The Sunflower Northeast Casita is a charming one-bedroom casita approximately 730 square feet and is located right in historic downtown Santa Fe, within three blocks of the Plaza and one block of the O'Keeffe Museum and Convention Center.



The beautiful casita has an authentic Santa Fe decor, wood-burning kiva fireplace, hand hand crafted beamed ceilings, full kitchen, lovely tiled bathroom, complimentary off-street parking, large private patio and a king-size bed. The sofa couch is also a pull-out for two additional guests.



Sunflower Northeast is spacious and has streaming with Hulu + which includes live TV, sports and movies free and wifi. The kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities you need to make your own delicious southwestern meals.

Location. Location. Location.Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, this delightful casita served as our home base as we explored Santa Fe and northern New Mexico. This clean and well-maintained casita is decorated in blends of natural elements, earthy colors, and beautiful handcrafted items for a rustic yet elegant style, drawing from Native American, Mexican, and Spanish influences. It is strategically located within walking distance of museums, galleries, shops and restaurants which added significantly to our memorable experiences. The on-site parking and walled-in patio with outdoor seating also contributed to that “home away from home” feeling. Our hosts, Nancy and Greg, were truly welcoming and provided everything we needed (including terrific restaurant recommendations) to feel at home during our stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Santa Fe and neither should you!

We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. Our casita was lovely and very well maintained. The hosts were exceptional and they had everything you need excluding food of course! The casita’s location was perfect in that the neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the Square.We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa Fe.

Great intro to Santa Fe

Quick and efficient communication with owners, who seem lovely. Unit was just as described - is in a great location - easily walkable to restaurants, shops and museums; short (5 minute) drive to groceries. Parking spot is a big plus. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings, including mattress; and kitchen has all the right gadgets - coffee, espresso. We can’t wait to return!!

We lived this property. Every detail was taken care of, even to basalmic vinegar w/all spices so that we could take advantage of the well appointed kitchen.The rooms were spacious & comfortable w/firewood provided for the kiva. The bedding was luxurious and king size bed comfortable. Shower was kingsize. Cannot wait to book another stay. Great hosts who gave great tips for shopping & dining.

Lovely casita, great location

This property is very comfortable and well equipped, and the location is excellent for easy walking access to everything in downtown Santa Fe. We cooked many of our meals here with no problem and simply relaxed in this charming space. The hosts are very communicative and helpful, couldn't ask for better. When the large lavender bed is blooming in the patio area, it must be spectacular! We'd love to come back and find out. Thanks, Greg and Nancy.

Beautiful, well equipped, decorater furnished residence

This property deserves the highest rating possible! Greg and Nancy are the perfect hosts and the property is well decorated, private, very secure with two passcode doors, clean and furnished with everything you could possibly need or want during your stay. Ten minute walk to the Plaza. Excellent Wifi. Coffee shop across the street. Private parking.

Fabulous Visit to Santa Fe

A Thoughtful and Welcoming Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this casita, perfectly located near the Plaza, shops, restaurants and museums. The Craftsman style leather and wood furniture, the art and rugs and all the homey touches and attention to detail throughout give the feeling of being a guest in the home of good friends — friends who know how to make their guests welcome. The bedroom has night tables on each side of the bed, each with a power strip offering plenty of plugs for charging phones, Kindles, etc. The bed is comfortable but the bed frame creaks with every move. The bathroom has plenty of towels and is well supplied with toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and soap at the vanity sink. There are thoughtful extra touches, such as a night light in the bathroom and boxes of tissues in every room. The kitchen is supplied with cooking pots, pans and utensils, and everything needed for washing dishes after a meal. Previous guests have left olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper. We found ground coffee, coffee filters, tea bags and sweetener packets. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location!

Beautiful casita in the perfect Santa Fe location. Close enough to walk to the square but far enough that it’s very quiet. We loved hanging out on the private patio with our coffee. The casita is filled with helpful information on Santa Fe and Taos and the art throughout is gorgeous. Hoping to return soon!

Sunflower Casita in downtown Santa Fe

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this authentic and charming casita. It was cozy, comfortable and very clean. We felt quite at home. Very convenient in town location, easy walk to the Plaza, museums, galleries and restaurants. The owners were very attentive and gracious. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Santa Fe.

Such a fantastic spot!

We absolutely loved our stay! The space was super clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to the plaza and really anywhere in the city. Our hosts were very quick to communicate and gave a very thorough run-down of everything we’d need to know. Beautiful outdoor space, with lots of privacy and ample parking. 10/10 we’d love to stay here again!

I am an artist working in ceramics building wall and free standing sculptures - vivid color on earthenware clay. Greg is a master locksmith, HVAC tech., reader, writer, musician and the smartest man I have ever met. We met in 1999 in Lawrence Kansas.

Greg and I began exploring Santa Fe New Mexico back in October of 2009. We instantly fell in love with the area and started coming back year after year staying in various VRBOs We knew we wanted to live here right away and in the spring of 2018 we found the perfect property. A rental home right in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. Location, location, location.
