You don't even have neighbors across the street – just some trees and a grassy hillside in the back of the townhouse and the city of Los Angeles skyline in front of you. Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the property- cigarettes, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping is against the house rules. Smoking is absolutely NOT ALLOWED INSIDE. $500 smoking on the premises fine and additional $200 upholstery steam cleaning fee will be added to your stay and charged to the security deposit if found smoking in the house. Smoking, however, is fully allowed outside in the backyard. Thank you for being responsible guests!

I’m a perennial traveler myself and I do my best to make sure the accommodations have the amenities that I expect when I travel. I’ve tried to provide the things one would not think to bring while running out the door to catch a flight.
I live in Los Angeles and, even with the traffic, I love everything that the city has to offer. There are a few things that I really enjoy in the city, concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, the museums scattered across town, and the wonderful diversity of the ethnic restaurants. If you’re a “foody” you can find almost everything here - Moroccan, Persian, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Armenian, etc. Los Angeles is a true “melting pot” of cultures and cuisine. I hope you will love this city as much as I do.

Costco and Target are within minutes drive.
