The villa showcases its Mediterranean charm through its natural stone walls, balconies, lavender-coloured shutters and wrought-iron details, as well as bougainvillea that blooms throughout the outdoor areas.

An outdoor lounge area also provides the perfect place to unwind or enjoy an aperitif while taking in the panorama.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with the exception of one naturally cool bedroom equipped with a remote-controlled ceiling fan.

The villa is also equipped with retractable awnings and parasols, providing a choice of shaded areas at different times of the day.

The residence’s large shared swimming pool, measuring approximately 13 × 6.5 metres, can be accessed directly from the villa, which is particularly convenient for families with children.

The villa is located on the first level of the residence and is accessed via a short outdoor staircase.
This elevated position allows the property to enjoy its exceptional views and various outdoor spaces overlooking the sea.
However, the villa is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Théoule-sur-Mer, beaches and the Estérel
The beaches, restaurants and shops of Théoule-sur-Mer are within easy reach.
The Estérel Natural Park can be accessed directly from the villa, on foot or by bicycle/e-bike, making it easy to explore its trails and spectacular landscapes.
It is also possible to walk to two beaches in Théoule-sur-Mer. Detailed directions for these walking routes can be provided to guests.
A car is nevertheless recommended to make the most of Théoule-sur-Mer and explore the surrounding Côte d’Azur.
