Nice, comfortable house (airconditioned) with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, kitchen (with a stone barbecue), kitchen with granite surfaces, large private pool and large terraces around the house. Absolut quiet and panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the Esterel and the Alps. Flat and sub-tropical garden and ample parking. Boules court. Near the sandy beach, marina and restaurants. The villa is part of a closed communne. Very suitable for children. The house is convenient for the elderly, three bedrooms are on the main level. Easy entry with plenty of room for several cars. The house is closed with an electric portaille.

Awesome house in great location

The house is large and matches the photos, it is well equipped and secluded the location is great offers hiking and beach on very short distance. The check in process was smooth and contactless.

A beautiful villa in a great location!

We had an amazing holiday in this wonderful villa in Theoule. The views of the Mediterranean as well as the mountains are just breathtaking. The area is very peaceful and if you are looking for some more excitement the beach and various small towns are only a short drive away. The beautiful cities of Nice and Cannes are only half an hour away! The house has everything you need for a great holiday, there is nothing that the owners haven't thought of. The 5 bedrooms have comfortable beds and offer space to at least 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the 'summer' kitchen outside. The pool is clean and covered in sunshine all day, a great place to relax or play! I would recommend this villa to everyone looking for a great place to spend a holiday in the area.

Magnifique!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in Théoule. Magnificent view! The house is spatious and also ideal for families with children. It is well maintained and equipped. You easiliy feel at home and would only wish you could stay longer :-)

Our wonderfull holiday.

While planning our next holidays up north, we remembered our wonderful time in Theoule sur Mer. We stayed in Villa l'Áigle with our family (3 children) and a couple of friends. And what a good choice this was. Having fun and swimming in the good-sized pool, Enjoying the sun (all day) in relaxing chairs, or if it got to hot sit in nice shaded area. Walking (you can for hours) in the National Forest right next to the house, Having breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace in front of the house or in the summer kitchen (with bbq), Loving the views of the blue sea, the hills and woods next door, the Southern Alps to the north, the flowery garden and endless stars at night. The house itself is sufficiently equipped for a big group with a good kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms (4 ensuite), airco, TV and a big fireplace for cool evenings. And if we liked to leave the premises, there were to enjoy the beach of Les Trayas (with a good restaurant), Cannes, St.Paul de Vence or beautiful places in the Esterel Massif. Jaap and Ineke

Luxury mansion to relax and explore the region

We recently stayed in villa l'Aigle. The house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a perfect spot if you want to enjoy and explore the Mediterranean whilst staying in a luxury mansion. We had breakfast and dinner every day in the summer kitchen which give you stunning views of the sea and the pittoresque village of Les Trayas. The pool is lovely with plenty of room for sunbeds in sunny spots or shade all day as you like. The secluded house gives you all the privacy you need whilst relaxing in the pool. From the house you can immediately access the Esterel massif, which give you great views of the Cote d’Azur. Les Trayas is down the hill and gives you the basics you need (fresh bread in the morning and some restaurants including a pizzeria on the beach). There are five bedrooms (four ensuite), which are all airconditioned. The main living has a nice pooltable, relaxing sofa’s and a good size tv to survive any rainy days. We would definitely consider Villa L’Aigle if we would return to the region.

Lovely, calm house for relaxing family holidays

We have stayed in the house twice for our summer holidays. We are a family of five, including three children. We have enjoyed the spacious house with great pool and garden, convenient cooking facilities both in and outdoors. And the views from the house are amazing. The house and surrounding have always been very calm and quiet during our holidays in June-July. The house is very suitable for big groups and could easily accommodate a bigger group than ours. It is a must to have a car, especially for grocery shopping for big groups, but all services are within a short driving distance. There are no restaurants at walking distance. We have also enjoyed jogging opportunities up and down the hills.
