Looking for the perfect family getaway? This newly and nearly completely renovated single family retreat boasts 2200+ square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and is all located right on a level lot with sugar sand beach.

There is enough room for the whole family with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath located on one side of the house and the bunk room with 4 queen beds and 2nd bathroom located on the other. You will love the views of the beach and Big Pine Lake. Lots of amenities (WiFi, 2 big screen smart TV's that have cable, bedding and towels provided as well as limited paper products). Just pack your bag and relax! The house is steps from the lake and has panoramic views from the family room. Come and enjoy the wonderful fishing and swimming Big Pine has to offer. Get some R&R on a private road surrounded by great neighbors in a cozy little cul de sac. In the winter time you can fish for walleyes a hundred yards off shore and later come warm yourself by one of two natural gas fireplaces. The public access is just around the corner and we have plenty of parking and storage to keep your things safe and sound. Cabin is located only a few miles outside of Perham which is known for it's vibrant downtown and hospitality. Come see what lake life has to offer!

**Pontoon is INCLUDED with nightly rates during our peak season (Memorial Day weekend-Labor Day weekend).

**Off peak the pontoon can be rented at $150/night (if rented all of stay) OR $250/single day. Various size life jackets available.

**During peak season (Memorial weekend-Labor Day weekend) a 6 night min. stay is required (Saturday-Friday) unless otherwise approved by the owners or specified on calendar.

If we could have stayed longer, we would have!! Cabin is well stocked & very cozy. So many fun things for the kids to do both inside & out. If the weather had cooperated, I think they would have been swimming & tubing from sunup to sundown! Fun times on the pontoon (family contest). Hosts treated us like FAMILY See you next year for sā€™more!

Wonderful getaway for our family!!

We absolutely LOVED this cabin!! It was perfect for our little family. The bunk room for kids is simply adorable and our kids didnā€™t want to leave! Evenings by the fire were so peaceful and the sandy beach was so pretty!! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing stay

Our two childrenā€™s families stayed at this cabin and had an amazing time. Everything is thought out and provided. Entertainment for those of all ages. I concur with all the other positive reviews. Excellent communication from the owners. A 10 out of 10!

Great Getaway to the Lake

Property was everything we could have asked for: -plenty of room for our extended family -nice, big kitchen, with good seating areas -comfortable family areas and play space for kids -great outdoor area for hanging out, grilling food, and sitting by the fire -sandy beach and shallow water for the kids to play -great accessories to use in the water including kayak, paddle boards, and pontoon Overall a great experience and communication with Sara and Jason was perfect. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here if weā€™re back in the area again.

Traveling to a college golf tournament in the area, this was an ideal VRBO! My 7 players loved the bunk room with the 4 queen beds and it was great to have all the yard games, s'more fixings, etc. Very clean accomodations! It was also nice to have a fire one of the nights! Thank you-awesome decor and renovations!

Perfect stay, very happy. Host proactively took care of a minor bee issue and followed up with us to make sure it was resolved. Very much enjoyed using the SUPs and canoe. Having ability to use a docked pontoon is a huge bonus. Thanks for the sharing your home!

Great family getaway!

2 families with 5 kids (12, 9, 4, 3, 2) The one level layout in the house and to the beach, meaning no stairs was wonderful with our 2 and 3 year olds. The variety of lake amenities was fantastic: kayaks, paddle boards, lilly pad, sandy beach (some weeds but normal), yard games, pontoon, etc. Clean place! The communication with owners was fast and helpful. We would love to come back!

Cute place and easy to find!

We had a great time in this very spacious cabin. It way bigger then the photos show. The pontoon was a great addition and the family really enjoyed toodling around the lake. The only down fall was the lake was a little more weedy then we expected but the weather wasnā€™t that warm so we didnā€™t swim much anyways. Would rent again!

It was a beautiful house, great view and great weather. We had a large family group staying and hosted a small birthday party for my grandson. We had issues with the secondary bathroom backing up. Other than that it was a wonderful time and a great space to be in.

Perfect little place

Perfect little getaway spot. We had a great time from roasting marshmallows over the fire to going out fishing. Our kiddos loved the toys and games the house supplied. The boat was a huge extra - caught so many fish off one the the coves. The house is so clean and inviting - we were able to relax in the evenings so comfortably. We will definately be back!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed the lake house. The kids especially loved the bunk room. We comfortably fit 3 adults and 4 kids/teens in the house. The house was clean and decorated so beautifully, and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed using the pontoon and paddle boards. Everyone enjoyed the shadey trees over the sand beach. And our favorite part was being able to have our two dogs along to enjoy the stay with us. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful during our week there. Would definitely come again sometime!

Perfect fit

We rented the cabin for a girls weekend and it was the perfect fit for us! The place was gorgeous and all the little things that you donā€™t think about bringing were there for us. Sara was very good at communicating and answering any questions that I had throughout our stay. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. Only thing that would have made the weekend better was better weather!

Great weekend at the lake!

Everything was exactly as Sara presented it in her description and pictures. The six of us had ample space to gather and to separate ... and really enjoyed the deck, fire pit, and lake. The kitchen was well furnished and the TV/gathering room was perfect to catch the Vikings game ... even if it was just a tie with the Packers :-)

Beautiful but a few little things

We loved the property, the updates and space for kids were great! Most things were in good shape compared to other places we've stayed, but one couch had a broken back support, the smoke detectors kept going off from oven use (even toaster use!), and the lock to get in was tricky. We emailed the owner when we booked, months ago, with a couple questions and we never heard back which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we'd absolutely stay again but might change the timing a bit because this last week was a mayfly hatch and they were awful (nothing to do with the owners or rental, obviously)! Beautiful place.

My husband and I bought this beautiful home in 2017 and did a complete remodel that same year. We live just outside of Perham. We have 2 kiddos, I'm a stay at home mom and my husband is a real estate agent/mortgage broker in Perham. He has lived here all his life.

It's located on a private road, the neighborhood is quiet, low key, friendly and a very relaxing environment. The house sits on a level lot with a beautiful sandy beach. We have a fire pit to roast smores and sit and relax overlooking the lake. The lot also has mature trees to provide shade for those who like it. :) The entire house was updated in 2017.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

Our bunk room is amazing for families and has toys, reading nook, hanging swing chairs for the kiddos. It has 4 queen beds in it so plenty of room for everyone. Also is located right next to our 2nd bathroom and has a big screen tv for entertainment or movie nights. :) Almost all the main rooms in the house have large windows to look out to the beach and lake.
