So Close to the Plaza! Casita Cuatro is tucked away in a lovely quiet 5 unit compound with mature trees and lovely landscape. This wonderful condo offers all the Santa Fe touches: viga ceiling, wood decking, saltillo tile and wood floors along with traditional talavera tiles in the baths and kitchen. This unit boasts two large suites with the largest suite upstairs with high ceilings and its own private bath. Upstairs there is a large private deck, and the separate and quiet downstairs bedroom opens to a private patio. The downstairs bath has an amazing tiled shower with accent lighting. The living room has a kiva fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper perfect for children. The large dinning room table can accommodate all guests. Casita Cuatro is decorated in classic Santa Fe Style and is a warm and comforting place to stay while exploring Santa Fe. Come enjoy all that Santa Fe has to offer from the historic plaza and museums, to world class skiing just thirty minutes up the mountain. Santa Fe has wonderful golf courses, amazing hiking, fabulous restaurants, and spas and is truly The City Different. Casita Cuatro is a cozy spot, close to the plaza and a wonderful place to call home during your visit.

Great Location

Four of us (two couples) spent four nights at Casita Cuatro. It is part of a small condominium complex that is quiet, clean, cozy, comfortable and within walking distance of the plaza and several excellent restaurants. Each unit has an assigned parking space on the property. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate for our needs, though one of the bathrooms had a very small shower stall. Kris was very accommodating and responsive to my texts. We enjoyed our stay there and recommend it, but caution that it is not ideally suited for anyone that might be wheelchair-bound or has problems with steps and stairs. That was not an issue for our group, but something to keep in mind for those whom it is.

Great stay in Santa Fe

We stayed 5 days at this lovey condo located in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from plaza. Our host Kris was wonderful to work with, she made sure we had everything we needed, and left us a nice gift basket of goodies on our arrival. Condo was beautiful and as described. Condo is a short walk to the plaza and conveniently located to grocery stores and shops. Would recommend a stay here!

Lovely property a short walk to the square

The condo was a lovely place to get away. Our family of five fit nicely with the two pull-out beds (each kid wanted their own bed this trip.). The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of room at the table for us to eat a couple of meals "at home." However, our real goal in Santa Fe was to enjoy the local restaurants. Restaurants on near the square were an easy and safe walk. Access to skiing was convenient as well. There was plenty of space for our things (ski gear, clothes, and food) and a full size washer-dryer was upstairs next to the master suite. Kris was very responsive to questions about the condo and Santa Fe. All instructions for check-in/check-out were clear and simple. The condo was well stocked with trash bags, toilet paper (even during the Covid-19 panic), shampoo, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Note that there are 15ish steps up to the condo and steps throughout the condo. Be wary if anyone in your party is a fall risk. Also, the downstairs shower has a narrow door. Fine for kids and normal-size adults. The assigned parking was a plus and the outside trash bins were easy to get to (unlike most large condo complexes).

Loved our stay at Casita Cuatro

Highly recommend t His lovely Santa Fe property. Location is perfect for walking to the Plaza, galleries and museums. DeVargas mall is a 5 minute drive away for groceries, good restaurants and a CVS. The casita is spacious, nicely decorated and provides all the necessities. I will definitely stay again ..... my new Santa Fe home away from home.

A delightful two weeks

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at this lovely casita. The two bedrooms/two baths made it very convenient for two friends to share. I loved having a fully equiped kitchen and the living room / dining room was lovely. The walk to the plaza was about 15 minutes which gave me lots of exercise. Finally the all purpose shopping center was only a few minutes from the casita with two markets, a pharmacy and dry cleaners nearby. Kris was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. I would give my stay a very high recommendation. Elaine

Great weekend getaway

My wife and I and some friends stayed here for a 3 day weekend getaway. Casita Cuatro was immaculate, well appointed and just the right distance from all the great things Santa Fe has to offer. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family stay!

We were a family of five (2 college kids,1 high schooler, husband and wife). The location was ideal to the plaza. The parking was perfect for 2 vehicles. The pictures don't do this home justice. It is well appointed, very clean and the decor is quintesential Santa Fe, which we loved. It is very peaceful/private and close to grocery store, restaurants and gas station. The beds were comfortable and there is a full sized washer/dryer. Kris was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. This home really added to our family ski trip.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. There were two couples in our party and this home is set up perfectly to have your own privacy with the bedrooms on separate floors but then has a cozy living room for when you want to spend time together. We all commented on how well stocked the kitchen was and we appreciated all the attention to details, like a welcome basket and labeling the light switches. The location was close enough to walk to the Plaza and the convenience of being near the Sambusco Center for groceries and shopping is great. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, clean, comfortable, and convenient

We loved staying here. It was very clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and close to the plaza area. Parking was easy and convenient and the owner was very helpful and quick to respond. I highly recommend this condo and plan on renting it again.

A lovely casita in Santa Fe

The casita is beautiful and well appointed. The owner went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and well supported. The location is easily walkable to the plaza. There’s plenty of room for 2 couples and a great fireplace. We were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket and detailed information about the area. Highly recommend: we would love to return.

Beautiful Santa Fe

The condo was perfect for us (2 people). We are big walkers so the location is important. We were able to walk to the Plaza and all around downtown while keeping the car back at the condo. We also would walk to Fort Marcy where we exercised every morning. Casita Cuartro was well appointed and easily would be comfortable with more than 2 people. There were several outdoor spaces where one could enjoy the beautiful evenings. Kris responded very quickly to several questions that we had. The off street parking was easily accessed. Exactly as advertised!

This is a very clean and well appointed condo within walking distance of the Santa Fe square and Vargas mall which contains two grocery stores. The kitchen had more utensils, coffee pots and dining ware than what I have at home! The beds were very comfortable but not overly soft. Suprisingly the comfortors were welcomed even during our July visit. As a bonus, the unit is located in a condo complex with assigned off street parking. Locale was very quiet and ranks high for our next visit. Kris was very resposive to our questions and short lead time for booking!

Great location!

Great location close to everything we needed. Restaurants and grocery stores all minutes away. Owner was easy to work with and very responsive to questions. Cute floor plan with traditional Santa Fe style decor.
