“On The Rocks” is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath beachfront, million dollar condominium, located in family friendly Indian Rocks Beach. It is a 9th floor unit, in the North Tower, that provides incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico with white warm sandy beaches. You'll enjoy flat screen TV's in the living and master rooms, a king size bed in the master, a king size. We also have a washer & dryer and a completely outfitted kitchen for gourmet cooking. The Reflections property provides the perfect amenities for a beach front vacation. Enjoy our heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and tennis court without ever leaving the premises. A perfect place to unwind!
We’re now looking for a couple to rent our property for a 3–4 month stay from January through April for 2027. We prefer tenants open to a long-term commitment, ideally returning year after year, short-term winter stays (Jan-April only) are not available at this time. 813-789-2549

Great place!

Our stay at “On The Rocks” checked all the boxes: location, gulf views, cleanliness and decor, ease of check in and support from owners while there. All information was readily available through a binder provided by the owners. Thanks to Don and Kathy for the attention to detail. We hope to return!

Totally relaxing! Beautiful!

This was the much needed vacation we needed! The place was beautifully decorated, clean (which is a must for me) the sunsets are spectacular and the grounds and pool area are well kept and quiet, we will definitely be booking again!

Wonderfull Waterfront Condo

Condo was spacious, well decorated, and quiet with wonderful water view in an excellent location in IRB. Owners supplied all necessary kitchenware, paper products, beach towels etc. We look forward to returning in the future.

Best place on the Beach!

Our stay was absolutely perfect, everything you need is there along with the most beautiful views of the beach. We cracked the windows at night and fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves. It was one of the best places I’ve stayed.

Beautiful accommodations and excellent service!

Don was a wonderful and pro-active host. He prepared me for my visit and quickly answered any questions I had along the way. Much of the unit has been recently renovated, including the kitchen. The view of the Gulf is spectacular from both the living room and the master bedroom.

"On the Rocks" Perfection

"On the Rocks" offers every imaginable delight necessary for a relaxing and enjoyable get-away. We visited for 2 weeks and truly did not want to leave. Every need is met, from breathtaking beach front views to glorious sunsets ~ a condo that makes you feel like you just found a little piece of heaven. Beautifully furnished, a wonderful kitchen with basically every thing you need to prepare any meal that suits your fancy, to the relaxing balcony where a hot cup of your favorite coffee or glass of delicious wine can be enjoyed while listening to music, reading, or just enjoying the sounds of the mesmerizing waters. The area is a perfect location ~ it has that residential beachy feel but yet with all the conveniences needed within a few miles, some within walking distance (restaurants, home made ice cream, shops, grocery stores, etc.). The owners are amazing to work with ~ we will definitely look to revisit "On the Rocks" as often as we can. Thanks Don for everything!!!

A wonderful vacation getaway!

If you are looking for a place to truly unwind and enjoy a slice of paradise, this is the place! This condo offers everything from a relaxing place to unwind and watch beautiful sunsets, to cooking in a wonderful gourmet kitchen. Don and Kathy thought of everything to make this place feel like home! The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family and for being such wonderful host!

Perfect in Every Way

This beautiful condo was a perfect place to spend our vacation. Fantastic location in a quiet, more residential part of Indian Rocks Beach yet close enough to restaurants to be walkable. Lovely, comfortable furnishings and a view that is perfection. Every need was anticipated...cookware, bakeware, beach chairs and excellent beach towels, sun umbrellas, videos, games. Everything in this fabulous condo is simply top notch. We absolutely would stay at "On The Rocks" again and will be recommending it to everyone.

Indian Rocks Beach ..

A superbly presented beach front apartment which made for an ideal two week holiday in the Clearwater / St Pete area. While the building is a touch dated the property itself has been modernised with attention to detail and affords a lovely view of the Gulf. Both bedrooms and the adjoining bathrooms were nicely appointed and tastefully presented. The common areas are spacious and well decorated making for very comfortable living. Parking spaces were plentiful while local bars and restaurants were either a short drive or modest walk away. We had no complaints whatsover during our stay and would happily recommend the unit to friends and family. We are however endeavouring to work out what HomeAway bring to the equation on the service side as they were difficult to reach and beyond useless when eventually contacted..

Truly Amazing!

We stayed in this beautiful condo for two weeks and had the most wonderful family vacation. The place itself is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for the whole family. A lot of work has gone into making sure guests are happy and comfortable and we truly loved everything about it. The location was perfect and we are missing sitting on the balcony watching the wonderful view of the ocean and listening to the waves while we have our morning coffee and glass of wine at night. It felt like home for us during our stay and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thank you very much Don and Kathy for letting us into your beautiful little oasis. The Martino Family.

Indian Rocks condo is truly a great vacation place!

Indian Rocks condo was exactly what you see in the picture. We stayed at this place for 3 weeks and enjoyed every bit of it. Very comfortable setup for a family of six. Ocean front view from master bedroom, kitchen and a great room. All condo has beautiful tile floors. Balcony has a tile floor, ceiling fan and beautiful comfy furniture where we had our morning coffee and listening to the ocean sounds. This condo has beautiful upgrades all trough out the unit and tastefully decorated. Plenty of beach towels, couple of beach chairs. The owner Mr. Don is very caring host. He responded to all our needs, we arrived early morning and he let us to check in early that morning which was very nice. I definitely would recommend this place for a vacation. Thank you Mr. Don for being a great host! We are looking foreword to stay at your place again. Elena, Andre and kids

Great location

The location of the property was excellent, it was far enough away from all the high rise and development of the Clearwater area but close enough to go enjoy all the activities. The beach was clean with a family friendly atmosphere. The property was updated and had everything we needed for our stay.

The condo is beautiful, well decorated, updated, and conveniently located

My family and I had a fabulous experience! The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We arrived a day early and, since the condo was available, they made it possible for us to get in right away. The recent updates (new flooring, shower, tub, and fixtures) are amazing! It was like staying in a luxurious hotel while also providing the feeling and comfort of a home. The decor, furniture, and linens are all new and very pretty. The condo is conveniently located, close to shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the perfect location to watch the sun set over the ocean. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Indian Rocks Beach, our favorite place!
