HOUSE RULES:
-No smoking
-No parties or events
-Check-in time is 3 p.m. or later
-Check out by 11 a.m.
- No firearms or other weapons
- No smoking of anything
- No rearranging furniture
- No drugs, alcohol is okay
- Must clean up after pets, babies, & kids. Additional clean-up fee will be charged for all uncleaned excessive mess or odor
- By Sunday 5 p.m.: Toss all trash & recycling into large outdoor waste bin in back of house: grey-color lid bin
- BBQ: Outdoor BBQ must be cleaned before you check out or there will be a $50 extra charge for uncleaned BBQ
-Outdoor propane tanks: for BBQ & fire-table are guests' responsibility to refill or exchange if you run out of propane tank during your stay.

ON CHECK OUT DAY:
1) Bring all kitchenware to kitchen island but do not load dishwasher;
2) Do not make used beds or rehang used towels;
3) Turn off all kitchen gas stove & living room fireplace;
4) Turn off thermostat;
5) Turn off all outdoor propane tanks for bbq grill, bbq burner, fire-table, & heaters;
6) Return all outdoor cushions to inside garage;
7) Set water heater to "LOW" setting.


ELECTRONICS:
-There's a security camera near the front entrance with remote viewing and recording feature;
-No landline phone;
-Internet: WIFI info is on TV cabinet;
-Cable TV
-There's a smart tv so you can stream your own internet account to watch your show. -There's a DVD player so bring your own DVD's. AT&T phone service is sometimes weak and drops some voice calls.
