2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Lagoon Villa 9 is a wonderfully decorated, nautical-themed two-bedroom villa tucked into the heart of Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. This first-floor unit is a convenient walk to the Lagoon Villas community pool and the beach — and the layout is designed to make the most of where you are. Each bedroom has its own full en suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the pool, giving guests the perfect spot to watch the activity below or unwind with the island breeze.

Two queen beds in each bedroom means everyone sleeps comfortably — no arguments, no pull-out sofas. The fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, and easy access to Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, restaurants, and bike rentals make it an ideal home base for families, friend groups, and active couples alike.

Lagoon Villa 9 guests have exclusive access to the Lagoon Villas community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your villa community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball

Pay-to-play court time is available at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. We also recommend the free tennis and pickleball courts at the Isle of Palms Recreation Center — just a quick drive down Palm Blvd!

⛳ Golf
