Upon entering 1 Night Harbour your eyes will be drawn to the light and bright family room with views out to a lush backyard and relaxing pool and spa. You will enjoy sitting on the updated and new Trek Decking to enjoy the Lowcountry air. There are three Championship golf courses located in Palmetto Dunes and this home sits on the 11th hole of the Robert Trent Jones course with breathtaking ocean views.

The pristine sandy beach is just a short 2 minute walk for you and your family. Whether building sand castles, beach combing, or just relaxing and taking in the cool ocean breeze this location is the very best in Palmetto Dunes.

As you enter our home you will be welcomed into the large freshly painted family room with plenty of seating for everyone on our spacious, sectional couch. Our upscale kitchen is open to the family room and offers a Thermador gas cooktop, SubZero refrigerator, two sinks, microwave, wine cooler and ice maker. Adjacent is a breakfast room with a new dining table for 6-7. The French doors just off the breakfast room lead out to a spacious, new deck with ample seating and an inviting pool and spa.(can be heated for an additional charge)

On the opposite side of our kitchen in the dining room is our beautiful dinning room with enough space to seat 10 guests comfortably.

There are 3 primary bedrooms downstairs each with king beds and private newly renovated baths with tubs, separate updated showers and double sinks. These 3 bedrooms have 3 new 65 inch smart TV's.
Upstairs you will find a game room with a foosball table and plenty of seating on the comfortable couch.
There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs. The first has 3 twin beds and a private bathroom and another bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a king sized bed with a private bathroom along with a new 55 inch smart TV.
