Everything was exceptional. Only complaints are: Need a new coffee pot and Deck has lots of nails that are breaking off (leaving like a sharp tac laying) very dangerous. My family had a wonderful time.

The cabin is beautiful and spacious with great views from the wrap around porch and sundeck. We enjoyed sitting under the breeze way with the breeze always blowing as I we were nice and cool. If you are looking for a great place to rent, this cabin is awesome.

Paradise Palms is indeed paradise.

We had the perfect stay at Paradise Palms. It was a short walk to the beach. We found several restaurants. We were able to visit the nearby nature reserves. We especially liked the fenced in area for our dog to be off leash. We would definitely come back.

Amazing

Would book this listing again. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and in a really nice area. Had lots of fun games and the house had everything you would need. The basketball goal was a huge hit with the kids.

The house is set up well for three adult couples with children. We sometimes find it difficult to find houses that have enough double beds for us and our Married children. Someone usually winds up in the bunk room, so this was nice. There are a lot of knick knacks in the house, which had to be moved to prevent small hands from touching/breaking, and we wished we had taken pictures so that we could be certain we put each piece back where we found it, but I think we put them all back in their proper spots. We had never rented in Chrystal Beach before, so the checking in was a little different than what we are used to. You have to go to the real estate office to get the keys, and you have to get there during business hours. In our case, the paperwork said we needed to be there before 5:00p.m. On Friday. It wasn’t a problem, but it is something to be aware of. We are used to being sent a door code. We also had to return the key to the office when we left. While this isn’t a huge deal, it is something to be aware of, especially if you are arriving after business hours. We checked out early on our last day, and did not look at the check out instructions until then. The cleaning instructions are a little more than most VRBO listings also. Not bad, but a bit of a scramble when trying to leave. No real issue, except the dishes were supposed to be washed and put away rather than just left in the running dishwasher, which is our usual. We enjoyed our stay. No negatives, just FYI’s.

House was nice and clean. Sitting furniture in living area could have been nicer but not awful just wasn't a whole lot of sitting room and furniture was quite worn but still worked!

Pretty Beach House for Large Family

The office called to inform me but the complaints were inaccurate. Less is more

The house and stay was great. But there was knick knacks on every counter and table. Less id more. Take the stuff off the tables and counter so they are useable without having to move stuff. Don't get me wrong, they look great. They just get in the way. Otherwise, the houst and stay was great.

It turns on but does not suck anything up. Also, too many knick knacks everywhere. You have to move things just to put anything down. Way too cluttered. Cobb was amazing, as always, location was great.

Girls 50th Birthday Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the perfect house for 10 to 12 people. Great gathering space when the weather doesn't allow you to go outside. The frig needs to be replaced/repaired makes awful noise and freezer just keeps things frosty. This is the second time we've rented this house. 1st time for New Years and now for a birthday weekend. I would definitely recommend this location and house but would ask about the frig. Cobb was very easy to work with, we purchased linen package and everything was fresh and clean. Office staff very professional.
