. We thought we would go out a lot for dinner, but the view and patio were so inviting, we stayed in most nights. It was easy, as the kitchen was so well stocked....it was like being in our own home. Trudy and Byron were very responsive and we would definitely stay there again!

Saint George

It’s a beautiful location. Every morning we watched hot air balloons from the patio. The location is easy to get anywhere in the city. Groceries, shopping, restaurants and salons are all close. Beautiful state park and Zion national Park less that a hour away.

You couldn't ask for more. A perfect couples hide-away. Near absolutely everything in and around the St George area. Our host - Bryon and Trudy, truly top shelf.

Lov’in Life

Great casita everything you need for a comfortable stay is included even two bikes. The location is outstanding your patio backs up to the Virgin River trail and Trudy and Byron are the best hosts ever.

Cozy convenient St George stay

We loved our month stay in this cozy little house in a very quiet 55 and older community. It was a perfect location, near stores and services and also to exploring all the surrounding natural beauty. We enjoyed returning home to our private spacious patio and peaceful view. The walk/bike path a few steps down from the house was a wonderful opportunity for long “at home” walks with our dog. The house was generously stocked with all the essentials for comfort, cleaning, and basic cooking. We enjoyed meeting the owners who were graciously available for any help or questions.

Perfect St. George Location

This comfortable Casita was super clean and well-stocked for a 2 month stay in St. George. The private location set in a nice 55+ community was close to stores and many hiking trails and state parks. Trudy and Byron were very responsive to any needs and great people to work with. Would love to come back again!

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Trudy and Byron are wonderful hosts. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient. The trail was a great place to walk our dogs, ride and take long walks. Highly recommend this property!

Great location, very nice place and friendly community

Byron and Trudy are very accommodating and made our stay so pleasant. This place is just above the Virgin River, short walk down to it. A very nice bike path and goes for miles. Such a great place. The AC works great too. Nice carport for 2 cars, wifi works great, has all the amenities to make your stay so nice…including very nice neighbors.

A little piece of Paradise

We spent a month here...Trudy and Byron, the owners, could not do enough for us. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property is perfect for a couple. Location location location....easy access via road or trail...we strongly recommend this property and we are definitely going back.

Awesome place to stay!

Byron and Trudy were more than accommodating during our stay at their property. Perfect size for a couple; everything you need; great view and close to stores and easy access to the area sights. We look forward to returning again next year.

Great Two Weeks

The property and location could not be better. A quiet neighborhood that was close to everything including Costco, Kohl's, Best Buy and all the major casual dining restaurants. The Dinosaur Museum less than a mile. Enjoyed lunch at the Cliffside Restaurant a couple times literally on the edge of a cliff.

This was a wonderful and very enjoyable stay at the Casita. Once the bedroom is added on it’ll be the perfect retreat. Beautiful views every day. The outdoor patio is awesome. Owners were great!

the setting was gorgeous, and relaxed, and conveniently located

We have stayed in several 'home stays,' and this was the MOST fully equipped we have ever seen: several types of coffee makers, 3 kinds of coffee pots, spices, baking ingredients, and enough dishes to entertain a dinner party. Hosts are wonderful, friendly, and interesting people. the cassita is in a senior community, and neighbors were friendly. Our cassita was on the outer edge of the enclave, so the view from the spectacular patio ....which had a grill, fire pit, and outdoor heaters......was entirely natural with grasses, and hills. There is a large supermarket very close by. We spent 18 days, wanting to explore the possibility of moving to St. George......and hope to return. the only negative to the casita is the small size, which means you need to close the murphy bed in order to use the kitchen space. however, the owners plan to add a separate bedroom this summer which will solve the problem...….and we spent nearly every waking hour on the patio, easily as large of the interior space. We highly recommend this home, especially for a couple. It is within an hours drive of Zion, Grand Canyon, and numerous other beautiful parks.
