Enjoy the convenience of being directly across the street from the beach with direct access to shops and restaurants on Ocean Blvd. You’ve got options for your morning brew—this condo comes stocked with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, so you can sip your favorite cup before hitting the beach!

Perfect size and location!

This condo is in the perfect spot. It’s our favorite place to stay when we come with our kids. The kitchen had all we needed and the couch and beds were so comfy!

Great location

The property was clean and there was a lot of kitchen supplies and extra bedding. It was on the small side but the bunk beds were great for our 4 kids. It was a couple minute walk from the beach, great location if you want to go to the beach everyday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and close to everything. We walked to the beach, to get coffee, groceries, and breakfast. We had a late arrival and they were very accommodating. The fridge was broken before we arrived, but they had a spare and fixed it while we were in town, so we never went without a fridge. They communicated well and we really enjoyed our trip. Just be mindful that this unit is on a second floor with no elevator that I could find. I may have missed it. Thankfully we were all able to climb the stairs, but it may be hard for others. That didn’t change anything because we will definitely be back!

Ocean Seaside Condo

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. Well equipped. The patio furniture was worn, should be replaced or cleaned. The beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses needed to be replaced. They were so uncomfortable we just slept on top. I don’t think they were actual mattresses but a piece of foam and board. Great proximity to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While I have been to Charleston before, I have never been to IOP. I got some recommendations from friends and started searching for something either on or near the beach that wasn't astronomically priced. We were very happy with location of Oceanside and the size of the condo. It is right across the street from the beach and steps away from beach shops, restaurants and a grocery store. It is a quick drive into Charleston and the airport. The management was extremely responsive when I had some questions. The pool area was a little lack-luster and small. Lastly, I would suggest a fresh coat of paint for the unit, get rid of the old carpeting in the breezeways and decks, and replace rusted bathroom vents/door hinges. Overall, it was a great experience and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Very clean, great condo, but a lot of smokers at complex

The condo is directly across the street from the county park which was very nice and offered umbrella and chair rentals. It’s only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was great having 3 beds in guest room! We had one maintenance issue that was very quickly resolved. Island reality management company was very professional. The complex pool was bigger than expected but it was often crowded with families smoking. Other condos in the complex allow smoking on balconies and this created several very loud late night gatherings. That was the only reason for the 4 star rating. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if it was an option.

Our stay at Oceanside Villa B 208

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Villa was alright. Major criticisms are the mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable, the main tv did not work half the time there and had no roku, netflix ect. Also the doors to the bedrooms were very squeaky and would not close. The bathrooms were also not well cleaned when we got there. The maid came only to tell me the spot I saw was mold and that we would need to leave the next day for them to take care of it. Well after she left I cleaned it off, turns out she just didnt want to be bothered. This place also has no washer and dryer and that does suck. Otherwise it was a good stay and location.

Island Realty would like you to know that we have managers available 24hrs a day to help you if you feel you have not received the service you need. It is true that Oceanside Villas HOA do not allow washer and dryers in the condo. You are allowed access to the Sea Cabin community laundry across the street as advertised. We hope that the next time you visit you feel free to call in to our maintenance department for issues such as squeaky doors, and television connection issues. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to see you again for a more enjoyable stay next time.

A Beautfiul Get-a-Way

The owners have thought of everything you would need while on vacation. The location couldn't be better. The Island Realty staff was very accommodating and the HOA was very friendly. We have begun to make friends there too! We went to our favorite places, Coconut Joe's, Poe's and Tommy Condon's. We plan on traveling to IOP in the fall.

THanksgiving!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! Our son moved there in July and were were happy to find a place to stay for a few days to have THanksgiving. I took a walk each morning and one morning I returned and there were two rats (looked young) right near the stairwell of buiding C as I was walking to our building B. I know it is hard to control animals , but wanted you to know incase you were not aware. They ran under the stairs and under the first floor. I am thinking there were more . It did not ruin my opinon of staying there, we plan to return as our son lives in Mt. Pleasant and it is a nice location for us .

Fantastic first-time stay and experience in IOP

The apartment is a nice size, well-stocked and very comfortable for our group. Highly recommend this property and this location. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

November, 2019 vacation review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed 2 weeks at Oceanside Villas where we have vacationed for the past 10 plus years. Overall, the unit was fine, however the internet service was a problem. Our laptop could only connect to the wireless server when it was in the same room (master bedroom) as the server. There was dust on the bedroom walls and a lot of dirt behind furniture next to walls. This is the first time we have stayed two weeks and expected linen service at the beginning of the second week but was informed that this would cost us an additional $45+ dollars.
