Beautiful home in a great location! Spectacular ocean view. Bluff hike just up the street was gorgeous! It was really nice having multiple spaces for individual activities. Our multi-generational family had a great and comfortable stay and hope to be back!

Beautiful property, beautifully maintained, and well stocked with just about all you need! Beautiful setting to celebrate my (now) fiancés 40th. The property and location are perfect for a long weekend (or longer stay). Definitely plan to visit again. Highly recommend.

Exceeded all expectations. Truly enjoyed our stay with extended family. House is perfectly set up for families with kids. The location and views were incredible. House was spotless and linens were lovely. Would love to return!

The home, amenities, cleanliness, and comfortable made for a memorable weekend with family and friends. We had plenty of room for yoga in the mornings in the downstairs sitting area, the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking in, the bedrooms were comfortable for the 3 adult couples, and the bunk bed room was a perfect place for our little 7 yr girl with her dolls and books. We will certainly recommend the location and look forward to our next stay.

Great location for family vacation

Plenty of room for our 9 guests including 3 grandchildren, 2 adult children and their spouses. The home was well stocked with all that we needed. We cooked in and found all the dishes and cooking items we needed. Home if very spacious so even though we spent a lot of time indoors we were not crowded. There was an upstairs loft area that the grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Views were amazing. We would stay here again.

Home Overlooking Pacific

Everything was very clean, great views, solid instructions for arrival and departure, Communicated with our host Linda a couple of times and received quick responses to our questions. The home is beautiful, comfortable and spacious. We had nine people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. Small issue with the kitchen stove - heat was uneven on stovetop and oven, but other than that I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home.

Great house and view!

Everything was great and beautiful! Except the oven and stove. Not as pictured. The oven leaked a lot of heat so things took longer to cook and the knobs got very hot and we kept burning our hands. Otherwise great!

Views and awesome amenities

Stayed for 3 nights 4 days with our family friend - 2 families of 4. The place had so much space and it never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchens and bathrooms look we set up nicely. Loved having pool table and ping pong tables which were hits to our kids. Internet was good. Views amazing and loved seeing deers pass hang out around the house from time to time. Kitchen was stocked with utensils we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. One thing I wish it had was a crockpot, so I brought my own. Check in and check out were smooth, and communication with Linda prior to our trip was good. It’s a few minutes drive from Dillon Beach and it was handy to have the convenience store attached to Dillon Coastal Kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and should we plan to come back to Dillon Beach, we would definitely consider coming back to this property.

Dillon Beach Stay

Very very clean and nice except the bbq was dirty and needed another tank of gas. I had asked in advance if there was a gas BBQ so we were counting on using it. Otherwise I would have given the stay 5 stars

Loved the House

The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our group of diverse ages. The ‘cubby hole’ that was my oldest Grandson’s hideout last time we stayed, became the youngest Grandson’s hideout. The views are amazing, just couldn’t get enough. We were all sad to leave. Thank you so much!!

Lovely stay

Had a wonderful stay here. There was 9 of us total, with 3 children included and the space was perfect. The kids had their bunk beds and a playroom. The pool table is a nice added feature. Enjoyed morning walks, a day at the beach (a 4min drive), and plenty time in the large kitchen/dining room/tv room together. The house is beautiful, with the most fantastic view, with a beautiful lawn area. Would love to stay here again.

Delightful coastal retreat with stunning views!

This house was the perfect accommodation for our family of 8. It was nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped, and the pool table was a bonus. First time in Dillon Beach, yet only less than 2 hours drive from home. We felt we were in a secluded hideaway retreat. Very private and peaceful and at the end of the street we discovered a vast and open vistas looking out into the breathtaking views of Tomales and Bodega bays. No one around, except us and this spectacular panorama. We all enjoyed our stay here immensely! Thank you!

Foggy delight

Loved the house and area. Kitchen was well equipped. We made some tasty chowder from clams we picked up just down the road. Route One Bakery bread to go with was perfect. But back to the house … loved it all. Loved the cool foggy mornings and watching the surfers down the hill. Thanks.

Beautiful home!!

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with our two small children and a few close friends. The house was incredible. The views were great. Nice location to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids loved the bunk beds. We made dinner both nights in the gourmet kitchen and they had everything we needed. In the mornings I was able to jog down to the beach although it was quite a steep climb back up. We started each morning watching the deer and rabbits and ended each night with ping pong and a game of pool. Incredible getaway!!

Dillon Beach stay

The house was spacious with a great view of the bay. The kitchen was listed as "gourmet" but dishes were chipped, kitchen linens were limited, ice maker was almost none-functioning. The beds were great. Maybe add grab-bars in the showers for safety?

This place was perfect! We had an awesome retreat with our Girl Scout troop. They had everything we needed with breath taking views. The bunk beds are awesome for kids and there were three king beds for the adults. We’ll be back!!!

Family birthday celebration

Great house with plenty of room to have privacy. Good kitchen and well stocked but oven needs a new heating element. Tried to reheat catered trip-tip and chicken but the oven didn't hold the heat and took 2 hours to reach correct temperature. I did report this to agent via VRBO website but no response.

NOT worth the money or the inconvenience

WE had NO HOT WATER in two bathrooms on our first evening, the 3rd of July. We checked faucets, letting the water run a long time—despite the numerous reminders to “conserve water” -- and it was still ice cold in two bathrooms. Much time was taken going around the house checking faucets, running the water far too long, and even checking the hot water heater (all things that one should NOT have to do on vacation). I contacted owner the next day which was the Fourth of July. The plumber arrived on the 5th, a day and a half into our visit. I interacted with him, and it was determined there was NO HOT WATER. The water pump got fixed and the water was hot quickly after being turned on. To be clear, I NEVER had HOT WATER in the master bathroom and one other bathroom for over a day and a half of my vacation. I sent a letter to the owner outlining all the hassles of our vacation which was supposed to be relaxing and stress-free. He claimed there was always hot water, we just had to let the water run for a while. I politely requested he reimburse us for one night which seemed reasonable since it was a hassle and an inconvenience. He refused to reimburse at all stating falsely that we always had hot water when we did not. The TV did not work the entire time, and the toilet paper in one bathroom dislodged on the first day, and several towels smelled awful. This house was expensive and not worth the money. There was no deck for hanging out, and a ping pong table in the garage had the crappiest ping pong paddles and balls ever. I would NEVER rent this VRBO again.

Amazing home and location!

We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing from multiple rooms, the kitchen was extremely well- equipped, and overall we had everything we could need. John the property manager was very responsive. Check in and out instructions were super clear. I highly recommend this rental!
