Our cabin is nestled on 5 acres with the Bridger Mountains as the backdrop out the front door. Surrounded by natve grasses, shrubs, and trees and views of 6 mountain ranges, it is a great spot for a family vacation.
A full kitchen with granite counter tops, 5 burner gas stove, small dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Flat screen Smart TV with dependable high speed internet for watching Hulu, Netflix, AmazonPrime, or login to your own cable network. Outdoor fire pit and patio furniture.
An hour drive to Big Sky, for summer activities,
down the pristine Gallatin Canyon
along the Gallatin River. 90 miles from Yellowstone National Park. Summer activities include fishing blue ribbon trout streams, hiking, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, bicycling, Five trailhead hiking trails are
within 15 minutes of the cabin in the Bridger Mountains. Rent rafts and float the Yellowstone River or raft the white water of the Gallatin River with a guide

Winter activities include Downhill Skiing or Snow Boarding at either Bridger Bowl, which is a 40 minute drive or Big Sky, which is an hour drive. Cross Country Skiing at groomed trails at Bridger Creek golf course, Lindley Sunset Hills near the hospital/cemetary in Bozeman, Cross Cut Sports Center up Bridger Canyon and in the Hyalite Mountains. Ice climbing at Palisades Falls and ice fishing at Hyalite reservoir in the Hyalite Mountains, Several winter hiking trails.

Loved this cute little getaway cabin. Quite and serene. Saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the mountains all around. Even viewed wildlife around the property. Would definitely love to go back!

Great cabin and breathtaking views. My wife and I would enjoy starting and ending everyday sitting in front and watching the moutains. Host was very kind. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Convienant to everything you need yet far enough out of town for peace and quiet. Central location to all area attractions. Very clean and comfortable.All photos work accurate representation of the property. Wendy was quick to respond to our online questions. We would recommend to our friends.

Beautiful 2 bedroom cabin with amazing views of the mountains. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great location not a bad drive to Yellowstone. Highly recommend if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy nature.

This cabin was even more beautiful in person than it was in the pictures! The view of the mountains was breathtaking and the host was wonderful! She responded quickly and helped me anytime I needed her. The cabin was clean, fully stocked and perfectly located. It is far enough away from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to run out for dinner if you don't want to eat in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone taking a trip to Montana! You won't regret it!

The cabin is quiet and has an excellent view of the Bridgers. I appreciated the full kitchen and streaming services for watching movies after a long day. Wendy is responsive.A few things to consider: The mattress is quite worn out, and my husband and I (135 and 165 lbs) sank right down into it. Wendy kindly let us borrow a mattress topper from her basement, which helped, but the bed still wasn't comfortable.There is no microwave, despite one being shown in the listing. Wendy said she didn't plan to replace it with summer ending. I think this would be an inexpensive investment for the rental.Bring your own hand soap, body wash, and shampoo, unless you're comfortable using diluted castile soap for everything. The washer only runs on hot water because sand has been plugging the well lines.Most importantly, I was uncomfortable with how our dogs were handled. I disclosed both dogs before booking, including that Chance is an American Staffordshire. After lending us the topper, Wendy seemed surprised we had two dogs. She then called to ask if Chance was a pit bull and described past issues with off-leash pit bulls. Our dogs are always leashed, and Chance is very sweet. I understand concerns based on past experiences, but I had already been upfront about our dogs. The call left me stressed for the rest of the day, worrying we might be asked to leave. Guests traveling with dogs, especially bully breeds, may want to confirm that their dogs are fully accepted before booking.

The cabin was perfect. We sat on the porch and enjoyed the fabulous view. We had a deer on our front porch the first morning.

Perfect Stay

Loved staying in this cabin. Super clean with everything one could need/want in a little home away from home. Great access to airport and Bozeman, yet away from the crowd. Wildlife all around. Beautiful view of the sunrise over the mountains. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks!

I moved to Bozeman in 1979 and immediately felt like I had “come home”. My husband and I raised our 2 daughters in Bozeman in 2 different locations. We bought this property in 2001 and in 2014 we built the cabin. My husband and I lived in it for 3 years before we moved into a larger house that we built 250 feet south of the cabin. My husband is a builder so the cabin has many extraordinary features.
