The condo was everything we hoped for. The view of the Gulf from the 9th floor was great making it exceptional for the sunsets. James kept us advised of all the information coming from the ROG board and he immediately answered any questions we had. The tenants and fellow renters of this building were friendly making sitting poolside enjoyable. The only negative is we weren't able to book this unit for next March because we surely would have returned.

Condo is fantastic! It is very well maintained and has anything renters may desire (beach wagon, chairs, overhead covering, towels, etc; plenty of towels/linens, etc). Beautiful view from screened in balcony, master bdrm & living area. Everything very clean. Great pool, hot tub, easy access to gulf. Never have we stayed at such a secure property. Highly recommend

Loved our stay!

Beautiful condo, with beautiful views, morning, noon and night! The owner was very accommodating and quick to answer to any correspondence. Best stocked kitchen and everything else you could possibly need for a beach vacation.

Loved it

The owners were very helpful in communicating to us the process of getting in and once there, the different amenities available. Wonderful place, view and location! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. The owners were very helpful with all of our questions during our stay. The place was in great shape and well maintained. We would recommend staying here!

These guests are one of our favorites. They have stayed twice and each time I notice little handyman jobs that they have done. What more could I ask for? We love these guests and they have booked for 2022.

Wonderful property with great beach & sunsets

My wife and I stayed in the condo for two weeks. We had a wonderful time. The owners were great at communicating with us. The place was up-to-date and very clean. The town has a great live in the beach and sunsets are incredible. We will be coming back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed these guests and welcome them back to lease anytime. They were easy to contact and we love that they could get way from the bitter cold and come to Florida.

Everything We Needed

We spent 2 weeks at Reflections 902 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very well equipped and clean. There are all the things needed to spend the day at the beach including a wagon to take it all down in! The beds are quite comfortable, made with nice quality cotton sheets, and there are extra sheets for the beds in the linen closet as well as plenty of towels. The large sectional couch is very comfortable and there are nice televisions in every room. James was very pleasant to deal with and was typically very quick to respond to our messages.

The size of the condo was perfect. The furniture was nice and very comfortable. Smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The view was spectacular. The linens were very nice and lots of beach towels and beach chairs and toys are available. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. There was construction noise on weekdays that would end around 2:30. We went to the beach so not a problem for us. We had a really good time.

The location is amazing, but the experience wasn’t what we expected or paid for. James told us there might be some construction noise but he expected it to be done before our arrival during the summer, but the whole facade was being rebuilt, and the people from the building told us this should continue till next year. All windows were locked (which implies no possible ventilation at all) and covered with blue plastic so we couldn’t see neither the sea’s view nor the sunset, which was one of the main reasons to pay the expensive price of beachfront. At 8am there was not only very loud construction noises, but people standing on the balcony or our window which was very uncomfortable. We planned this trip for long time and we felt that they could off told us what was really going on for us to make the decision to stay or look for another place.Once the construction is over I would recommend it, but definitely not under this circumstances.

Wonderful condo for beach getaway

My family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. It’s very nicely decorated, tastefully furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked so eating-in was convenient. We loved using the beach, pool and tennis courts every day. You really can’t beat the Gulf side beaches! Thanks for allowing use of your beach wagon and chairs. The beach view from your balcony is awesome. Lovely condo, and we would love to return. Thanks for being so easy to reach, and for promptly responding to any questions we had. The instructions for check-in were so useful and concise. Thank you!

We loved these guests. We appreciated that they contacted us before driving down to Florida and asked if we had a blender. I did not have one, but I do now in case these guest returns. They left the condo in great shape and their boys were very well mannered. We would love this family to stay again.

Excellent Condo but lots of Construction on the Building

We loved the condo, especially the balcony. Views were amazing and condo had all the comforts of home. BIG disappointment was that the entire condo complex was under major outside construction/renovations, which was very noisy. Lots of renovation of patios by the pool, with yellow tape blocking half the pool, jackhammering, and lots of concrete dust. We did not use the pool area as a result. Front of building getting a facelift and lots of grinding noise there as well. Great condo but felt we should have been alerted to the amount of construction that was taking place.

Reflections

I contracted to stay at Condo 902 in January 2024. I did have some correspondence from the owner late December and early January regarding construction on the patio. I was under the impression this was from the hurricanes. After I was at the condo and talking with some other owners I found that the construction has been going on for 2 years. This should have been disclosed when booking. By the time I was aware too many arrangements had been made and I could not change my plans.The building and the condo are dated. There was pounding and drilling during the week making it uncomfortable to stay in the condo. The elevator was down several times during our stay twice not allowing us to get back to the condo for a few hours. To his credit I called the condo owner and he was very responsive.The door to the unit needs repair. All of the cabinets were full of the owners items and food so our items stayed on the counter. There were condiments in the refrigerator. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The guest room did not have a usable closet.The master bathroom was spacious with a large walk in shower with stability bars. The washer and dryer were a nice perk since we were there for all of February. We frequently left the door to the condo open for airflow because we couldn't open the patio doors.The beach was lovely and we were comfortable with the beach towels and chairs provided by the owners.

Florida experience

The condo was extremely clean with comfortable furniture and very nice decor. The balcony was great and we really appreciated that it was screened in. Our property manager was great and always quickly responded to our concerns. However, I was under the impression that the condo was handicap accessible which it was not. Our air conditioning went out, however, our owner quickly responded and it was fixed within a day. Being in a wheelchair, I couldn't go on the beach. So, I was looking forward to using the pool. When we arrived we found out that the pool was closed from 8-4 Monday thru Friday. That was extremely disappointing! The weather was terrible but that wasn't anyone's fault. I doubt that we will be making another trip to Florida.

A Fine Place to Stay

Check in was easy, and we found the condo to be very well stocked with condiments, coffee, spices, pots, pains, paper and cleaning products. The condo was very clean and everything worked great including the WI-FI, Cable TVs, washer and dryer and all the appliances. The complex has an amazing pool and hot tub. The pool is heated, and the area has plenty of lounge chairs, and a few tables with umbrellas. Location, location, location….walk out the back of the building and directly onto the beach, walk out the front and you have at least 20 restaurants and three ice cream shops in easy walking distance. The best part however has to be the sunsets, over the Gulf, that you watch from the balcony with a drink in hand. Last but not least, the owner was very good about providing us the information we needed for our stay, responsive when questions arose, and a pleasure to work with. We would happily stay here again if the opportunity and timing matched up.

Amazing View, Great Location

We loved this guest. She got to know several of the owners that live there all year, and I received very positive feedback about her, including that she has a good sense of humor and is funny. We would love for her to stay with us again. She used the trolley, which was free, that stops at the condo and learned things that only the locals know.
