Maui's best kept oceanfront secret, this adorable one bedroom, one bathroom unit is sure to please! Bluish hues throughout the condo bring an instant calming effect as you enjoy the comforts of home. This condo is breezy and relaxing.

Your fully equipped, upgraded and well supplied kitchen makes it easy to craft meals for the family. Completed with stainless steel appliances, stone counter tops and nice design touches, whipping up a meal is a pleasure.

Your nicely upgraded, full bathroom comes with a shower, linen and complimentary starter supply of toiletries.

Venture out to snorkel or walk alongside the longest stretch of white sandy beach in the state of Hawaii, Sugar Beach. The entrance to Sugar Beach is a short, 2 minute walk from the complex.

Spend a lazy, relaxing day by the pool or jump in the hot tub. Grill up a quick dinner on the BBQ's and gather around to dine at the seating area with front row seats to turtle town. Finish your meal with an apple banana picked straight from the tree on the South corner of the property.

At the end of the day you can unwind in your tranquil space, allowing the trade winds to cool you down or by turning on the air conditioner in the living room.

Kick back and cozy up on the couch in front of your extra large, smart TV for a movie on your preferred streaming subscription.

Your bedroom promises a restful slumber in a queen-size bed. Enjoy watching your favorite show on your flat screen TV from bed.

Nice beach from condo in a central place on Maui

Nice building. Quiet place to relax on Maui. This location is great. Easy access to the whole island. A great choice for a low key vacation.

Great stay in Maui

This was a great property to stay at. We had a hiccup with our check in code for the door but it was addressed within minutes and after that everything was smooth sailing! Thoroughly enjoyed this property, the cleanliness and the location. It was great being so close to the marina, there are a few food options close but we did travel elsewhere for food for more option, only a 15 minute drive to other options. Would stay at again!

Great Unit - Well Stocked

This was a great unit — clean, very well stocked kitchen for cooking in, comfortable bed, plenty of clothing storage, great view of the bay and morning sunrise. My only notes about how this place could have been even better: there’s not a lot of pantry storage or a place to stash your luggage, the living room furniture wasn’t all that comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of eating space in case it was too windy to sit out on the lanai. But, those things wouldn’t stop us from booking it again. Great place.

Condo was clean and as described. Contacted host for a few things and the response was very timely. Only issue was we could hear everything going on outside. We were on the 3rd floor. The view was spectacular l, we saw whales from our lanai daily!!

Satisfied stay

My wife and I were fully satisfied with staying at this MB. I' ve stayed at the Sand island next to MB 3 years ago before China Covid -19. Everything was wonderful except being too old loke me. I wish that I would stay at this Condo Mahalo.

Wonderful Property and Location

We stayed in this complex last year in a different unit and a different rental company. Last year was fine but this year was fabulous. The unit was updated and the amenities and pantry items were wonderful. The mini-split and fans systems provided the perfect inside temperature. The views from the balcony were amazing. The rental company was extremely efficient and I would definitely look to rental a unit from them in the future.

Very pleasant stay

This is a nice place to stay. Conveniently located at the center of the island. You will have to drive to get any good food, but it isn't a problem. Snorkeling trips sail from the nearby harbor.

Beautiful clean and well situated

Absolute gem of a find, completely seamless to check in and out. Brand new appliances and great pool. The on site property management guy Buzz was so helpful with everything. He keeps the property in top shape and it shows. The photos do not do justice to how insanely glorious the view from balcony is. Would love to revisit.

Great location - Excellent View

The property was exactly as described and everything we needed to meet our needs. The beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas came in handy. The view is amazing! We watched whales breaching in the bay every day (keep in mind whale season is December to April). We loved how close the condo was to the marina so we could take early morning whale watching trips. The condo isn't too far of a drive to anywhere on the island which makes this a great location. The Management group was great to deal with and always answered my questions quickly. The pool and hot tub were great and rarely busy. We did not need to use the airconditioner as the breeze always kept the condo cool enough. My only complaint was that the bedroom is located at the back of the condo, near the walkway. I am a light sleeper so if people walked by late at night, I woke up. Thankfully the condo is pretty quiet so it was not a huge issue. Overall I would recommend this condo. We spent two weeks in Maui and made great use of the condo. Thank you for the great setup.

First time on Maui

One word: EASY. The whole process of getting to the property was simple and everything we needed was there. So convenient to have beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrellas. It made our trips to the beach more enjoyable. The property was clean and quiet. The A/C was exactly what we needed after and long hot day out and about. Although we didn't use the pool or hot tub, it looked welcoming and clean. There also weren't many people using it. The view was amazing! We could see fisherman and boat tours go out every morning. The Molokini crater was right there in our sight! Sitting on the balcony and enjoying the view and sound of the ocean was the perfect way to start the day. There are a few restaurants, equipment rental store, the aquarium, and boat tours close by. Great location on the island :)

Mattress needs replaced

The mattress is horrible, pieces of 3” worn out foam over worn out mattress. Pull out bed not much better. Frying pans all flaking off coating. Refrigerator not working properly. View was great.

We loved our stay!

The view! We enjoyed 3 nts here in Feb. with 4 adults. We loved the balcony and view! The grounds and pool are lovely! We appreciated the grills and tiny beach spot for sea glass & turtle spotting. The unit was exceptionally clean. The bed very comfortable and air conditioning appreciated. The furniture needs replaced! We had to call the management company and ask for a 3" foam pad for the pull out sofa. Worst sofa bed ever encountered! The chairs are very uncomfortable as well! We enjoyed the nice kitchen and w/d. We'd like to say the management company is excellent! This owner is very lucky to have such attentive people managing this unit! We'd definitely stay in this unit again if they'd replace the sofa bed and buy a comfortable chair or two for their living room. Everything else is fantastic! Thank you for having us!

Honeymoon Location!

This was such an amazing place to stay and it was so so so so clean with an ocean view that was just amazing. We spent most of our time near Lahiana and Kannapali so it was about a 30 min drive everyday because that is where a lot of the attractions are. Other then where the place is located everything went so smooth and it was an amazing stay. Also having a washer and dryer in the condo was SO nice.

Nice location close to boats for snorkeling trips.

The area is mainly residential (so a car or uber is a must), but this also made it very nice and peaceful and the best part - the turtles come right behind the condos! Very clean place, easy communication with host (they reply immediately!) and all the amenities one needs. Recommend!
