This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Riverside condo is situated in the heart of the village where you can easily enjoy all the activities Smugglers' Notch has to offer. The cross country skiing and hiking trails are literally in your backyard. The village chair lift is a short walk across the green. The condo has been lovingly cared for and has many recent updates including, flat screen TVs and granite bathroom vanities.

Wonderful Stay!

We have a terrific stay at Nan and Yui's property at Smuggler's Notch. The location of the condo was perfect, it fit our group perfectly and it was so well appointed for family meals before hitting the slopes. During down times, we hiked trails, played games and watched football and the condo was super cozy and convenient for all those activities. We have been renting at Smugg's for over 15 years and this is by far our favorite condo. Had a great time and will return. Thanks Nan and Yui for the hospitality!

Our hosts made everything easy. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Located in a good section of the resort, close to everything. They even left us a welcome gift basket stocked with good stuff from Vermont, nice touch.

The patio was very enjoyable by the river. Did not know the unit was on the lower floor. Had to work down to the lower level. No much light except in the back. Close to the activities at Smugglers. For the cost, it was a little disappointing.

Wonderful Spot to Watch Eclipse

The condo was a perfect place for our family to stay while awaiting the solar eclipse. It was very clean, well appointed, and within a very short walk to the Smuggler's Notch ski slopes, Village Green, and hiking trails. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone wanting to enjoy all of the activities offered in the Smuggler's Notch area.

Great condo in Smugs!

Stayed here for a ski/snowboard trip. Location was excellent, just a short walk to the nearest lifts. Condo was exactly as described and the owners even left a nice welcome basket for us! Communication with the owner was very good and they provided detailed instructions about checking in and out. Couldn't be happier with the experience!

3 Generation Family Vacation

The condo was just as pictured and described on VRBO. It was perfect for our grandsons, their parents and us, the grandparents. We all enjoyed a carefree family getaway together. Our hosts we quick to respond to all of our questions and they treated us to a basket of Vermont goodies!!

Great location and communication with owners

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property, and just like 5 years ago, the place was very clean, and communication with owners was easy and helpful. The condo kitchen had everything we needed (we cook), and everyone enjoyed the space. Easy walk to lifts with skis/snowboard and easy walk to everything in the resort. The upstairs neighbors this time were not discreet, especially above the kids bedroom, but not enough that it became an issue that we felt was worth reporting (itā€™s February vacation and itā€™s busy!), Overall we loved how the owners have thought of details to make you feel welcome and at home (games, goodies on arrival etc,). The view on the river is also nice. We would stay there again!

Great location. Beautiful back porch view!

Very nice place to rent. Super close to the lifts and village to get some groceries. Only real complaint would be the floors must be thin because we could hear the kids above us crying and jumping till 11pm and up at 5am.

We had a great experience with our vacation rental at Smugglers Notch. Communication with the owner was the best I have ever experienced, the unit was exactly as described and I would highly recommend staying here if you want to go to Smugglers Notch

Perfect Home base for a family ski vacation.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is a short walk to the village at Smuggs. It makes it great to catch the Village Lift or a stop for lunch. Nan was an incredible host, very responsive and welcoming. The condo has everything you need to make your stay easy.

Absolutely amazing unit

Hosts communicated very well and responded within 25min to all our questions. Check in process was easy and efficient. The unit itself is 3min walk from nearest lift, I checked. Skied with a 3 and a 7 year old. 4min walk to the pool. Very central and convenient. During winter months you can ski all the way down to the road, and the front door is right across. Kitchen had everything from dishes, to pots and pans and utensils. Canā€™t say about cleanliness. This is the first place which my wife did not clean before we settled in and did not put on our own bedsheets. Hosts have a great coffee machine with beans provided (thank you!). Will definitely return next year.

It was a nice place to stay

We liked our place. It was comfortable enough. Smugglerā€™s in general was a little disappointing as majority of the mountain was closed and the chair lifts are very slow and need up-dating. That said our host were helpful when we had trouble with the hot water and the gifts they provided for our stay were lovely

Winter Getaway

This property was perfect for our family ski trip. It is an easy walk to the lifts from the front door. There is a well stocked convenience market as well as several restaurants right in the village. The condo was well equipped and clean! Thanks for a great stay.

Nice stay in vermont

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and it had everything we needed and more including extra toiletry items and a Vermont food welcome basket. My only suggestion is that the check in instructions were not clear on the introductory email and it was not clear when we booked the property that there was an additional resort fee and further fees to use resort services but apparently the resort policies had recently changed and when the property owners notified us of this, they very kindly refunded some of rental cost.

Wonderful Property & Experience

We had a wonderful few days with the whole family staying at this property. To start, Nan was wonderful with sharing information about the property & resort that made planning our few days so easy. The condo was located in a perfect spot and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend and would rent again ourselves.

Phenomenal Stay at Smuggs!

We just got back from a truly wonderful stay at the Riverside condo for nearly two weeks. Accommodations were great - clean and tidy with all provisions provided. The unit is about a 4-5 minute walk to the village center which is extremely convenient. We went to get our 5 year old up and sliding on skis and by the end of our trip he has all the fundamentals down. We really cannot say enough about the Smuggs ski school - they definitely live up to their lofty reputation! The only thing of note that we found as a slight negative is use of pool and resort facilities like the fun zone. The only way to access these is to purchase a Daycation pass, which for a family of 3 is quite expensive on a daily basis. I personally love a good swim after a long day on the slopes, but the way the resort has it structured, its not really financially feasible to do this daily. The owners of the unit we rented were excellent to deal with and always quick with communication. They welcomed us with a very nice basket of local goods. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Our family has been coming to Smuggs since the kids could barely walk because its so kid friendly with children's programs starting from 2 1/2 years with the Little Rascals Program. We recently purchased this property to be on the mountain, close to the lifts and yet have the privacy of the woods in the back.
